Yes, I am making the ACP a real country within Club Penguin. No, I am not copying the RPF, I have had this idea for a while. 🙄 Anyway, today I will be speaking about our land and and what servers are what. Tomorrow I will be talking about who gets what positions in the government of the ACP Nation.

~

Table of Contents:

1. Server Map/ACP Locations

2. Government Ranks

3. ACP Nation Name Vote

~

1: Server Map/ACP Locations

Here is a map of the USA North region the ACP will control. USA North is the entire first page of the American soldiers. NOTE:We are not taking over, we are protecting. We don’t control the land, we control the ACP citizens and immigrants from other armies and countries.

img150/1055/acpnationxu2.png

Here are what each server will be in our country.

Mammoth:Capital, main military base; Most ACP citizens and soldiers will live there, government officials will live there, and it is the main ACP military stronghold.

Snow Fort:Training ground; New ACP soldiers and armies will be trained there.

Embassy: Snow Globe; Members of other armies and countries can come here and do whatever they want.

Biggest City: Blizzard; Biggest city in Club Penguin.

~

Population:

Five Faces: Huge City

Four Faces: City

Three Faces: Large Town

Two Faces: Small Town

One Face: Countryside

~

2: Government Ranks

The ranks in the ACP Nation will coordinate with regular APC ranks.

Head General: President

Second-in-Command: Vice President (Soon to come)

General: Top Senator (Division Commander)

Commander:Senator

Trooper:Citizen

~

Anyone who views this site is an immigrant, but any soldiers will automatically be citizens.

~

All citizens will vote for new Senators (Commanders) and Top Senators (Generals). Senators and Top Senators can only server two months, but can be re-elected. To win an election the requirements are:

-At least 50 votes

-Must win by two thirds (If not, both will win)

-Once term is up, they can be re-elected on the same terms as regular elections

~

3. ACP Nation Name Vote

Tomorrow, we will vote on the name of our glorious nation. Here are the options so far (If you have one, please submit it)

-The ACP Nation

-The ACP Republic

-The Republic of the ACP

-More soon!

~

-Oagalthorp

Until later,

March on!

I can’t wait! So Oagal, I’m confused over the rankings. Are you incharge of every city, or do soldiers get eleceted to run the cities?
Oagalthorp: No one controls any cities. Ther servers are just areas our country is in (No other countries are allowed in though, without permission).

Oagalthorp I have two things to say.

    1. 6th comment

    2. ARE YOU CRAZY!? OR ARE YOU POWER MAD? FIEST YOU BECOME THE LEADER OF ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL ARMIES IN CP AND NOW YOU WANT TO BECOME A PRESIDENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE OUT OF CONTROL!!! YOU CAN’T START A COUNTRY IN CP!!! WE SHOULDN’T EVEN BE ABLE TO MAKE ARMIES!!!!!!!
    UMA 4 EVER!!!!!

    UMA General Ice King 21
Oagalthorp: Calm down, take a deep breath. . . . AND RE-READ THE FRICKIN POST! Then you will know I’m not taking over or anything. 🙄
PS. I didn’t “become the elader” of the ACP. I started the ACP, and through hard work and dedication, made it into one of the most powerful armies in CP.

One more thing. You said other countries can’t enter your country without permision. YOU CANT DECIDE WHO IS ALLOWED IN WHAT SERVERS!!! YOU REALLY ARE POWER CRAZY!!!!!!!! I DON’T CARE WHAT YOU SAY I WILL GO INTO WHAT EVER SERVER I WAN’T AND DO WHAT EVER I WANT SO LONG AS IT DOSN’T BREAK ANY CP RULES!!!! AND WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH THE IMAGRANT THING!? I AM NOT ANY IMAGRANT!!! I’V BEEN ON CP SINCE BEFORE YOU PROBABLY EVER GOT THIS IDEA ABOUT MAKING A COUNTRY!!!!
Oagalthorp: Too much cussing in your comments. One more comment like this from you is being marked as spam, and you won’t be able to put any comments on any WordPress site. Anyway, read it again, and pay close attention, you obviously aren’t very smart. it says any visitors to this site are immigrants, and anyone who is in an army of country who enters our country is an immigrant. And it’s just a title, you don’t have to have a temper tantrum over it.

