Nacho Empire:The Nachos are forming an Empire (Nacho Empire) in the USA South servers (Last page of USA servers). They claim to be “taking over”, but don’t worry, it’s the same thing the ACP and RPF are doing, only worded differently. We both equally share Blizzard, but if we go to war with each other the ACP gets it, because we claimed it first. Don’t worry, we aren’t going to war with the Nachos 😉

ACP’s COUNTRY IS NAMED ACP NATION!

Land Grants:There has been some dispute over who gets to go where in ACP Nation and stuff like that. Just to clear things up, here is what will happen:

-No enemies are allowed to enter the ACP Nation without being fired at.

-Any allies or neutral armies are allowed in, but can’t take over anything.

-If any armies get fired at by ACP soldiers, we can’t be held responsible, because either the soldiers who attacked don’t know we are allies, the army fired at the ACP first, or it was just a common mistake. This is partially because anyone can go wherever they want, they aren’t forced to stay in Mammoth.

-With my permission, I can give a “land grant” to any army or country. This means I can give a server to an army, and we both control it. But if there is a war, the server will go to the ACP Nation, because we claimed it for our country first (This doesn’t really matter, because we are not enemies when I issue a land grant)

So, any allies are allowed on any server, and can set up a base for there army wherever we let them. For instance, the Nachos can have Blizzard, and set up a base there, but so can the ACP.

READ THIS FIRST! AND READ ALL OF THE POST BELOW!

Yesterday I made a post about the land of the ACP Nation. Today I will be talking about our government. NOTE: We don’t control the servers, they are just the place ACP citizens and soldiers live. We allow other armies in, but they can’t claim the area to be their country, and enemy armies aren’t allowed in.

Before I talk about the Government, vote on the name of the ACP Nation! VOTE HERE!

1: ACP’s Type of Government

The ACP has a democracy (A government involving an election of leaders), and a republic (A government where the people have a say in decisions). We vote for our leaders (Except for the Head General/President), and take votes for any major decisions. We also listen any suggestions placed by anyone. The ranks in our Government are:

1. President (Head General)

2. Vice President (Second in Command) 

3. Top Senator (General)

4. Senator (Commander)

5. Troop (Citizen)

These are the rules for these ranks:

-To become a Senator or Top Senator, you must be an ACP Troop, be elected, and get 50 or more votes, and win by a two thirds majority. If there is a tie, both will be elected.

-If a Senator or Top Senator doesn’t do their job (Leading Troops, giving good suggestions, and helping the ACP), they can be impeached, with a vote. If they lose by two thirds, they are impeached.

-Any Senator or Top Senator can only server for two months.

-After two months are up, they can be re-elected under the same rules as a regular election.

-We can have as many Senators as necessary.

-We vote on a Vice President, and he must win and get 50 votes or more. He/She can server as long as necessary, unless impeached or fired by the President.

We don’t govern the actual servers, but we control any ACP citizens in that sever, and protect all of USA North.

We also vote on any major decisions, such as war moves and changes to this site.

2: Government Ranks

Here are the ranks in this Government form highest to lowest.

1. President (Head general)

2. Vice President (Second in Command)

3. Top Senator (General)

4. Senator (Commander)

5. Citizen (Troop)

(Read the election rules stated earlier)

3: Citizenship

In order to be a citizen of the ACP Nation, you must be in the ACP. Every ACP soldier is a citizen, and every citizen is a soldier. Even if you have a higher rank than Troop, you are still a citizen.

Here are a few advantages of citizenship in the ACP:

-Citizen votes will be be considered more important.

-Citizens get to choose two numbers in a lottery, and non-citizens only get to choose one number.

-Citizens can run for leadership positions in elections.

-Citizens will be more liked by all.

4. Laws

There will be certain laws to follow when in the ACP Nation. NOTE: Only members on any army or country that are in the ACP area have to follow these.

ACP Nation Laws:

1. No attacking ACP soldiers.

2. No attacking any citizens.

3. No attacking allies.

4. No enemies allowed to form an enemy group.

5. No rebelling.

6. No robberies of any kind.

7. No claiming to be an ACP citizen if yo aren’t.

Here are international laws for armies and countries that must be followed.

1. No attacking an army without declaring war.

2. No attacking allies.

3. No enslaving anyone.

4. No attacking citizens.

5. No robberies.

6. No oppression.

Here are the ACP’s policies.

1. No attacking gangs unless they attack citizens, allies, or ACP soldiers. (Gangs are unorganized groups of fighters without any specific leaders, such as Romans, Vikings, Ninjas, etc.)

2. Use diplomacy before war.

3. Help allies in of their problems.

4. If two allies are at war, help the ally that has been more loyal.

5. Don’t declare without voting.

Yes, I am making the ACP a real country within Club Penguin. No, I am not copying the RPF, I have had this idea for a while. 🙄 Anyway, today I will be speaking about our land and and what servers are what. Tomorrow I will be talking about who gets what positions in the government of the ACP Nation.

1: Server Map/ACP Locations

Here is a map of the USA North region the ACP will control. USA North is the entire first page of the American soldiers. NOTE:We are not taking over, we are protecting. We don’t control the land, we control the ACP citizens and immigrants from other armies and countries.

Here are what each server will be in our country.

Mammoth:Capital, main military base; Most ACP citizens and soldiers will live there, government officials will live there, and it is the main ACP military stronghold.

Snow Fort:Training ground; New ACP soldiers and armies will be trained there.

Embassy: Snow Globe; Members of other armies and countries can come here and do whatever they want.

Biggest City: Blizzard; Biggest city in Club Penguin.

Five Faces: Huge City

Four Faces: City

Three Faces: Large Town

Two Faces: Small Town

One Face: Countryside

2: Government Ranks

The ranks in the ACP Nation will coordinate with regular APC ranks.

Head General: President

Second-in-Command: Vice President (Soon to come)

General: Top Senator (Division Commander)

Commander:Senator

Trooper:Citizen

Anyone who views this site is an immigrant, but any soldiers will automatically be citizens.

~

All citizens will vote for new Senators (Commanders) and Top Senators (Generals). Senators and Top Senators can only server two months, but can be re-elected. To win an election the requirements are:

-At least 50 votes

-Must win by two thirds (If not, both will win)

-Once term is up, they can be re-elected on the same terms as regular elections

3. ACP Nation Name Vote

Well I was a little disappointed with the battle. Only a few people showed up! If it weren’t for the PSA arriving, we could have lost! When there is a battle, you need to show up. Don’t just think that you don’t have to come because it seems that we will win easily. I will expect more effort next battle.

~

Reconstruction Era: Now that the GPR has been defeated, we will focus of rebuilding the ACP site and updating almost everything else. Here are a few changes that will be made:

-The ACP will be made into an actual nation. This means we will hold votes for new leaders, and have advantages to being a good soldier. NOTE: In elections, I will  not let you vote for just anyone, I need to notice at least some leadership skills and participation in battles.

-The posts I make will include a “News Bulletin”, “Cover Story”, and “Secondary Stories”.

-Most pages will be modified, updated, and combined, to cause less confusion and more space.

-We will hold lotteries for between 10,000 and 50,000 coins 1-3 times a month. NOTE: If you are an active ACP soldier, you can pick two numbers, and everyone can only pick one.

-We will be doing a lot more advertising, to get a new flow of soldiers to join.

-There will be many more battles in Mammoth and smaller servers, so non-members can come.

This will all be taking place over the course of a few weeks. We need to be sure everything works and is noticed my all of the soldiers.
