March Madness XI Grand Final vs. Rebel Penguin Federation – Operation: March of Madness [SUCCESS] New

Addressed to the Army of Club Penguin

A historical day for the Army of Club Penguin…

Operation: March of Madness was a resounding success.

¡Saludos, ACP! Today, March 31st, the last day of the month, I bring you good news: we have reached the absolute pinnacle of our community, and not only that, we have broken record after record.

On March 29th, 2026, we logged onto Warzone on CPA: Battleground to face the Rebel Penguin Federation for the March Madness XI trophy. Many, many from all eras of the ACP came in support.
We all united as one to finally bring it home.

Most specifically, 129 penguins.
It is true that while our attendance records show more than 133 in attendance, there are confirmed chances of there being even more who only stayed in the lockout rooms and couldn’t make it to any room. The picture we managed to achieve was 129 online simultaneously, though. Still, it is absolutely historical.

I don’t think many of you realize what this entails, so let me put it into perspective:

This is our highest max since the Holiday Smackdown Final vs. Ice Vikings on December 31st, 2010, under Mchappy, where we peaked at 135+. Not too far off, how about that! 😎 Even Mchappy stated:

A new generation of ACP is here!

That was exactly 15 years and 3 months ago, though.

When the Army of Club Penguin blew its trumpet of revival, almost 7 years ago, we achieved glory in the Holiday Championship with 60+ under Koloway. We thought that was the limit.

There have only been three ‘Golden Ages’ of our community, the last one being in 2020 during the pandemic. The highest we peaked then was 116, under CSY. We thought that was the limit.

We are at a point where veterans claim the community to be a walking dead, past the incredible dip it had in 2022. Many back then saw it going no further, especially ACP, as we were maxing 5. We thought that was the limit.

Still, with incredible efforts, Calgo picked it back up from under the rubble, and alongside Austinfraud and Coolguy, maxed 60 and won our first-ever Legends Cup in 2023. We thought that was the limit.

In 2024, Ugly and Roxy pushed through a record-breaking war of 104 battles, not seen in many years, and against all odds. They ended up winning it. We thought that was the limit.

Just in the summer of last year, we peaked at 18, lost the Legends Cup in the quarterfinals, and struggled to defend Mammoth with 40, losing battle after battle in overtime rooms. Everyone in the army felt demotivated. We thought that was the limit.

I have personally participated in 5 finals (leading or not) and lost all of them. At times, I thought I’d never see a trophy in my life, and that all the work I put in was in vain. I thought that was my limit.

But this past weekend, we smashed our limits. We proved all haters wrong and turned doubters into believers.

Now, why did I say all of that?
Not to compare, as every leader worked in their own context and did their best with the resources they were given.
But rather, to show you what I’ve learned over the past month.

Over many years, the phrase “The Power of the Clover” has been chanted in our army. Sometimes, maybe with no significant meaning, other than to showcase the strength of the mighty ACP. But other times, perhaps as an echo of the past, shouting into the future, telling us that we can do it. That we can do anything we put ourselves to, because they’ve done it before.

Generation after generation passing on their legacy through a single phrase.

We managed to do what was thought to be impossible, but we showcased The Power of the Clover. We got back up, time, and time, and time, and time again, and never gave up. It was never in vain. We trusted the long and grueling process.

In extreme heat and dry conditions, a clover turns brown and appears to die.
Yet, when it is watered, it bounces back quickly due to its deep roots, turning back into its beautiful green color.
That’s us.
That’s the Power of the Clover that encompasses us all.

All who joined us yesterday, or trusted us for now more than a year, thank you. You made the impossible possible. We (Roxy & me) will never be able to give back to you all what we owe you, but know that we are eternally grateful. As usual, all of your names will be listed at the bottom of this post, but know that I am aware of every single name I read and will keep you in mind for a long time.

Our time is not done, though, and the 20th year of the Army of Club Penguin just got started. We have much in store, and we hope to be able to keep breaking records after record, alongside all of you. Because that’s what they’re there for, no? To be broken! With the Power of the Clover, of course.

For our next record, let’s try to keep our Top Ten streak, shall we? We are very close to beating it, but two weeks to go! Keep attending, or you’ll go bald too 😄!!! Our March of Madness isn’t over just yet.

A new generation of ACP is here, as Oagalthorp’s words have become a reality 12 years later

This is probably the most elaborate event post I’ve ever done in my 6 years in the army, but I wish for all of you to be able to come back here in a few years and remember the good times we went through. Of course, for some moments, you just had to be there, but I hope I was able to reignite those memories. Heck, maybe you are even going through a tough time. Well, don’t give up! We never did, despite how hard it got. It will get better.

Following this battle, Roxy and I can’t keep going without honoring those who gave their utmost to make history. From every single hard worker, two individuals stood out and will now be awarded the coveted Bronze Medal Award, and have their names forever engraved into our Hall of Fame:

Facu – for his persistent innovation and dedication throughout March Madness XI and within Legión Española, seeking to push our army to the absolute limit, while inspiring a strong fighter’s spirit, which led to securing our tournament win in early 2026 and a record-breaking max of 129 penguins.

elnova – for his excellence in recruiting and mentoring new troops for March Madness XI, ensuring they were battle-ready despite the massive language barrier, helping secure our historic win while achieving a record-breaking max of 129 penguins.

The Hall of Fame will be immediately updated to reflect all of these changes.

Anyway, back to the battle!

Congratulations on winning your first March Madness tournament, ACP!

The Top Ten Committee allowed us to submit a picture of all the ACP penguins online.
This was due to people being locked out throughout the battle, with the room capacity being 150.

Taken none other than by Mchappy himself, while being locked out in Room 2.
