Addressed to the Army of Club Penguin

MAMMOTH, Capital — My fellow soldiers of the Army of Club Penguin, It has come to our attention that the Dark Vikings have been harassing our staff, including LGBTQ+ staff members. They would go as far as to raid our events. They have also chosen to harbor a known doxxer, going so far as to allow him to not only serve as a leader but also “retire” and remain an advisor. The leaders troop steal and then hypocritically accuse us of doing the same, a very dangerous and false accusation. The Dark Vikings‘ leadership also choose to glorify Hitler, harming many troops and members of the CPA community who deal with generational trauma from the Holocaust.

Such behavior is entirely unacceptable and contradicts our core values of inclusivity and respect. We cannot and will not tolerate any type of discrimination or harassment directed at our members, particularly those who are part of marginalized communities. Therefore, we see that only one sort of action can be taken.

The Democratic Republic of the Army of Club Penguin hereby declares war on

Dark Vikings.

Part 1: Crumbled Alliance

Since Supreme (also known as Ether) is a known doxxer, we approached DV and inquired as to why he was allowed to be part of their leadership team. Their answer left much to be desired, and as a result, we severed our alliance with them to protect our troops from safety concerns. Supreme has since retired, but remains an integral part of their staff as an advisor.

Part 2: The Raid

On March 3, ACP‘s UK division logged on for an Entry Training event to practice for the upcoming March Madness tournament. This was never intended to be a practice battle of any sort, but a way to prepare for the tournament. The Dark Vikings had something else planned, choosing to raid our event without any warning and forcing staff members to scramble at the last minute. In an effort to remain civil, we played down the significance of the raid, but troops lost valuable time dealing with a raid rather than practicing tactics and room switches. The Dark Vikings became upset due to how upset we were with their unwelcome antics, yet they were the ones who chose to disrupt our event without any provocation. In an effort to stave off the raid, HCOM members scrambled to ban DV Leaders from our server, wasting valuable time that could have been spent ensuring the rest of the event ran smoothly. This would upset anyone, naturally, but ACP was forced to defend ourselves. Had DV taken the time to reach out to us in advance to schedule a practice battle, things may have turned out differently.

The raiding didn’t stop there though. Two of the leaders from DV went out of their way during our March Madness battles to harass our troops in our login room of Town chanting vile comments toward us. CPAB Moderators had to intervene several times to kick them from the server. That being said, we at ACP are no strangers to raiding other armies, so we are happy to respond to your raids with a war call. Raids are for action. Below is a screenshot of the incidents.

Part 3: Rampant Discrimination

ACP prides itself on being an inclusive army of all marginalized communities. Our staff team consists of a wide array of identities, allowing us as a whole to lead inclusively. Yet this has drawn the ire of many Dark Vikings staff members, with staff such as Thunder222, Krosive, and Trinity lashing out at staff members in other servers, particularly targeting ACP staff who are members of the LGBTQ+ community. The use of slurs is also rampant in their main server. Below are screenshots of just a few incidents. Viewer discretion is advised due to the use of harmful slurs.

Part 4: Disrespect Towards ACP

This section goes hand in hand with the previous section. It’s astounding that at one point the Dark Vikings and ACP were allies, but it is clear that this was a farce. Their leadership makes disparaging comments about ACP, our staff, and troops on nearly a daily basis, usually with no prompting, rhyme, or reason. These comments range from disgusting “jokes” to vulgar descriptions even going as far as to tell our own troops to “kill themselves” on a repeated basis. Once again, viewer discretion is advised for the below screenshots.

Part 5: Glorification of Hitler and others

Anyone with half a brain cell understands the evils of Hitler and what the Holocaust did to millions of Jews and other marginalized groups during World War II, and continues to do through generational trauma in the families of those who survived his “final solution.” And yet, members of the Dark Viking‘s staff, particularly MtJordan and Faulter, sing Hitler’s praises nearly every available chance they get. There is also the incident where Krosive tried to name a server after the island of a known sexual predator and pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein. Once that was denied, Krosive attempted to name the server first after Andrew Tate, a rampant misogynist, and then after a name associated with Kanye West, also another antisemite. Included below are screenshots of known incidents, and viewer discretion is advised. If this is what is happening in public, who knows what is happening behind closed doors.

Part 6: Troop Stealing

The Dark Vikings, after making multiple attempts to falsely slander us for troop stealing from them, have been caught on multiple occasions attempting to troop steal from us and even going as far as to troop steal from former armies such as Napalm Corps as well as Ice Warriors, which shows a repeated pattern of behavior as well as their hypocrisy. They try to justify these actions by claiming that these servers no longer operate in CPA and therefore it is okay to steal members into Dark Vikings.

It is clear that the Dark Vikings are a scourge in the Club Penguin Army community, and due to their repeated aggression, disdain, and discrimination towards ACP and the community as a whole, it is our sacred duty to put an end to this disgusting behavior.

War Terms:

1. Upon this declaration, Dark Vikings must accept the transfer of our 5 land in #server-transfers for the war to take place on the CPA Map and for the following terms to apply. Upon the acceptance of this initial land transfer, neither ACP nor DV can transfer any servers until the conclusion of the war. The only exception to this rule is if an army forfeits the war and transfers all of their servers to the opposing side (e.g. if DV transfers all of their servers to ACP. Refer to rule 8).
2. This war is a one-on-one, no parties apart from ACP and the Dark Vikings can declare on either ACP nor DV for the duration of this conflict. This means allies are prohibited.
3. Outside involvement of other armies is not allowed in this war. This means visitors and veterans from other armies may not attend for either side.
4. All war battles must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with the CPA league. Failure to do so will result in the invalidation of the scheduling.
5. No doxxing, ddosing, botting, multilogging or cheating in any form.
6. No army is allowed to merge into ACP or DV following this declaration and will stay in place until the war has concluded. Any merger will be deemed invalid.
7. The losing army in this conflict must accept the terms of a treaty imposed by the winning force.
8. A withdrawal from this conflict for any reason and in any shape or form (e.g. withdrawing from the server map, withdrawing from the CPA league, etc.) will constitute a forfeit of the war.
9. Any attempt to exploit loopholes will result in an automatic defeat.
10. Any evidence of any of these war terms being breached will result in an instant defeat of the opposing side in this war. This cannot be invoked unilaterally, however, and is up to the CPA League Administration.
11. All other CPA League map rules apply for this war.
12. This war is between ACP on one side and DV on the other. As mentioned in rules 2 and 3, no other armies can participate in this conflict either by declaration or attending for ACP or DV.

Any breach in the above terms calls for the unconditional surrender of the Dark Vikings to the Army of Club Penguin.

In the case that DV ignores this declaration and the land transfer, we shall wage war OG style where both sides follow their own rules and make decisions between ACP and DV.
