Land Grants:There has been some dispute over who gets to go where in ACP Nation and stuff like that. Just to clear things up, here is what will happen:
-No enemies are allowed to enter the ACP Nation without being fired at.
-Any allies or neutral armies are allowed in, but can’t take over anything.
-If any armies get fired at by ACP soldiers, we can’t be held responsible, because either the soldiers who attacked don’t know we are allies, the army fired at the ACP first, or it was just a common mistake. This is partially because anyone can go wherever they want, they aren’t forced to stay in Mammoth.
-With my permission, I can give a “land grant” to any army or country. This means I can give a server to an army, and we both control it. But if there is a war, the server will go to the ACP Nation, because we claimed it for our country first (This doesn’t really matter, because we are not enemies when I issue a land grant)

So, any allies are allowed on any server, and can set up a base for there army wherever we let them. For instance, the Nachos can have Blizzard, and set up a base there, but so can the ACP.

i think that winter land the coffee shop should be a place were representatives (vice pres. top sent. sentators) also many others can meet us at the meeting and discuss there ideas (we aslo will be on acp chat during the meetings) vote for me for equal respect to non members and members and so that all of your ideas will be considered!
But i think nachos existed before A.C.P and also had blizzard a while ago and so A.C.P does not have blizzard but is allowed in and mammoth has been bases for many armies as well although A.C.P is the only to say they will base in it and have a goverment there

I love Cp and get on everday almost, also if there is an acp soldier in the dojo and Uma or an enemy of both of us is firing i will help them out like the other day me, The Jungle N and Johnbob50 were all in the dojo and we all helped beat Uma so that was good.

Hey im here to spread the news that I have heard and I think its very intresting what these two armies have done. I have intervewed both of them and this is the information they have given me. I am not here to adveritise just spreading the word.
CollinZfresh and BlackBurnt created an oversees empire that has been in development for a couple of months. PRA and RBA have divided Australia into to two diffrent Countrys East and west both sharing the same capital (south Pole)
The East is called FEDERATIVE REPUBLIC OF GREATER EASTERN AUSTALIA ruled and governed by Peoples Republic Army (collinZfresh).
The West is called UNITED AUSTRALIAN ALLIANCE ruled and governed by red Barron Army (BlackBurnt)
RPF is the major back up of this nation allying with them. They have many soldiers astablished in Australia. (Who would have ever known Australia)

THE BLIZZARD WOLVES! Real or fake?
I recently took a trip to Blizzard in search of the famous Blizzard Wolves Tidle Fin talks about. To say the least, the Blizzard forest is the most populated forest on Club Penguin. There are penguins in black all over it looking for “Hunters”. They always howled and were very hostile to me as I asked for an interview. One named Pluffy jumped at me and they chesed me for miles! This is conclusive evidence that Blizzard in fact has wolves and to be very cautious, especially when there are no other normal penguins. The population of the woles is uncertain, but some say it ranges from 20 to 2,000 wolves! Unbelievable but true! I will have more about this interview at http://www.blackburntscentral.wordpress.com !
