Following 32 gruelling battles taking place over the course of 10 days, World War IX has come to an end. This post marks the end of the ninth world war that’s taken place in the army community. Therefore, all hostilities between the Blue Sunset Alliance and the Sapphire Concordat have ceased.

The war first began on June 1st with the Elite Guardians, Rebel Penguin Federation, and Water Vikings (BSA) declaring a 3v1 war against ACP. The original terms stated that allies would be allowed, as long as they were a part of the four armies in the war. However, it was deemed, by the Club Penguin Armies administration, that this term was invalid. The reasoning for this was because, essentially, one side of the war was allowed allies, and one side wasn’t. This meant that the war was starting off on an unequal footing.

Both the Army of Club Penguin and the Templars of Club Penguin banded together and joined the Sapphire Concordat which originally consisted of Napalm Corps, Penguins of Madagascar, Special Weapons And Tactics, and the People’s Imperial Confederation. However, the Penguins of Madagascar did not participate in this war.

Each and every battle was fiercely fought with neither side giving up or wanting to show any signs of weakness. The war may have only lasted two weeks, however, with a whopping 32 battles, it contains the most battles ACP has fought during a war in the CPPS era.

On June 13th, a neutral and mutual treaty was signed between the Sapphire Concordat (excluding Napalm) and the Blue Sunset Alliance. The treaty states that

The Sapphire Concordat and the Blue Sunset Alliance Agree to end hostilities

None of the alliance members can help armies that they are allied with in a war against the opposing alliance.

ACP will exchange Fiesta, BIA and Kilimanjaro with the Elite Guardians for Cambrai, Philly And Subzero

The Water Vikings agree to give Beanie back to the People’s Imperial Confederation following the end of the treaty on July 25th, 2023.

The armies involved cannot trade land with an opposing army (e.g. ACP – WV) unless it’s agreed to by both armies involved. Any servers obtained during the war will stay with the new army

Both sides will agree to a status of no winners. Both sides agree to wipe the war score and refrain from mentioning the war score in end of war treaties or posts.

Any attempt to rebrand, merge, colonize under another army to loophold out of the treaty will be considered as a violation of the war.

The treaty expires on July 25th.

With the war involving most of the community, it has been officially dubbed World War IX.

As per treaty terms, there is no official winner of the war

However, alongside the land that ACP has traded with the Elite Guardians, the Rebels broke term 3 in a post on their website, declaring the end of the war and all hostilities to their army. Because of this, the Rebels had to surrender their land to the Sapphire Concordat.

ACP will gain Mchdonalds, 16 Years In The Making, Tuxedo, Chinook and Glacier

The rest will be distributed to TCP and SWAT.
