SNOW FORTS, Shamrock Bulletin Temporary Headquarters – Hiya ACP! Welcome back to another edition of Donator Discussions! Spiffy is one of our amazing donators to ACP. She joined us back in August and is now one of our Brigadier Generals!! You can find her attending MANY of our events or recruiting many of our awesome troops (including me). I got the honor to interview Spiffy on February 25th as a thank you for donating to our community. Keep on reading this edition of Donator Discussions with Spiffy to find out all about her!

Welcome to Donator Discussion Spiffy!! First, thank you so much for donating. Could I ask what inspired you to donate to ACP?
Of course! ACP has given me so much in terms of friendships, confidence, and leadership opportunities. Donating felt like a small way to give back to a community that has poured so much into me. I believe in supporting the spaces that bring people together and creating positive experiences, and ACP definitely does that.
That is so wonderful to hear!! Could you introduce yourself to our wonderful readers?
Hi everyone! I’m Brie aka Spiffy, and I’m a proud member of ACP. I first started playing Club Penguin back in 2006/2007 and played consistently until around 2012. After that, I would log on from time to time, but not very often. I was honestly really sad when I heard it was shutting down. Last summer, I learned about CPJ and decided to make an account. The moment I logged back on, all the nostalgia came rushing back. I never expected to enjoy it as much as I did, but it was so much fun. I ended up meeting so many amazing people, which eventually led me here to ACP. In my otherwise hectic life, Club Penguin and ACP has become such a great stress reliever and a place where I can unwind, have fun, and just enjoy being part of a community again.
Outside of ACP, I work as a vocational rehabilitation counselor, where I help individuals with disabilities reach their employment goals. I’m very passionate about helping people grow, gain confidence, and achieve things they once thought were out of reach. When I’m not playing Club Penguin or working, I also enjoy reading, listening to heavy metal, cooking, and camping.
WOW!! You carry on many roles in your life! Speaking of roles, when you donated you got a special unique role to you… what made you chose Espresso Penguin Force?
Honestly, I struggled a lot trying to choose a custom role at first. I knew I wanted something creative and personal, and I kept coming back to the idea of incorporating coffee somehow since at the time I was spending a lot of time in the Coffee Shop on CPJ (and drinking way too much coffee irl). After a lot of brainstorming, my good friend Queen Kay suggested Espresso Penguin Force. I loved it because it sounds fun but what made it even better is that the abbreviation, EPF, matches Elite Penguin Force. I thought that little nod was a clever touch.
That role is so perfect for you, and we LOVE the clever nod to our secret agents. Now that it is quickly approaching March, our March Madness Tournament is coming up. Are you excited for March Madness? Do you have any expectations?
I’m definitely excited for March Madness! Although I haven’t been in ACP for a very long time, the tournaments that I have participated in have been a blast. I expect intense battles, creative tactics, and a lot of ACP pride. More than anything, I’m looking forward to seeing everyone come together and lead us to an unforgettable victory!
I love the enthusiasm!! So many memories of past battles and tournaments to go through… What is your most memorable moment with ACP?
One of my most memorable experiences so far has been participating in ACPTR. It was such a rewarding experience because it gave me a deeper understanding of leadership, preparation, and what really goes on behind the scenes of events and battles. I grew a lot in confidence during that time and built strong connections with others in the regiment. Now, I’m especially excited to be participating in ACPTR as an officer. It feels like a full-circle moment, and I’m really looking forward to giving back to the program that helped me grow within ACP.
That is so exciting going from cadet to officer!! Do you have any other goals you want to achieve within ACP? If so, what are they?
My biggest goal is honestly to continue having fun and building meaningful friendships within ACP. The community aspect is what makes this experience so special to me, and I’d love to keep strengthening those connections. One long-term goal of mine would be to potentially make HCOM one day. It’s something I see as both an honor and a responsibility, and I’d love the opportunity if I earn it.
I also think it would be really fun to become more involved with the Shamrock Bulletin. I enjoy being creative and contributing behind the scenes, so getting more involved with writing or content creation is definitely something I’m interested in exploring.
Well, you do a wonderful job on and behind the scenes! Thank you so much for this interview and for donating! Is there anything else you would like to say to our readers?
Don’t overthink it, just have fun! Whether you’re attending your first event/battle or just hanging out in chat, your presence matters. ACP is at its best when everyone brings their personality and energy to the table.
A big thank you once again to Spiffy for joining me on this interview and a big thank you to YOU for reading this Donator Discussion! Make sure to say “hi” to Spiffy whenever you see her around! <3
