One such catalog is the F.I.S.H catalog you can access once you become a PSA Agent on the island.

In order to access the F.I.S.H catalog, you first have to become a PSA agent by completing a test. It is a simple test that requires you to translate two messages you can find in the Coffee Shop and the Boiler Room using the PSA code. After you finish the test, you’ll be able to buy any items in the catalog. As it is a permanent catalog, you can buy these items at any time and not miss out.
