BLIZZARD, Shamrock Bulletin Headquarters — Hey there ACP! Welcome back to another Weekly Recap, once again hosted by me, MaddieCW3! This post will be covering the last two weeks, so let’s dive right in! Read on to find out more.

RECRUITER OF THE WEEK(S)

ACP‘s Recruiter of the Week for the week of March 6 through 13 was me! I got seven new recruits and two activations. It took a lot of work, but I am proud of what I accomplished. For the following week, I earned recruiter of the week again with eight new recruits and seven activations, along with Caisha (one recruit) and cAt_ (one recruit). I personally got suspended from Reddit, had my computer’s physical address banned from making new accounts on Discord, and my Twitter reported as spam twice for all of my hard work (lol). If you’re interested in joining our Recruiting Force, message a staff member and we will get you all set up! I am also more than willing to show you the ropes and how to NOT get banned, as I have learned the hard way.

ELEVENTH & TWELFTH SOLDIERS OF THE WEEK

The eleventh-ever Soldier of the Week for ACP is none other than DeeP! He has a long history in Club Penguin Armies, and has been an asset to ACP since joining. From attending nearly every event to getting recruits, his work ethic speaks for itself. In his speech, DeeP mentions how welcoming and accepting ACP has been. Thank you DeeP for your dedication and service!

The twelfth ever soldier of the week is retired Napalm Corps leader, cabin! He has been working through his health issues to support the DRACP in our quest to win March Madness, inspiring other troops, and all the while working hard to reopen Napalm Corps in April. In his speech, he said that he only recommended ACP to his troops as a new army to join because of our kindness and support. We are so thankful for your friendship as well. Congrats cabin!!

03/08/23: UK AI TAKEOVER

On March 8, ACP troops logged on to Flurry for a fun event where we let ChatGPT, a free Artificial Intelligence, write tactics for us. The tactics it came up with were funny, and the troops had a lot of fun. Check out the event recap post here.

03/09/23: AUSIA AOT PRACTICE BATTLE

On March 9, ACP troops logged on to 76 for an Attack on Titan-themed practice battle with our brother allies, Help Force! ACP attended as the Survey Corps while Help Force was the Titans. To read more, click here.

03/10/23: UK MARCH MADNESS TRAINING & DARK VIKINGS BATTLE

On March 10, ACP logged on to Yeti to practice for March Madness and have a brief practice battle with the Dark Vikings! We had a lot of fun and got some good practice in. To read more, click here.

03/14/23: MARCH MADNESS VICTORY!

In the first round of March Madness, ACP was expected to lose. We completely shattered those expectations, having over fifty troops log on to defeat the Water Vikings. A huge shoutout to our staff team — without them, this would not be possible. Check out the event recap post here.

03/18/2023: MARCH MADNESS ROUND 2

The second round of March Madness was hard fought, and even though ACP maxed 55 and covered RPF for most of the battle. We may not have come out as victors of the battle, but the war of making ACP great again is being won through the valiant efforts of our troops. Thank you to everyone who attended! CALL TO ARMS

ACP hired PokeShroom as a new member of our Staff Team! He has a plethora of experience, from leading the Poison Vikings, Ice Warriors Staff in Training, SWAT Staff, and Doritos Staff. He joined as a Brigadier General to help in our March Madness tournament, but recently left to revive his old army, the Poison Vikings. Thank you PokeShroom for your service, and best of luck in all of your future endeavors!

ACP also hired Lone9Wolf, a former third in command in our allies the Napalm Corps, who is known for his recruiting skills, after his former army sadly shut down. He joined as a Major General. Welcome to the team!

CLOVERS GAMBIT CLASH

The ACP Chess Tournament concluded, and we are proud to announce that TD999/Monstah as the winner! Congratulations, and thank you to everyone who competed!

ST. PATRICK’S DAY

March 17 was St. Patrick’s day, also known as ACP‘s favorite holiday! Wearing green and picking clovers, it’s as if we were made to celebrate. To start off with the celebration, Shane was accused of stealing Calgo‘s Shamrock Shake. Then, I posted a very hard riddle for troops to solve, which you can find here. Shoutout to Lirri for solving it! The answers were:

• ACP first lost Mammoth either before Nov 15, 2008, Jan 30, 2011, or Nov 15, 2011. The last date is the first time losing Mammoth is mentioned in ACP history but the other two it says we “reclaimed” it so all three are acceptable.
• The last leaders to help us reclaim Mammoth during the original Club Penguin era were Tori and Capncook, in the CPPS era it was either CSY or Calgo depending on the interpretation of history.

Later on in the day, Calgo the Leprechaun logged on to CPA Battleground and hid around the server. Troops who found him were awarded clovers. The first two troops to find him were brokensmile and can, so they got bonus clovers. Near the end of the night, an impromptu band formed.

ARMY OF CLUB ROBLOX

NAPALM CORPS SHUT DOWN

Our allies, Napalm Corps, had to shut down due to health issues faced by their leader, cabin. We are sad to see them go, but welcome all incoming Napalm Corps troops with open arms and have enjoyed fighting alongside them in March Madness. We wish cabin all the best and are happy to have him join as a troop to attend events, and look forward to seeing all the great things we can accomplish together. Napalm Corps will be holding its re-opening event on April 2nd.

STAFF PROMOTIONS

I was surprised this week with a promotion to Lieutenant General (fourth in command) as a result of my hard work preparing for March Madness. I was not expecting this at all, but I am eternally grateful to my wonderful fellow staff and HCOM members for their support and friendship. I can’t wait to continue contributing to ACP! Let’s just hope I don’t get any more concussions from horses and cows (lol).