Ok Oagalthorp I’m sorry but I seriously think that making a country on CP is the worst idea you have ever had. Also if you threaten to make it so that I can’t comment any more if I comment again doesn’t that basicly mean that I can’t comment anyway. I’m just saying that what you said doesn’t make much sence.

P.S. Please don’t make it so that I can’t comment any more because that ill make it really hard for me to talk to the other UMA’s.
Oagalthorp: It is not a bad idea, it will only help pretect Club Penguin on a larger scale. And you can come into our country, but if you do anything against the townspeaople or ACP citizens, we will take action. And if you try to form an army there without our knowing, we will take action.

ok so there will be people elected senators for servers right. So basically they will be two people or so representing each server.
Oagalthorp: No, no one will control specific soldiers, and we can have as many senators as we want.

Some of you are complaining about the ACP nation, why though? RPF has been starting up a nation and no one seems to have a problem with that. Well just telling everyone that the RPF nation is like you think a nation would be, RPF isnt going to be even in every server, the servers with armies already in them will be the main defense RPF will protect the server from invasion. Im just saying this to explain the question that would have came next.

U just want to rule CP. That’s what people think ur about. So if I were u u should lay off of the big time plans to “help” Club Penguin.
Oagalthorp: Your one to talk about respect. And people respect me, you are one of the few that don’t. I have had it with you, if you make any other posts like this it’s into the spam folder with you.

Comando the only reason I’m not comlaining like this to you is that I didn’t know about RPF Nation. oh and Oagalthorp What on earth is it that you are protecting CP from? What are bad armies going to do??? What can bad armies do??? Throw snow balls and call people names? You can just report people for that. I know it says you can’t report someone for throwing snowballs but if you ask them to stop and they don’t I think that classifies as “Rude or Mean”. And The Jungle N why wopuld I even go to your site? I haven’t before and I probably never will. One last thing. What do you mean by “Take Action” if I try to form an army without your knowing? What could you possibly do? Throw snowballs. And what could I possibly do to you?
Oagalthorp: We protect from bad armies, annoying robbers, and outright rule breakers. Plus it’s fun, you can’t argue with that.

i also think that since we beat the gpr we should take over their least populated server (brumby) and make that acp hangout. like we could keep that a very unpopulated place and then we could go there just to talk to other acp soldiers. i think the soldiers would like something like that (of course zippy will probably say that its wrong to do that just because he is to lazy to do something like that)

WHY DON’T YOU KEEP ACP THE OLD WAY, BY NOT TAKING CONTROL OF IT? LET THE SOLDIERS HELP CONTROL. SOLDIERS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THE LEADER. WITHOUT SOLDIERS, THERE WOULD BE NO ARMY! JUST ADMIT IT.

One problem with this whole little sceem of your to take over more land. Dont make a smart donkey comment about how you arent taking over. The nachos own mammoth and blizzard and we forbid there to be a governer of both. IDK if its where all of you hang out, just remember its already been claimed by the nachos.

ok spiker111 this is gonna go crazy with armies saying why can’t we have premission and so on and i do have to say the acp is strong but if los of armies revolted it would be chaos so although it is acp’s diferent cities they still have the right to make an army.

ok im not saying Oagal is a bad leader, although he did say the word fricken lol ive never seen him say that, but wut im saying is we should keep armies in their home server cuz if we spread them then people might think we are taking over and start armies against ACP. But since i know you won’t do that lol i have a good idea. PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ listen:
undercover ACP that will sneak into servers to protect them so it doesn’t look like we’re taking over.
