MAMMOTH, “Official Alliance of RPF and ACP”– Dear Army of Club Penguin, today we celebrate a very special day. A day of togetherness, a day of history being restored, and a day for two old friends finally reconnecting stronger than ever and beginning a new era for our respected armies! Without further ado:

The Army of Club Penguin would like to announce its official alliance with the Rebel Penguin Federation!

Beginnings

RPF has been a constant recurrence in creating history alongside us. Throughout the history of ACP’s tenure, whether it was a war dividing both armies or our infamous army creators being great friends, we have been creating historical events together leading to a series of revolutionizing times which has shaped armies as we know it today.

In 2007, the Rebel Penguin Federation was founded by the legendary Commando717. Within their first while of opening, RPF began to grow itself through what felt like the toughest times the army had faced since reopening. While pushing to grow, RPF began to find themselves at a point where they could try to set an attack on the Army of Club Penguin’s Capital, Mammoth. Thus, RPF’s first-ever invasion occurred when they attacked Mammoth.

Though they were unsuccessful in their invasion attempt, they managed to show great strength which in turn, scared another legendary army, the Underground Mafia Army. With Commando understanding this news, he reached out to Oagalthorp, the creator of the first-ever army created, ACP. Oagalthorp and Commando began a friendship that bonded both RPF and ACP closer. This friendship continued throughout their time together even fighting alongside each other during, the infamous, World War III. ACP managed to take back our prized server Mammoth from UMA with the aid of RPF. When Oagalthorp eventually retried on April 2nd, 2008, it left his then-best friend, Commando disheartened which led to his short-followed departure on April 18th, 2008.

Throughout the years, RPF and ACP had their falling outs such as during World War IV when ACP went to war with a group of armies, one of which was RPF. The war began with UMA teaming up with us to fight RPF in a war. RPF managed to find allies with other armies named Nachos, Watex Warriors, and Ice Warriors and so The Great Alliance was born. The Great Alliance went to war with UMA and ACP. During this time, great battles ensued and left a legacy like no other. While battles continued, UMA did the unthinkable. From what seemed like it was out of nowhere, UMA declared war on their ally ACP and opted to join the enemy, The Great Alliance. The Great Alliance managed to become the victors in the war. Thanks to World War IV, history was written for armies forever. The war remains, to this day, one of the most historic and entertaining wars in history. 

Later, ACP ended up joining The Great Alliance meaning the six biggest armies within the community, IW, WW, UMA, Nachos, RPF, and ACP began a new alliance like no other. While the alliance was together, they declared war on other armies becoming the biggest and most dominant force within the community. This Alliance would go on to be known as one of the best alliances to have ever existed which in turn created even more history between RPF and ACP in the process.

Into a New Age of Armies

Although the Army of Club Penguin is the first ever recorded army to ever be made all the way back on September 13th, 2006, it was, in part, the Rebel Penguin Federation that kept the community alive after the original Club Penguin was shut down. In 2018 RPF began the trend of Club Penguin Rewritten armies and managed to bring a community back to life, using Discord instead of the previously used XAT. With RPF managing to bring back a perished community, Army of Club Penguin was able to make its official return on its 13th birthday, September 29th, 2019, and since gone on to make more history within the community and with our new allies, RPF. September 29th, 2019 was a reminder to us that despite our conflicts, RPF had not forgotten our roots and they graciously welcomed us back to the community in our opening event.

In the new Club Penguin Army era, RPF and ACP have also created history together. During this time, we saw a rare moment in army history where our two armies joined together to have a split battle between each army’s subdivisions. ACP joined forces with RPF for an inter-army Branch Battle. ‘Team Sapphire’, comprised of ACP’s Echo and RPF’s Navy, and Team Ruby’, formed by ACP’s Alpha and RPF’s Air Force had a fun battle working with people they’d never seen before and now were becoming friends with. This was an unheard-of concept that worked extremely well and managed to bond RPF and ACP to how they had been in the past eras of Club Penguin Armies.

During this time, we also saw World War Rewritten break out with ACP and RPF being the main rivals throughout the short four-day war. ACP and RPF began a war which led to other armies declaring war on each other leading to every army fighting each other creating a chaotic four-day mess unlike anything seen before. RPF and ACP continued their war with each other before eventually calling a cease-fire and ending the war promptly. Prior to the war, ACP and RPF had good relations and were considered allies but unfortunately, a mysterious person named “TheManWithAPlan” leaked out-of-context content containing information that made RPF upset. Although CSY, the then leader, tried to ease tensions, RPF proceeded to declare war and left a chaotic yet historic couple of days marked into history.

All of this shows the amount of history ACP and RPF have made together for better and for worse. However, whether it was good times or bad times, what both armies always succeeded at was making history and revolutionizing armies each time they stepped near each other. With the alliance, we get to join once again and bring yet another chapter of our captivating history between each other. Army of Club Penguin is proud to have such an amazing ally to stand beside us as we will them. We want everyone over in RPF to know that this alliance shall not be taken for granted and we will stand beside you as I know you will us. Long live the new reestablishment of an old and historic friendship!

The past may be full of ups and downs between our two armies, but let’s charge forward into the horizon and forge a new future in this community worth fighting for!
