MAMMOTH, Capital – For the past weeks, we have closely monitored the newly revived army named Secret Service, which was revived by individuals seeking trouble with the Army of Club Penguin. We wanted to stay silent but after the events of 09/07/24 the message was clear, by the Secret Service and their proxies such as Squids.

The Democratic Republic of the Army of Club Penguin hereby declares war on

Secret Service.

The Army of Club Penguin reached out to the Squids leader Joel to discuss their presence in the map, giving clear indication that they don’t care at all about the map. I’d love to believe it was part of their plans to make it appear as if Squids are just a meme army rather than a proxy used to acquire Secret Service land in a surprising manner with the help of Elite Guardians.

Sadly for them that didn’t quite work out and therefore we the Army of Club Penguin scheduled an invasion on Migrator, seeing that it messed with their plans they quickly retaliated by scheduling a defense. They were able to defend their land back but unfortunately for them, it won’t matter anyway.

For an army named the Secret Service, their intentions didn’t seem secret at all, as their plans appeared evident right off the bat. The likes of Joel, Bschar, and Monstah all seemingly a huge part of what it appears to be an anti-ACP coalition, rallying hatred for our army and creating a large set of armies all planning an alliance to take down ACP and possibly more armies on the way. At this point, our war doesn’t include just one S/M army in the perspective of the community, but a union dedicated solely to bringing down ACP and their allies. We are not gonna stand with our arms crossed to find out, we are here to defend freedom and preserve justice.

It is quite disappointing for an army like the Secret Service to encounter in their army frequent displays of homophobic and racist comments. We would like them to demonstrate some standards, especially considering the presence of children within our community. It is disturbing when it comes to a point that even their staff members are able to freely post videos containing derogatory language such as the N-word and joke about it, and allow the expression of hate towards the LGBTQ+ community.

The Secret Service has shown they have no place within our community, they have displayed extreme hostility by hiding behind the scenes and making outrageous statements about ACP, being two-faced with us, and holding disreputable and unethical beliefs against our army. They are too scared to confront the ACP, they didn’t have the same energy before, and they won’t have it now. Reviving the Secret Service is a historical error that we are going to correct.

THE JULY JEOPARDY WAR

War terms:

1. Allies are permitted in this conflict, unless said ally’s attendance contradicts a non-aggression pact with the invading army.
2. Similarly, duel enlists are permitted. The exception to this is if the duel enlist also serves an army engaged in a non-aggression pact with the invading army.
3. Server transfers are forbidden.
4. All Club Penguin Armies map rules must be followed throughout every battle in the war. This includes no large uniforms to give either side an advantage.
5. In addition, no ‘toxic’ tactics will be allowed in battle, or in the pre room. Tactics referencing someone’s identity in any way that can be interpreted as derogatory, or offensive, are not permitted. This include a person’s age, sex, gender identity, sexuality, race, religion, identifiable personal information (name, address, telephone numbers, general location, etc.)
6. War battles are to take place on Club Penguin Army Battleground.
7. Per Club Penguin Armies map rules, the invading army must give 24 hours notice prior to an invasion taking place. Likewise, judges must be requested with 24 hours notice as well.
8. Club Penguin Army Battleground rules apply to all tactics across all battles in this conflict.
9. Armies in this conflict that lose all of their land are subject to a force treaty, issued by the army that claimed their capital.
10. Armies engaged in this conflict are prohibited from merging or rebranding until this conflict is over.
11. Any attempt to exploit loopholes will constitute a forfeit of this war. A force treaty will be applied in this case and your land surrendered.

The Army of Club Penguin will not stop until all of the Secret Service is wiped off the face of the community.
