Addressed to the Army of Club Penguin
MAMMOTH, Capital – My fellow members and troops of the Army of Club Penguin, it has recently come to our attention that an army we considered as recent “allies” have been repeatedly disrespecting us and going behind our backs while plotting to invade our land as well as target our brother-in-arms.
Due to a recent intelligence operation conducted by our ACP Secret Intelligence Service, we have concluded that the Special Weapons and Tactics army has acted unbecoming of an ally member. They have been discovered to hold malicious intent toward the Clovers over the course of this past week including but not limited to: disrespect toward our troops and staff; plots to betray ACP and invade our land; troop stealing from a variety of armies; disregarding the safety of their own troops; and plotting to invade our brother-in-arms Help Force. We made it very clear to the Special Weapons when they first approached us for an alliance that we would not tolerate any sort of aggression towards our brother ally. Who is at the head of these charges? Three of the eight Special Weapons’ leaders: Ganger90, Legoman, and Logical. Therefore, we see that only one sort of action can be taken.
The Democratic Republic of the Army of Club Penguin hereby declares war on
Special Weapons & Tactics
==========================================
Part 1: New Beginnings
Despite the history of our two armies, as the 49th Commander in Chief, I wanted to start off his leadership with a clean slate by giving all armies the opportunity to have their relations reopened with the Clovers to encourage new alliances and opportunities. When relations were reopened with SWAT on September 19, there was a big push by both sides to establish a new alliance between our armies built on trust and support.
When the Special Weapons initially proposed reopening relations with us and a potential future alliance, we made it abundantly clear to them that we would not permit any actions or transgressions toward our ally Help Force due to how supportive they have been of us in recent history. We did not immediately accept their invitation to an alliance as we were naturally wary with all of the recent controversies the army has had. Controversies that, again, our brother ally the Help Force had recently gone to war with the Special Weapons over. At all costs, we wanted to protect our relationship with Help Force.
As time went on, both ACP and SWAT staff started to show signs of actually developing a close bond through rooting each other on in tournaments as well as attending each other events for fun. That is not to say we weren’t skeptical of whether or not the Special Weapons had an underlying objective or ill intentions. For several months we halted pressure from the Special Weapons to accept their offer for an alliance due to our Higher Command wanting to ensure we made the best decision for our army and its troops.
However, after months of cooperation and what we assumed to be genuine growth from the Special Weapons, we made the first step. Therefore, on December 5, Calgocubs21 and Coolguy shook hands and made the alliance official.
Part 2: Civil War & Rogue Leaders
On December 17, I (Calgocubs21) joined a voice chat in SWAT with Legoman and Logical after receiving a direct message from Lego asking to voice chat when he’s available. When I joined, Legoman asked me what my current relations with other armies look like. Obviously, I responded by saying that our primary ally is our brother-in-arms Help Force along with our other new ally Dark Vikings. Legoman asked me what my opinions on the Rebel Penguin Federation were, and began testing the water whether I would be down to have our armies join up in a two versus one scenario on the aforementioned army. I quickly declined as most of my team and I are under the belief that “unbalanced” wars are unhealthy for the community with some exceptions if it is provoked or against an army that has no regard for morals or other’s safety.
After I declined this offer, Logical made the remark that the Army of Club Penguin wouldn’t have been a helpful ally anyways and asked Legoman why SWAT doesn’t just go after the Clovers instead due to their “low max sizes with allies.” Legoman responded by saying that it would certainly be an “EZ dub” for SWAT. Obviously, I was pretty dumbfounded to have them making these sorts of remarks with me, so I promptly called them out on it and shortly after exited the voice chat.
We believe that recent remarks made by their leaders only affirms their behavior in voice chat that night.
Part 3: Confirmation of Ill Intention with Help Force
We received notice from our closest allies, the Help Force, that they discovered the Special Weapons were going to war with them. Not only were they seeking a war, but they were seeking to paint our allies in a bad light as an excuse to motivate their own troops. While “all is fair in love and war,” we believe that misconstruing screenshots for the sake of a war that you only view as “hype,” especially when it is against our closest allies, as wrong.
While we recognize that, as an army, we have always advocated for wars that involve single parties to ensue, we cannot idle watch an army make action plans to go against our brother allies. If they had declared war on the Help Force, we would’ve done what we could have to get involved and support our brothers-in-arms. We made it very clear to the Special Weapons that we would never tolerate or idly watch by if aggressions were made towards our favorite allies.
Part 4: Other Misgivings
Below are some other, in general, misgivings that we’ve had to deal with when it came to the Special Weapons and Tactics recently.
As time went on more and more leaks came out of SWAT confirming our suspicions that SWAT aimed to turn on us regardless of our alliance. Many of SWAT’s staff put in so much time and effort to establish and nurture new relations with ACP only for it to be trampled over by Legoman and Logical’s rash decision-making and inflated egos.
Two years ago we fought and this year we carry on the tradition.

War Terms:
- Neither SWAT nor ACP following this declaration can transfer any servers until the conclusion of the war. The only exception to this rule is if an army forfeits the war and transfers all of their servers to the opposing side (e.g. if SWAT transfers all of their servers to ACP. Refer to rule 8).
- The usage of allies is allowed in this war.
- Outside involvement of other armies is allowed in this war. This means visitors and veterans from other armies may attend for either side.
- All war battles must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with the CPA league. Failure to do so will result in the invalidation of the scheduling.
- No doxxing, ddosing, botting, multilogging or cheating in any form.
- No army is allowed to merge into SWAT or ACP following this declaration and will stay in place until the war has concluded. Any merger will be deemed invalid.
- Should members of said merged army decide to participate in their new army, the battle will result in the unconditional surrender of the aggressor.
- The losing army in this conflict must accept the terms of a treaty imposed by the winning force.
- A withdrawal from this conflict for any reason and in any shape or form (e.g. withdrawing from the server map, withdrawing from the CPA league, etc.) will constitute a forfeit of the war.
- Any attempt to exploit loopholes will result in an automatic defeat.
- Any evidence of any of these war terms being breached will result in an instant defeat of the opposing side in this war. This cannot be invoked unilaterally, however, and is up to the CPA league administration.
- All other CPA league map rules apply for this war.
- This war is between Among Us alliance (TCP, ACP, DV) on one side and SWAT on the other. If any other armies declare on ACP or SWAT and join this war, these exact terms must be applied with no additional terms added or any terms removed.
Any breach in the above terms calls for the unconditional surrender of the Special Weapons and Tactics and to the Army of Club Penguin.
