Staff Scrutiny with Fusion

BLIZZARD, Shamrock Bulletin Headquarters – Welcome to the very first edition of the brand new Shamrock Bulletin column, Staff Scrutiny, where Commander-in-Chief Max will be grilling some of our brightest and very best staff members for satirical purposes only, of course! Keep reading to see how Field General Fusion faired.

What’s the best thing about being in the ACP?

The people for sure! Everyone here is so friendly and fun to be around! There’s never a dull moment and I’m always able to find someone to talk to and laugh with!

What’s the most challenging thing you’ve had to overcome as a moderator?

Hmm, bit of a tough one. Honestly the hardest thing has been putting the rules of ACP before my friendships with troops of other armies. I’ve had to let people know when they’re breaking rules in ACP which wasn’t too fun.

If another army leader tried to hire you, how would you deal with the situation?

Funny you ask, I’ve been in this situation before. I’d handle it like I did the last time, let the leaders know what happened and tell the other leader I’m not interested. Who knows maybe I’d make a juicy CPAHQ or Shamrock Bulletin story about it 😉

How do you deal with issues that arise while you’re undertaking your role as a staff member?

Honestly I go into one of the thousand group chats I’m an and yell about it. Typically it’s one with either Kailey or spotty. Once I’ve collected myself a bit I think with my head and not my heart and deal with things accordingly.

Who is your main competition as you look to earning a Higher Command position?

Everyone that is in my role. Love all of them but if it came down to it I’d crush them like a grape.

Have you ever come close to leaving the ACP? What stopped you?

I have come close once or twice due to my IRL schedule when I first joined back in February. What stopped me was honestly spotty and Kailey. They both basically told me “shut up you’re staying” so I did and haven’t looked back ever since.

If you could change one thing about the ACP, what would it be and why?

Our hcom structure. Spotty and Kailey must be eradicated.

Well done – you’ve passed the Staff Scrutiny! Thanks for taking part, Fusion!
