[AUSIA] Clovers Defend their 16 Years of History

Addressed to the Army of Club Penguin

ICE BREAKER, “War on RPF: Defense of 16 Years in the Making”–  Good evening ACP! On Tuesday, June 6th, our AUSIA division logged onto CPA Battleground, Ice Breaker for a hard-fought battle against the Rebel Penguin Federation and their allies, Elite Guardians and Water Vikings. We started the event in our alliance discord, the Sapphire Concordat, rallying troops from all the different armies involved. Leaders and troops alike came to our aid as we hyped and planned to be victorious on one of the busiest days of the year.

Max Size: Size 24

We started off in the Town to prepare for the battle we had coming, however, our maximum size was achieved during the battle, in the final room, the Forest. We gave the battle our all and we could not have asked more from any of the troops. It was a valiant fight.

Room 1: Stadium

We entered the Stadium swiftly and soon formed an Upside Down T (UT), while RPF formed a Circle, while the Circle and the UT overlapped, we took this opportunity to sit on our opponents and strike through the middle of their form. We bombed, diagonally, close to the 3-minute mark, and quickly formed a plus. To counter our Plus, the Rebels formed a V. Both armies did their best to cover the opposing army. We were able to cover a lot, despite the size difference, as you’ll see below, however, the judges saw differently, prioritizing the Rebels’ size over our swift tactics. To end this room, we created an Upside Down T which was countered by the Rebels’ A formation which attempted to cover our middle section. Whilst the middle was full of troops from both sides, both tried to capitalize with the troops they had.

Room 2: Docks

After moving from the Stadium, we moved to the Docks, swiftly entering and bombing. After gathering at the top middle, we saw RPF form a Backwards L and combat it with an Upside Down V (UV). Our UV cut through parts of their Reverse L which gave us a small chance to cover parts of the form, however, we mostly we controlled the top half of the room, where our UV was. We soon bombed with RPF moving their vertical line to the middle to create an Upside Down T. We saw this and created a Plus to gain the upper hand and try to cover their tactics. It was a closely fought battle for control. We then bombed and formed a Reverse L, stealing RPF’s earlier form, while they continued to bomb the room and form another A.

Room 3: Forest

This room saw a coordinated leadership combine once more as we bombed into the Forest. As the Rebels formed a triangle, we formed an anchor, striking through the middle of their triangle and sitting on the bottom of it, attempting to control the room, once more. We countered the tactics they performed, giving them the fight of their lives, before bombing and strategically forming a perfect X. Yes, you heard it here first, a perfect X. After seeing our X, the Rebels strategically formed a plus to cross through our X, creating a Star combined of the 2 armies. With this in mind, the fight truly was on. We covered their plus a lot with our perfect X form. The Rebels also covered with both armies, throughout the room, fighting for control. The fight went from one big word bubble to the next with both sides pulling out all the tricks they had to win. RPF quickly formed a circle after bombing the room which gave us a chance to proceed to bomb and form an Upside Down Triangle. While this was a creative thought, it certainly could’ve helped us if we had more troops as we attempted to cover the Rebels and gain control of the room to try and win. However, despite all our attempts, it wasn’t to be.

Judge’s Ruling:

Thank you, Scorp for being available to judge when no-one else could.

Despite the loss today, we take many positives from this and we use each and every setback as a means to go forward. Today, proved that even though the results aren’t in our favor, there’s always light in the darkness. Even in Pandora’s Box, hope always remains and we tackled each and every challenge that BSA brings to us. With close sizes, we are sure to bring the win as we are a well-oiled machine!

Special shoutout to our loyal troops who attended:
