Get the Step Right Up Background

To start this quest, open your map and go to the Ski Village:

There you’ll find a pop-up curtain and podium. Step up to the podium first, then you can click the camera and receive a Step Right Up Background for free!

• • •
Find the Snow Cone Pin

To get the Rainbow Snow Cone Pin, you’re going to have to make it yourself! You can find the snow cone machine inside of the Coffee Shop, which if you don’t know, is located here:

Throw one snowball into the funnel and wait a moment for the machine to make your snow cone. When it’s done, click on the snow cone to collect your free Rainbow Snow Cone Pin!

• • •
Swim in the Ball Pit

Go to the Iceberg and waddle around in the ball pit for a few seconds to earn this quest!

• • •
Ride the Wagon Wheel

Let’s go to the Dock to find the location of the next quest! When you arrive at the Dock, you will see the sign that says “WAGON WHEEL”, walk past it to get to the Wagon Wheel Entrance room.

In the top right corner of the room is where you can board the wagon wheel, walk up to it to get in! Once you are on, wait for one whole rotation to earn the quest.

ADDITIONALLY, there is another free background you can obtain from here. Wait another two rotations, 3 rotations in total, to receive a Wagon Wheel Background for free!

• • •
Get Gift from Penguin Band

What’s this? A THIRD free background?! On your way to the wagon wheel, you may have noticed the Penguin Band playing on a stage. Go back to the Wagon Wheel Entrance room and click on the band to get The Band’s Fair Giveaway, for free!

• • •
Earn 5 tickets in Ring the Bell

Go back outside to the Dock for the Ring the Bell quest. This Fair game is located in between Spin to Win and Puffle Shuffle! It says you need to score 5 tickets, but when I tried 5, it didn’t work. However, it’s really easy to score the maximum 25 tickets in this game, so you shouldn’t have a problem!

• • •
Earn 15 tickets in Spin to Win

The next quest is at Spin To Win, also named Grab & Spin, located right beside Ring the Bell. Any score between 15 and 100 will work for the quest, so unless you get really unlucky and score over 100, you should be able to get this one first try.

• • •
Join 10 Farm Animals at Beach

For the first medium quest, you will need an animal costume. Go to the Town again, but instead of the Coffee Shop, we are going to the Gift Shop!

Click on either the changing rooms or the catalog in the bottom right corner, then skip to page 3 for the animal costumes. Any of these animal outfits will work for the quest! You may need to purchase the main costume body AND the costume feet, but wearing only the costume body seems to work.

Next step! Once you look like something other than a penguin, go to the Beach! You will need 9 other penguins also dressed up as farm animals to earn this quest (which you’ll know if you don’t have Hide Penguins enabled…). You may have to wait for more players, or you could ask for help in our Discord server!! There’s a lot of lovely helpful people there.

• • •
Find the Hidden Pin

For the Hidden Pin, go to the Forest and then head up to the Puffle Circus Entrance room.

Click on the Cannon Pin to collect your free item, which will also give you the quest!

• • •
Bob for Apples

For the Bob for Apples quest, go back to the Wagon Wheel Entrance room from the Dock. Click on the bobbing apples in the bucket!

• • •
Earn 10 tickets in Memory Card Game

For the Memory Card Game, go to the Forest again and locate this booth! The cards in this minigame will always be RANDOMISED, so I can’t give you the answers…

Fortunately you only need to achieve 10 tickets for this quest, which gives room for plenty of mistakes. So, if you have a bad memory like me, it’s OK!! However, if you’d like a tip for memorizing better, I recommend making up a story as you go along, using the pictures on the cards! Turn the cards in order rather than picking them randomly, it’ll be much easier to remember where each one was.
• • •
Earn 100 tickets in Puffle Paddle

Next stop, Puffle Paddle, which is also located in the Forest! For this minigame, if you focus just on your first blue puffle, you only need to bounce it 34 times to get the 100 tickets requirement for the quest. A tip for this game is to not hit the puffle hard when it falls on your paddle. Be nice to your puffle!

• • •
Earn 45 tickets in Puffle Shuffle

Puffle Shuffle is located at the Dock and is the booth on the right. A tip I can give is following one hat with your eyes and tracking another hat with your cursor, decide which colors your eyes and cursor will each follow and stick to that so you don’t confuse yourself! You get over 45 tickets by winning only 3 rounds, and you can quit out the game any time after that.

• • •
Join 20 Clowns at Pizza Parlor

Onto the hard quests! To be a clown at the Pizza Parlor, go to the Gift Shop again and purchase this outfit! For all three pieces of the Clown-Around costume and clown shoes, it costs 700 coins.
Though not required, there’s also a free hidden clown nose, check out our CPLegacy Penguin Style Secrets guide if you’d like to know where it’s hidden!

Then, go to the Plaza to find the Pizza Parlor, which you can enter by walking into this tent.

Put on your full clown costume and press D to dance, or dance using the action menu in your chat bar! When you have 19 other penguins join you in the juggling clown activities, you will be awarded the quest!

• • •
Save 5,000 tickets

For this quest, have 5,000 tickets at the same time, meaning don’t spend those tickets on the prize booths just yet! Get over 5,000 tickets by playing any of the Fair games until you have enough! Out of the 8 games, 2 of them will have a double ticket bonus which changes daily. You can see which games have the double ticket bonus by clicking the X2 ticket icon in the top right of your screen.

• • •
Watch Entire Great Puffle Circus

Return to the Forest and then walk up to the Puffle Circus Entrance. Head inside the tent to start the quest! Watching the whole performance at the Great Puffle Circus will take a couple minutes. The puffles will appear in this order: black, blue, brown, green, orange, pink, red, white, and lastly purple. Once the purple puffle act has finished, you will achieve this quest!

