MAMMOTH, Capital – We are happy to announce this year’s birthday celebrations as we celebrate the anniversary with a week filled with an array of fun community events!
BATTLEGROUND, “49th Inauguration & 48th Retirement Party” – Hello, ACP! Today, the AUSIA division of the Army of Club Penguin logged on to the server Battleground of CPAB to say goodbye to the 48th leader of the army, Zeus, and for the inauguration of the 49th leader, Calgocubs21, in a party where we reached a max of 21 penguins online! We started in the town, then we moved to the stadium and we finished in the forest. During these rooms, we did many tactics and formations and we finished with a speech by our new leader at the forest, where he announced that he will make ACP great again and he thanked the troops for the amazing support for attending the event. Thanks to everyone that attended today. Now, here are some pictures of the party! ♡
Hello everyone! Today I, Calgocubs21, am extremely excited to be announcing that I will be taking over as the 49th Commander in Chief of the Army of Club Penguin! This is a great privilege to be bestowed upon me and I am honored to be able to represent the army that has been my home since 2009.
It feels like yesterday when I first stumbled upon ACP while they were battling another army sitting in snow forts during the early days of OG Club Penguin. I remember multiple people in-game telling me to turn green and from there it was history!
There is so much I want to say with so little time to express it in this post. All I can say is that under my reign I promise that I will no longer allow ACP to fall into periods of stagnation. Change is good and I plan to do everything in my power to carry out the plans that I have spent much time devising. I know that regardless there will always be doubters, but I ask that you judge me not on my words, but on my actions. Without revealing anything just yet, all I can say is I have big things planned for the future of ACP and I hope that you all will stick with me and sit back and enjoy the ride. That being said as my first official act as Commander in Chief, I will be having ACP join the CPA league and board to end our age of isolationism. Despite my reservations regarding the league, I believe that this is what’s best for the longevity of our army in giving us proper representation and involvement.
Finally, I would like to take this time to thank my predecessor Zeus for spending the past several months as a mentor preparing me for this position and I couldn’t have ever made it here without your support.
~March on troops and do not waiver when faced with the challenge that is ahead of us!~
WARZONE, “Clash of the Trainers” – Hey there Army of Club Penguin! We are continuing our Clash of the Trainers 2: Elite Four Week with another exciting and fiery event for the US Division! For this event, members of Team Valor (Alpha) and Team Mystic (Echo) were challenged to roast the Elite Four Fire Trainer (General Calgocubs) with well-constructed and clever insults. Before the roast session, the Clovers first met up on CPA Battleground in the Town before moving to the Cove, where the fun really began. The roast session, judged by Major General powerprimate, was divided into 5 rounds with members of each team trying to roast the Elite Four Fire Trainer. In the end, Team Mystic came out on top with Staff Sergeant ZiTo and Sergeant McDonald’s claiming 4 wins while Major SuperKlonoa64 was responsible for securing the only win for Team Valor, making Team Mystic the winners of the Roast Challenge!
The score for the Clash of Trainers 2: Elite Four Week are Team Mystic: 3 – Team Valor: 0
WARZONE, “Psychic: Trivia Game Show” – Good evening ACP! On September 14th, the AUSIAdivision logged onto CPA Battleground in Warzone for our second match-up against the Elite Four this time focusing on the psychic powers of trivia. Our field marshall who was representing the Elite Four, Sidie, took the stage to challenge our trainers in a competition of wits on the topic of Pokémon, Club Penguin, and World History! Despite Team Valor‘s best efforts, they were no match for Team Mystic’s deep expertise on the topic. We witnessed troops such as Zito75, Lettucy, AOL, and Spinister dominate the questions. Mystic answered 8 of the questions correctly first while Valor was only able to get 2 of them correct.
The score for the Clash of Trainers 2: Elite Four Week are Team Mystic: 2 – Team Valor: 0
After this stunning defeat, will Valor be able to finally bounce back and reverse sweep Mystic in the next two events? Stay tuned for the latest report as this battle continues to unravel!
Klondike, “Drivers’ Test” – What’s good Army of Club Penguin? Today, our US Division logged on to CPA Battleground to put our road skills to the test! We started off in town where we warmed up prior to our drivers’ test. After warmups, we moved to the Stadium where we showed off our driving skills and received the word that we passed our drivers’ test from Advisor Mchappy! This fantastic event was led by Major General Calgocubs with assistance from Brigadier General powerprimate.
KLONDIKE, “Operation: Finding Mchappy” – Good evening ACP! On September 5th, the US division logged onto CPA Battleground in Klondike today for a crucial operation to find and save our beloved clownfish, Mchappy who was captured by the intimidating Underground Mafias scuba diving group. His overprotective father, Oagalthorp teamed up with 15 fish from the Army of Club Dorys to rescue and retrieve our advisor and two-time medal of honor recipient. Thank you to everyone who attended and please make sure to just keep swimming, just keep swimming, just keep swimming ACP!
MAMMOTH, Shamrock Bulletin Headquarters – This summer we saw ACP experience a period of growth, development, and most importantly change. We reached new heights through our landslide victory in the Beach Brawl II tournament while also hitting rock bottom, maxing at events as low as four attendees. This post is meant to capture both our highs and lows by highlighting what really happened this summer and foreshadowing what is to come in the near future.
BATTLEGROUND, “Battle Week vs. Help Force” – Hello, ACP! On August 24th, the US division logged onto CPA Battleground in Battleground for a crucial battle against our ally, Help Force. As we pushed on through Battle Week, we set our sights on an army that would truly put our strength and growth to the test. Once the battle began, we saw our core forces move from Town over to the Docks to give it their all. Even though we didn’t hit our max goal we managed to show great resilience in our skillful tactics and retain a max of 11 troops!
KLONDIKE, “DSADSADASDA Force Liftoff” – Hello, ACP! On August 19th, the US division logged onto CPA Battleground in Klondike for a historical event that marked the return of one of the original ACP divisions known as the Air Force. We took flight and passed through four rooms reaching high altitudes such as Town, Dojo, Ski Hill, and Beach. Our valiant force consisted of penguins equipped with the highest quality gliders and we had a max of 15 penguins! We performed many special maneuvers and flying-related tactics that even included some references to Air Force’s history including its founding fathers, Oagalthorp and Orcacam07. Shoutout to all the Mods especially Powerprimate who helped out in organizing this monumental event!
