As people within the army and outside army know, our USA division is not at it’s best at the moment. This is why the ACP is asking for any USA troops outside the army to join the Army of CP. American Commander
This rank does not surpass the two other moderator ranks and is bottom of the three, but it is still a moderator rank and can be achieved by selected people. For now, this will only be given to people outside of the army. Anyone from the UK will skip this rank, but people from the USA can also skip this rank. There are six open spots for this rank. If you wish to apply, fill in this form:

There will also be an American member rank. This will be above the Field General rank, but again can be skipped by any body. Basically, it is a rank but the promotion from Field General to Master General will still occur as often. Again, this spot for now will only be open to people outside of the army. American Co-Commander
There are fifteen open sports for this rank. If you stay active in this rank, it could become easy to get the American Commander rank. Although I’m sure some may quit if you receive this rank instead of the other rank, remember this is a huge step-up from the normal starting ACP rank and if you are active for a month or two, it could become easy to be promoted to the American Commander rank. There will be no application section for this, as everyone will apply for the Commander spot. This will be given to people who didn’t make the top 6.

If you are lucky enough to achieve the American Commander rank, you must comply to the ACP modship agreement act. If you are found to abuse your modship then it will be taken away.
‘All moderators in the Army of CP are to act with responsibility and to not abuse or cyber bully any ACP or non-ACP troop. They are to follow all the chat rules and if they are broken they are to be expected to lose modship for a chosen amount of time. Moderators must follow this act, or punishments will be put out‘
This may seem tough, but it is really what is expected from an ACP moderator. Remember, there will be American Co-Generals who will want to take your spot.

This idea, I know, will seem unfair for some people and they may be annoyed that six people will jump straight to moderator. You must remember that this is for the good of the USA force and the army as a whole. If you work hard, you could be this rank one day but for now I need experienced troops to help the USA force but the main thing is we need USA troops. On a moral stand point, I do not agree with this. However, in times of extreme crisis, we must do what we must to survive. I approve of this measure.

Funniest thing is that I have been in ACP for months and I am gonna have some random inexperienced person be my commander. So those of you who are US and are experienced, please quit ACP and rejoin on this.
The commander will not be in experienced. I appreciate that you have been in ACP for a while and these people will be joining for a high rank but we do need some new force in the USA force (Get the pun ;)). I will not be letting people quit and rejoin for these ranks.

Why do you think you should be an American General? It will allow me to further moderate the chat and make sure that everyone is following the rules, and I will make sure that other mods are following the rules, as I see many of them don’t. This promotion will also allow anyone from PST time to have a voice in some decisions.
I will try to be more active than I am right now, but it will be hard since ACP events often clash with my activities. But I will try my best!

Why do you think you should be an American Commander? I plan on recruiting a lot for ACP. I usually recruit 5 soldiers a day off Riffy888 and Monchocho. I am very loyal and will come to all the events I can come to. I have a pretty open schedule and I am MST. I will respect the owners and troops of the army as well.