• • •
Earn 50 tickets in Balloon Pop

My favorite Fair game! For Balloon Pop, go to the Snow Forts first, then walk up the path beneath the banner that says “MORE GAMES THIS WAY” to get to the Bonus Game Room! Balloon Pop is located on the trampoline to the left.

Use your balloon to bump the target balloons into the cactus walls, while being careful not to fly into the walls yourself else YOUR balloon will pop.
• • •
Earn 50 tickets in Feed-A-Puffle

The Feed-A-Puffle booth is located at the Cove on the left side! Feed every puffle that appears and don’t spam, since you only get 100 O-berries to shoot. Once you earn over 50 tickets, you can continue playing or quit out the game to have the quest completed.

• • •
Earn 20 tickets in Puffle Soaker

Puffle Soaker is located in the same room as Balloon Pop, so return to the Snow Forts then waddle up to the Bonus Game Room for this quest. Don’t soak any penguins, and also make sure to duck with down arrow if bags of coffee beans or fish come flying at you!

• • •
Join 30 Bumper Cars at Stadium

The extreme quests! For the 30 Bumper Cars at Stadium quest, you’re going to need to purchase a Wheeler from the Penguin Style catalog, so first go to the Gift Shop. You can find either the Purple Wheeler, Blue Wheeler or Green Wheeler hidden on the farm animal costumes page, as highlighted below! Each Wheeler here costs 450 coins.

If you have more than 450 coins and would like a cooler ride, the Outfit of the Month at the back of the catalog is currently a White Wheeler costing 1000 coins, which also works for the quest! Check out ACP’s CPLegacy September Penguin Style Secrets guide for more about the current Penguin Style.
Once you’ve obtained a Wheeler, go to the Stadium.

The hardest part about this quest is getting 30 penguins to be in the room also playing bumper cars (note: you don’t need to actually simulate a game of bumper cars for the quest)! You may also need to remove your other accessories for the quest to work properly.

• • •
Win all apple bobbing prizes

That bucket of bobbing apples at the Wagon Wheel Entrance room from the Dock you clicked earlier for another quest, well turns out you can click it 8 times to redeem 8 prizes per day! You will end up redeeming multiple of the same prizes from the apple bobbing and it may take a few days to collect all rewards. Remember to log back in again to make sure you complete this quest!
The prizes include: Apples Background, Yellow Apple Pin, Yellow Apple Costume, Yellow Apple Chair, and 10 tickets.

• • •
Collect Reward for 21/21 Quests

Once you’ve finished all your quests, you’re now able to claim the special reward! Make sure to CLICK THE BUTTON TWICE – the reward has two pieces! The Neon Green Helmet is a head item, and the Neon Green Longboard is a hand item.

These items have two special animations, one animation is by dancing while wearing both items, and the other animation is by dancing with only the Neon Green Longboard.

These aren’t the only rewards for beating all 21 quests. There’s one more exclusive reward you can find, though it is currently unavailable as trying to purchase it produces an error message. I’ll update this post again once it becomes available! In the meantime, I can tell you how to obtain it!
Returning to the Great Puffle Circus, you can now click on the yellow Ringmaster Puffle and purchase it for 10,000 tickets. This puffle is a hand item rather than an ordinary puffle that you can adopt and name. It also has a special dance animation!

Prize Booths
Once you’ve gained tons of tickets, you’ll want to exchange your tickets for cool prizes! For this year’s Fair, Club Penguin Legacy has introduced tons of new items, in fact almost all of the prizes in the prize booths are brand new, so even the old players are going to have fun grinding tickets to redeem all these awesome new rewards. Below is the locations of each one so you can easily find them again!
Prize Booth Location: Forest
Total Tickets needed: 10,765
–

Prize Booth Location: Puffle Circus Entrance
Total Tickets needed: 9,450
–

Prize Booth Location: Wagon Wheel Entrance
Total Tickets needed: 10,275

You need 30,490 tickets altogether to purchase every prize from the three prize booths!
Don’t forget about the DOUBLE TICKETS feature. The games which have double tickets changes daily, so it may be different since the last time you checked. The double tickets won’t display after your minigame ends, but it will be added correctly to your total tickets.
Ticket Shredding
New to this year’s Fair is a feature called Ticket Shredding, which allows you to recycle your surplus of tickets towards the community milestones and earn community rewards! The rewards include the Shredded Ticket Pin for 100,000 tickets shredded by the community, the Ticket Background for 2,500,000 tickets shredded, and ??? for ?????? tickets shredded.

Click the “Go There!” button to instantly teleport to the Recycling Plant. Here you’ll find the Shredder 3000, which you can feed your spare tickets into. To get to the ticket shredding interface, click on the machine in the bottom left of the room.

If you try to shred 10,000 or more tickets at once, it won’t work, so make sure to enter a number smaller or equal to 9,999. ONLY SHRED THE TICKETS IF YOU DON’T WANT THEM!! You cannot use shredded tickets to redeem prizes, so only shred them if you’re sure you want to, else you’ll have to grind back your tickets to redeem more prizes!

The Migrator & Rockhopper’s Rare Items
Every time Rockhopper visits, he docks his ship The Migrator at the Beach and brings some cool items with him from his adventures! You can board his ship and enter the Ship Hold to find Rockhopper’s Rare Items catalog. Don’t forget to collect the free item, a Winged Viking Helmet!

Total cost of one of each item + secret item: 1130 coins
Total cost of one of each item without secret item: 1010 coins
Cost of secret item: 120 coins
Also, don’t forget that you are now able to access The Captain’s Quarters from the Ship Hold where you can play Treasure Hunt!

The key is found at the last page of ‘The Journal of Captain’s Rockhopper‘ book found in the Book Room. Click HERE for a more detailed guide on how to find Rockhopper’s Key.
