Hello there ACP, happy July!

June was an interesting month. At the start of the month, we battled in the Around the World Cup finals against the Templars, a judged battle which they could not run away from. Having outnumbered them 93-28, we dominated the battle and finally took home the ATWC trophy after two heartbreaks in the finals. Throughout the rest of the month, we made sure to also do several pride month celebrations! Finally, we are now getting ready for the upcoming Legends Cup tournament, and we have huge hopes of winning it, especially when we’ve now been the #1 army on the weekly Top Ten for the last 17 weeks and also extended our monthly streak to 4 months! As we always say, none of this would have been possible without our beloved troops. And as every month, one of them shall receive this award. Please join me in congratulating…

ToxicMeow joined us three months ago, just in time for our March Madness victory celebrations. Since then, he’s been getting more involved in ACP, getting the Elite Clover Troop and Recruiter of the Week awards as well as joining the ACPTR! He has also been a part of our recent victory in ATWC. Aside from that, he is a really kind person in chat and very interesting to talk to! Due to all of that, and lots more, we have decided to bestow him this award. Congrats ToxicMeow!

Interview with ToxicMeow

Hiiiiii ToxicMeow, congratulations on becoming the newest Troop of the Month! Were you ever expecting this and how did you feel when you were announced this?

Hiiii Snowy! Thank you so much 🙂
I was not expecting this at all to be honest so when i was announced it was pretty surprising, mostly i was excited to hear the news

That’s awesomeee! Even though you haven’t been in acp for a really long time, do you have any memories from your time here already?

Yes, i do. So i joined ACP because i had a friend who has already been part of it. Back then i didnt know much about armies and how they work or how events works. I joined right when ACP were having their March Madness celebration on CPAB and ended up joining the celebration event as my very first ACP event
That, or the memory of getting to call Daniel bald for the first time. That’s when I felt like home here

Lolll Anyways, mind introducing yourself to the readers a bit?

Of course, so I go by ToxicMeow on CPJ, and by Bumbleee on discord, In my free time i enjoy a bunch of hobies like photography, cooking, and some gaming. I am also very passionate about the domain i study (biotechnology) , hoping one day ill be able to use my skills to actually make a difference in this world

Cool introduction! What do you like to cook the most?

Lately I have been experimenting with more Asian cuisine, Making Gyoza can be both fun and tasty (as long as you dont mind the funny looking ones)

Sounds yummy! Also, what led you to choose to study biotechnology?

I think i naturally gravitated towards this? For the longest time i could never find my place because i like a little bit of this or a little bit of that, and the idea of choosing a job market that would limit me a lot felt very scary. Also i always had an interest into how science and scientist can improve the world we live in given that we are going through so much, so somewhere on my journey things just clicked for me and i believe i have found “my” place because of that

That’s interesting! Despite your studies, are you enjoying the summer so far, or are you waiting for it to end?

Haha, no, i love my studies but any healthy “relationship” needs at least a little bit of space, and boy i am ejoying that space and peace of the summer :)))

Yayyy! If you could go on summer vacation anywhere in the world (assume the trip and hotel would be paid for), where would you go?

Thats such a great question. Ive always wanted to experience the Midnight Sun or the Aurora Borealis so somewhere very north, like Svalbard, Norway or Fairbanks Alaska for example

It looks so cool! Your names (ToxicMeow/Bumblebee) seem related to cats/bees, do you have any of them?

I do have a cat, used to have two, unfortunately Lily was born with some serious health issues and she has passed away since, and my other cat is funny enough named Alaska. As for bees, i’ve never owned them but i do have distant family member who was into apiculture if that helps :))

Oh nooooo sorry for your loss 🙁 Going back to ACP, are you excited for the upcoming Legends Cup tournament?

Thank you, And yesss, im very hyped, everyone talks so great about the Legends Cup i cant help but also get hyped with them, ive been told some stories and details but personally i cant wait to experience it in person and hopefully be part of the force that will get us the trophy home where i have no doubt it belongs

Daniel, for the love of whats right, open the economy, i need to gamble and i cant. Kay’s rigged coin game just doesnt do it for me anymore, Think about the children Daniel
