Addressed to Club Penguin Armies

BLIZZARD, SB Headquarters – We are pleased to announce that Shamrock Bulletin will officially host the 3rd addition of the Double Deck the Halls, scheduled on November 23rd!

With the holiday season drawing in, ACP relives its holiday traditions through the many festivities it has hosted throughout the years, including the Double Deck the Halls.

In November 2022, Mchappy established this tournament as a way to prepare ourselves and our allies for the tournament season in December. While reviewing the archives on the ACP website, Mchappy found information about a tournament organized by the former 2nd Commander in Chief, Fort57, called the Double Team Tournament. It was then re-established as ‘Double Deck the Halls’, where this tournament witnessed two occurrences throughout the last two years, and has now become an integral part of the culture of ACP and its community.

Last year in our second DDH we saw ACP teamed up with our allies PIC as the Gingerbread Penguins to take on the Rebel Penguin Federation and the Coup Crusaders teamed as the Hawaiian Santas. This battle resulted in the Gingerbread Penguins winning the tournament in a 2-1-0[W-L-T] victory. This tournament saw massive success through its recent rundowns, and we now aim to make it the biggest by far!

PARTICIPANTS & MATCHUP

In line with tradition, we invited three of our allies to this year’s tournament. The armies participating are as follows: Winged Hussars, People’s Imperial Confederation, and Rebel Penguin Federation. And thus the pairings are as follows:

Army of Club Penguin & Winged Hussars

Rebel Penguin Federation & People’s Imperial Confederation

Just like last year, the pairings were based on each army’s performance for the past three weeks on CPA’s Top Ten Rankings so that the small-medium armies could be paired with a major army.

The winner of this tournament will be forever marked in the grand pillars and history of the Army of Club Penguin and the Double Deck the Halls!

RULES

1. The battle will be held on Club Penguin Army Battleground.
2. The battle will last for 30 minutes across three rooms.
3. Armies will keep their original !army tag but wear a cohesive costume: Elves, Gingerbread people, Reindeer, Santa, or anything holiday themed goes.
4. No toxic behavior during the battle.
5. Judges will be requested via the #battle-judging-requests on the Club Penguin Army Judges server.
6. No alt logging or multilogging.
7. No doxing or harmful activity.
