The war is over, we are victorious, but at what cost?

On January 21st, at 7:27 pm EST, right before our capital invasion of Zero Grau to finally knock out Scarlet Republic out of the war, Aliens issued a surrender. A couple of minutes later, at 7:33 pm EST, Scarlet Republic issued its own surrender.

Aliens and Scarlet Republic blame this surrender on the inappropriateness of the Water Vikings‘ declaration of war, and on our ‘bullying’ of S/M armies being rather toxic.

We find that excuse to end OUR war with them unacceptable.

TO ALIENS:

If you think our goal to declare on Scarlet Republic was to ‘bully’ an S/M army, you are completely wrong.
Is our declaration of war not justified? What Ghostt said about our army, stabbing us in the back, are words that hurt us immensely. He slandered ACP’s name without ever giving a proper justification. We gave him our time and freedom to build his own army, and he slapped us in the face as a thank-you.

All circled in green were ACP troops **at the time**. This is SR’s opening event. If you see the next events, too, many ACP troops are present.

As an ACP staff member, he was never restricted from making his own army, but rather supported.

As an army leader, he was helped to take his first few steps.

Our declaration of war on Scarlet Republic was completely justified. If you think otherwise, then have fun sitting with your arms crossed as your name is slandered after you gave those same people the liberty to have their own fun, the one you preach so much to be done.

Aliens, the same thing happened in the previous war: you put your nose in areas you don’t need to. You previously stated that our war on The Bastille Vanguard was completely unjustified, when in reality, TBV enabled the bullying of the S/M community by Doritos by giving them servers. It’s disgusting that you ignore the reasoning of the war and just focus on who is involved. I wonder what would happen if the reasoning for the war were worse? Would you also ignore it then and still jump in to defend, no matter the reasoning, just because it’s a major declaring on an S/M? You continue to say you defend the S/M community, but you don’t even know how to do it properly.

You also claim that you’re the ‘friendliest’ community on Club Penguin, and yet, when someone does the exact opposite, you still find a way to support them?

When Scarlet Republic openly slanders our name, you’re completely okay with it.

Our second biggest issue with this entire situation is that there’s not a single ACP signature in the Water Vikings’ declaration of war. Why did you end the war with us when the issue you had was with Water Vikings? You had no reason to end it with us. We were not being toxic; we were handling the war just like we did with our previous one. The tactics thrown at each other were pretty much the same, too, so toxicity is also not a valid argument.

Adding more to that, the declaration of war from Water Vikings was issued on January 20th, at 7:50 pm EST. You issued your surrender on January 21st at 7:27 pm EST, almost 24 hours later. Why did it take you so long to surrender if you had an issue with the post? You could’ve boycotted right when it was posted, if you REALLY had an issue with it. You attended TWO battles, lost them, then surrendered because you saw no way out? Cowards.

When we warred you, we did it when you were bigger. We took a lifetime beatdown of 16 battles in a row, losing time after time, while also attending almost every single one of those battles. Not only that, it became the first time in the CPPS Era that we lost our beloved Mammoth. Still, though, wanted to stand up for ourselves, to stand for what was right, while also defending our honor. We would never back down from a challenge.

Yet, here you are.
You ended the war over a situation we didn’t even have control over.
You simply could’ve ended the conflict with Water Vikings, and kept our war going.
You could’ve brought up the issue to us, and we would’ve figured out a way to work it out together, to keep the fun, competitive environment going, but you can’t even do that.

When ACP was declared on by 3 Major armies in World War IX, we didn’t back down. We fought until the very end, and even somehow managed to take something away from it.

You simply saw no way out and chickened out. There’s no other way to put it.
You didn’t have the balls to lose 16 battles in a row, because you know you would’ve.

Aliens, you are cowards, and this is not over yet. We will come after you again, no matter what it takes.

Aliens will remain categorized as enemies of the Democratic Republic of the Army of Club Penguin.

TO SCARLET REPUBLIC:

Ghostt, we give you the chance to do things right once more, and you run away.

You run off to another league, just because it favors you better. Another behaviour for a coward.
Supporting a division of the community is on the same rank as devolving.
We worked so hard, TWICE, to reunite the community back in 2020 and 2022. Yet, you decide to run off and support a community divide.

We were wrong to help you this entire time and to even enable this behaviour from you.

The behaviour of your army continues to be deplorable as well, comparing the doxxing of a staff member to a situation we had no control over. Mind you, in fact, we didn’t surrender the war vs. Doritos. We won because of term breakage due to doxing. Don’t you agree that doxing is a valid reason to complain, or do you think it’s a cowardly move?

We wonder how the staff member who got called racist remarks after being doxxed feels about this.

Stop talking trash constantly if you’re not ready to deal with the consequences.

Guess what, surprise, our war score is 3-0-1, not 1-0-1 like you think you got for running away, and winning a no-show battle. Sorry to say that we focused on the real target.

We will now be changing our decision, and Scarlet Republic will now be categorized as enemies of the Democratic Republic of the Army of Club Penguin.

TO THE ARMY COMMUNITY:

What happened in the CPA main chat following the surrender, we think, is something that should be addressed, so we will use this post to do so.

From the beginning, we have never supported community divide. Those currently in the higher ranks of ACP have gone through it before, and it’s the last thing we want for the community. Still, though, reluctantly we joined Ugly’s CPAL server (not the league) and stayed around to have a ‘look’, without really having intentions of joining, which were stated to Ugly since the beginning. Ugly was still our ex-leader and old friend, so it was our wish to support him. This is why we still gave him interview answers alongside other small stuff. Still, though, he pressured us into joining his events, just like any other army, despite it being clear ACP had not joined the league yet, nor had it given any signs of it.

Sadly, he deleted the group chat we were in (God knows why), so we can’t show you screenshots of him inviting us to their events.

Now, coming from Daniel20448 personally, community divide has never been a good thing. It’s something I will never support as I believe it runs an already small community too thin. And genuinely, after every single drama, going back to it is literally devolving back in time. Have we not learned from our mistakes? Are we just letting history repeat itself?

The one thing that will end the community one day will not be old age, but rather community divide. Because people run when the situation does not favor them. We know the names of the people who did this, too, so why repeat their actions? We are far from any “Golden Age” if this is the case, as much as I’d like to see it as one, too.

There’s something we share with Templars of Club Penguin’s declaration of hostilities on Void Troops, and that is Ugly’s heavy involvement with army decision-making. Administrators have been couped for similar reasons.

Because of other screenshots we have seen of Ugly’s vendetta against us, we do not believe ACP should join the league.
Because of it being an indicator of community divide, ACP will officially not be supporting CPAL or anything related to it.

To everyone else in the army community:

Congratulations on complaining for giving you another war. ACP doesn’t care about what those in the army community think, though, so we will continue to do our own thing.

To those who supported Aliens & Scarlet Republic during the war, you are also now in our scope of targets. Don’t be surprised if we take action in the future.

And finally, to our troops.

Thank you for the support you gave us throughout the entire war. Not only the war, but the support you give us daily. How far we have come is only because of you, the HCOM, staff members, and troops. You are all what makes the Army of Club Penguin, and we hope we can continue having fun and goofing around like we always do – making memories with our community of crazy people (yeah, we’re all crazy).

You all truly have made the HCOM team look like fools, as we were underestimating ourselves and how far we can go. Thank you for showing us that, and for the work you put in that led to that.
