Hello ACP,
Lately I’ve noticed that we haven’t been keeping up with recruiting, we need younger soldiers as well because, an 8 year old noobie could be the ACP leader when we’re gone, when the next generation takes over. I have in store for you, in this post some recruiting tips to refresh you, and some scheduled recruiting.
1.) Recruiting Tips
As a soldier one of your duties is to recruit, bringing younger generations of soldiers to ACP. Recruiting helps you earn a promotion believe it or not, it can also boost your self confidence and it really helps the army as a whole. I’ve put together a bunch of tips to help you out.
- Don’t use emotes or joke bombs
Using joke bombs and emotes scares away recruits and it doesn’t help with recruiting at all. - Use phrases that can get recruit’s attention
Try to get the recruit’s attention, get them interested in ACP and try to lead them to our site. - Be in our uniform
People need to know you’re recuiting for ACP right? Being in uniform will do that for you
- Recruit on ACP servers that have a good amount of penguins
To get the most recruits, you have to go servers with 4-5 bars - Recruit daily
Recruit each day, for around 10-20 minutes - Recruit with a friend
What can be better than some fun recruiting with a buddy? - Focus on whatever room has the most penguins
Recruit on whatever room has the most penguins, usually it’s the town. - Recruit at the time of the day when penguin activity is high
Recruit when servers activity is at it’s highest
2.) Scheduled Recruiting
You’re going to defiantly need to recruit on your own time, but to start us off we’re going to be having some scheduled recruiting, but that doesn’t mean you can’t recruit before our scheduled recruiting or after it and recruiting can really boost your chances of promotion!

➡ 6:00 PM Eastern
➡ 5:00 PM Central
➡ 4:00 PM Mountain
➡ 3:00 PM Pacific
➡ 11:00 PM UK/GMT
Recruiting Session #2
Saturday December 10th 2011
➡ Server: Breeze
➡ 3:00 PM Eastern
➡ 2:00 PM Central
➡ 1:00 PM Mountain
➡ 12:00 AM Pacific
➡ 8:00 PM GMT/UK
So there you have it, I’ve also got another post coming up, it’s about a fun event that will be weekly and hopefully bring some fun back to ACP. 😉
