Addressed to the Army of Club Penguin
Blizzard, Shamrock Bulletin HQ – Almost 10 months of the year have passed, however, there are still 2 whole months until the end of the year. In this post, we will be talking about the army community’s predictions for the current year. We will be diving deeper into future topics such as the Christmas Chaos, Army Legends and predictions about the potential opening or closing of certain armies.
Only two months remain until the end of 2023 and many armies are gearing up to try and win this year’s Christmas Chaos tournament. Looking at the current army climate, it is safe to say that all eyes are fixated on three major armies, Army of Club Penguin, Elite Guardians and Help Force. The Legends Cup XIII win by ACP has increased the army’s morale and gave them the energy to potentially continue their win streak. Elite Guardians have proven themselves as worthy opponents and worthy contenders for a potential tournament win, due to their high weekly position on the Club Penguin Armies Top Ten list. A popular opinion circulating around the army community is that the Help Force might gain another tournament win, after their Ausia Arena tournament victory earlier in the year.
This year’s most popular picks for the major Army Legend title, in my opinion, are Calgo, Dino, Coolguy and Dawn. Calgo and Coolguy should be in the running because of their role in the rise of ACP this year, but we also can’t forget about Coolguy’s past contributions to Special Weapons and Tactics. Dino has played a big part in keeping the Water Vikings as a formidable major player in the community, therefore, becoming a big contender for Legend. After the retirement of the Templar’s creator and Major Army Legend Xing, Dawn was able to step up to the challenge of rebuilding the army’s former glory, claiming the ‘Empress’ title, that was left by Xing, along the way.
For the Small/Medium Army Legend role, some notable members that can be inducted are Shalissa, Sweater, Cabin and Legoman. It can be said that SWAT was able to rise to many heights with Legoman. However, the success of the People’s Imperial Confederation, both as an army and in the Beach Brawl tournament, could earn one, or more, of their leaders a spot in the legends list this year.
Many armies might open or close their doors at any given time, but one thing is certain, it is currently more difficult for armies to grow, due to the many restrictions set by Discord and other CPPS’. I think that we can expect the Penguins of Madagascar to close soon, due to the internal drama that has occurred over the year. However, something more difficult to predict would be which army will open next. I think that we might witness the return of Ice Warriors soon, but anything is possible in the army community. Could another major player return in their place?
The Shamrock Bulletin team sat down with many community members to hear about their predictions for this year’s tournaments and legends list.
Who do you think will win the Christmas Chaos Tournament?
Mogi: Probably ACP since they’re the strongest army there is rn, but EGCP also has a chance.
Polaris: ACP
Niko: Tough question. I think HF will win, but there will be a lot of hard battles.
Fwapo: My thoughts goes towards ACP and HF those armies deserve respect for their hard work, I can’t pick a specific one inbetween them because they are both equally strong, but HF does things in a smart way while ACP just wants to win (now that’s completely my opinion)
Bull Hour: I think ACP will win the CC. They have a strong staff team, and they have demonstrated their potential by winning the Legends Cup and the recent war. Additionally, they have maintained a consistently good position in the top ten, having been #1 in the top ten rankings many times. So, I believe ACP will emerge victorious in the CC.
In your opinion, who will be the #1 army this year in the Top Ten?
Mogi: Ahh this is hard to say but probably ACP or RPF cause they have been pretty consistent throughout the year from what I can remember lol
Polaris: ACP
Niko: If HF maintains these high MAXes, maybe they will be first, but I think ACP is going to be first. We have seen them in first place a lot this year. I also think EGCP will be a great competitor.
Fwapo: ACP This year has been great in cpa,we had some mental I’ll situations,ALOT of dramas more importantly ACP crushing the batte grounds, they have been doing amazing this year. and every other year I think they deserve to smash that #1
Bull Hour: If ACP maintains its consistency, they can become the #1 Army of 2023.
Do you think the Shamrock Bulletin will be recognized as a reputable army media website?
Mogi: Yep, I definitely think the Shamrock Bulleting has been super strong and active throughout the whole year posting a bunch of posts so yeah, they deserve to be recognized reputable.
Polaris: Yes
Niko: Yes
Fwapo: Yes, I Believe so.
Bull Hour: Yes, the Shamrock Bulletin is the only news organization that has been running in the community for a longer period than any army media, and they strive to deliver unbiased news.
What are your 2023 legend list predictions?
Mogi: Definitely Calgo, Dino, Coolguy, and I think those are my top 3 guesses.
Polaris: Calgo
Niko: Well, I don’t know. I think ROOBOO will be nominated. But I can’t say anything for certain. Let’s just wait and see!! I’m just as excited as everyone else.
Fwapo: Cool guy and calgo those two are the heart for the army of cp while there are staff/mods/hcom that are trusted by their leaders to keep the army steady but I believe without the start of calgo’s lead, the army wouldn’t be like it is now,he made a good job building his reputation and sending that green oily picture every morning I wake up to good job!
Bull Hour: Calgo, Austin Fraud, CoolGuy, Link3000, Ice Queen, Edu
What armies might be revived or closed down in the rest of this year?
Mogi: No idea which armies might revive, but Penguins of Madagascar might shut down possibly the Coup Crusaders even though they just reopened. 😉
Polaris: bro honestly i don’t even know what armies are active.
Niko: I have no idea about LMFAO. Only time will tell.
Fwapo: I believe it might be the army i am currently serving in Special Weapons And Tactics I really have hopes for it we are currently working really hard to get more staff and recruits in,my start was amazing with the leadership by Legoman and Cool Guy , i am now serving as a leader in training and hopefully will get the army revived to maxing 15-20 every event by my leader ship-in taken, beacuse o don’t believe I will change armies my retirement would be winding of the whole thing,so I want to make the best out of this time I have/and a current army opened under the name Napalm Corps I believe it’s leader will bring that army to like and make it crush the battle grounds and be one of the #1’s
Bull Hour: I’m not sure how to answer that; let’s see what the future holds.
From what we can see, most of the predictions are leaning in favour of ACP winning the Christmas Chaos tournament and earning the number one army spot of the year on the CPA Top Ten list. We can also notice a great deal of support towards the two current and former ACP leaders Calgo and Coolguy for the major army legend spot. Who will come out on top? We wish all of the armies and people involved in the community the best of luck and we hope for better years to come.
