As many of you know I am at Chicago open air rock festival. I am having a amazing Time. I got to see all the bands perform so far. I even got to meet and get autographs from drowning pool, in this moment and from the vocalist of Korn and from pop evil. Chat does not work on my phone so I can’t come on until Monday. I have a lot of stories to tell you all once I get back

The armies have been steadily getting old, and we need something to rejuvenate it. Nobody wants the same old events every day such as practice battles, recruiting, ulead, and just variation of battles. People join armies to have fun, and having repetitive events is not fun, it causes people to quit and get too lazy to log onto events. That is why we need new events such as follow the leader. Follow the leader will help increase activity and make sure people don’t go brb or afk. It will also help with tactics, I will provide further details in the later part of this document. We could also have hide and seek, while it does not necessarily help with anything, it is a fun activity and will get more members involved. These events will increase activity and help with increasing morale.
Smiley tactics are getting old. It has been used by the armies for years and nobody is surprised about it anymore. My plan is to introduce Formation Tactics, Formational tactics are tactics which main idea revolve around movement, discipline, and focus. Formational tactics require lots of movement. They can make make a pattern, make words, and make exquisite formations. Formational tactics will be hard to create and require lots of discipline and focus. The player needs to focus solely on the computer to be able to execute the tactics perfectly, if they are not focusing and they might delay the tactic, which in doing so will make the tactic look disorganized and will be a whole mess. Not everybody would be able to do this, so my plan would that we have an elite section of players who will do this during battles. These player will be in a separate chat in order to make sure no other players get confused. The other non elites one stay in the regular chat, and during the advanced tactics, they will be doing regular emoji tactics. At least one owner will need to stay in main chat in order to direct the non elite members. The owners will need to make sure to have perfect communication with each other between chats, so each other knows what they’re doing. We could either have the advanced formations last the whole battle or a later time in the battle. When awaiting the time for starting advanced tactical formation, the elites will be doing the same tactics as the regular players.
I also had an idea for advanced smiley tactic, called the christmas light tactic in which there is an emoji pattern. Example: There are penguins A B C D set up in that order. Penguin A and C does mad smiley and after their smiley turns off, C and D do flower emoji. This gives the impression of christmas lights. Another advanced tactic idea I had is doing tactics in a line. Example: there are penguins A B C D in a line, A starts the tactic, after A starts the smiley, then B does it, then C, then D and so on. The penguins don’t have to hold the smiley.
Elite Practice: I suggest having the elite group have one practice a day. The elite will not be required to go the regular practice events, because they will be expected to know all that stuff, but it will be recommended that they go to the other practices in order to help out the army.
My plan of action for increasing the size of ACP during events is to log on 15-50 minutes earlier and commence a fun activity we could do on CP or xat. Fun activities could include card jitsu battle, connect four, other Club Penguin Multi-player Games, hide and seek, tag , Role play session. Xat Games could include using the ACP’s Bot games that are included within the bot. Winner of any of these games can get temp mod or owner if you are already a mod.
Studies show that other armies sizes correlate to the age level of the chat. Club Penguin is a child’s game and if we are recruiting off a child’s game then our chats age level should be PG.
Owners and moderators have been bending the rules at times to suit their own needs and must be punished. No matter what rule they break they should be punished equally.
Check out this other great idea made by Skipper!

Hey guys!
As a army who has been battling and server the island of Club Penguin for almost 10 years! We need to start becoming MORE apart of the Club Penguin community, so we need to do things like attending Club Penguin Mascot/Moderator Meet Ups, post club penguin updates/news on the ACP site (So turn the ACP site into a Club Penguin blog as well) and have ACP host and create their own Club Penguin parties, and get people attending them. So then we will be able to have A LOT more support from Club Penguin players, and since we are the ARMY of CLUB PENGUIN, we won’t be known as outsiders in the Club Penguin community, people won’t think of us as some evil group seeking to destroy Club Penguin.

Hey guys!
As most of you know by now, Armies and also Club Penguin events, such as parties and Rookie Meet ups, etc. Has been raided by Club Penguin bots, this has been going on quite a while, and so I emailed @ClubPenguin and asked them if they were still working on to fix the issue and here is their response.

Bots has been a huge issue lately in the Club Penguin community as far effecting the CP Army community as well. When new people that signed up to play Club Penguin, they notice the bots and find it really really annoying, and therefore they wouldn’t want to play the game anymore. And without new Club Penguin players, there wouldn’t be new people to recruit to join armies.
Also some armies been doing bot recruiting to make themself much bigger and taking up a lot of space, and so other armies wouldn’t be able to recruit, because their recruiting people are highly outnumbered. And so then the army wouldn’t be getting recruits, and they will shortly die out.
Hope fully Club Penguin will put a end to these bots, and armies can continue to have events, and rise with new recruits, and Club Penguin will be able to get new players onto the game.

Did you know you could have fun and recruit at the same time? Well there is a way. I’ll tell you how. I remember in 2008 when there would be ACP soldiers walking in a group on some server and were just having fun. So why not start that again, I mean we are a CP army afterwards, meaning that we shouldn’t just log on for events.
When ever your on chat, just ask if anybody wants to log onto CP and walk around the server Chanting ACP, and role playing a little. That way, we can show potential recruits that we are real people and that we as an army are here to have fun and aren’t just bots. Here is one role play idea, act like the world is ending and say that ACP is here to protect. Something silly like that, cause we are recruiting off a child’s game. We gotta involve the community, we can’t recruit by standing there and chanting lines, it’s stupid and doesn’t help armies. Did you know about 80% of penguins on cp hates the army cause of bots and auto typing? Since nobody likes auto typing any more we now have to show that we are active around CP and that we are a army protecting CP. You guys could just go room to room and say “room secured moving out”, that will attract attention and hopefully get some questions going like, “what are you doing”.
This has been you Lord Almighty, and I’m signing off! Peace

An army of gold-armored Templars has been spotted! Bonk every Templar that pops out of an igloo before they retreat. Grab your trusty rolled-up newspaper and get clicking.
Watch out for civilian bystanders! Be careful, – whacking a bystander costs you 10 points. Aim only for gold helmets!
