Dilemma Decisions: Kailey and Gugspugs

BLIZZARD, Shamrock Bulletin Headquarters – Welcome back to another feature of Dilemma Discussions hosted by ACP Colonel Action. Today we’ll be asking Kailey and Gugspugs the following question:

If you were Leader and found out members of your HCOM team were troop stealing from other armies, what would you do?

General Kailey joined the Army of Club Penguin on December 11th, 2019, and from there has ranked up to the rank of General. But in all her time, how much has she learned, and has that time prepared her for this dilemma? This was her response:

I would talk to my hcom and figure out what was going on and why they are troop stealing. Depending on the how bad the situation is, they might get demoted. But always talk to ur staff cos communication is key.

General Gugspugs joined the Army of Club Penguin in September of 2020. Though not long, she has been in the army for almost six or so months. How will she respond to this dilemma?

Well I suppose first I’d talk to them and see why they’re doing it, then sanctions would probably be put in place to avoid it happening again and to get them to stop because it’s not right. However, trust would be lost and demotions probably would happen.

Both Gugspugs and Kailey would first talk to said troop stealers about it so as to find out why they did it which is a very logical thing to do. And as such actions can not go unnoticed, demotions are also likely to happen. Very wise decisions from our very wise HCOM. Who will we feature in the next column? What will their dilemma be?
