CPJourney Cheats: Holiday Party 2024 Guide

BLIZZARD, Shamrock Bulletin HQ – Hello there ACP! With the holidays came the biggest party of the year as always, the Holiday Party 2024! Continue reading if you wish to try out the new activities and earn some items! Please keep checking this post as the party goes on, as it will be updated with each new development.

When you first login you will be greeted by Rockhopper and he will inform you about some new activities and features around the island. This guide is a walkthrough that will cover all of the main parts of the party so that means there WILL be SPOILERS!

New server, Weather and Island Changes

So first off with the Holiday Party’s release we got a new server named Marshmallow, meaning we can now log on to 4 servers!
There is also now a weather system where the island will experience real-time weather changes including snowstorms and sunny spells.
Then last but not least you will notice that every single room in the game is revamped to fit the holiday theme!

Free Items, Secret Items & Reindeer Puffle

To start off the guide why not show you where you can find the free items around the island and also how you can purchase yourself a Reindeer Puffle! (Also note that these items may be shown again further in this post)

The first of the items can be found by accessing the Box Dimension through another player’s igloo. Once you are in the Box Dimension click on the box and collect the Keith’s Gift background.

You may find another one of the hidden items in The Plaza. Just waddle up to the box of bells to collect a Bell.

You may obtain a free Santa Seat background in the Lodge Attic. Just go sit on Santa’s Seat and click on the camera.

You may find the Jolly Roger Hat and a Coins For Change Paper Chain igloo item inside of the catalog in the Ship Hold of the Migrator.

You can find the free Santa Hat in the Ski Village!

Inside the new added train beside the Mine, you may find two free hand items, the Hot Chocolate Mug and Baguette:

Check your mail for a new surprise gift!

Click “Click to open!” and then “Get item!” to claim!

For the Reindeer Puffle keep in mind that this will cost 1500 coins! To adopt your own simply just head to the Ski Village and into the Ski Lodge.

Head to the top where you will find a white door and then you will see the stables where you can adopt a puffle. Simply enter it and click on the ADOPT sign to obtain your very own Reindeer Puffle!

Cadence Concert at Ice Rink

Every hour, at the :00 mark a huge hologram of Candence will appear. Her concert lasts the duration of the song she plays: Cool in the Cold (approx. 3-4 minutes). To earn the Cadence’s Holiday 2024 Concert Giveaway free background, just click on her hologram and claim it! You will also earn the Ultimate Fan stamp by attending this concert.

Knitting System in the Gift Shop Office

An exciting Knitting System was also introduced, where you’re able to craft up a variety of items using different combinations in the workshop! Head up the stairs in the gift shop or from the dance lounge through the toy factory to find the workshop!

There are a total of 8 possible items to make! You can either claim them or donate them in exchange for coins!

To donate an item in exchange for coins, head over to the donations box with the item you want to donate:

Cool in the Cold – Dance Contest

There was a new song addition to the Dance Contest minigame. It is the same song played in Cadence’s concert: Cool in the Cold. To play this new song, simply go to the disc selection screen and play the one that looks like this:

A new job was also introduced, where you can bake and serve cookies for coins at the bakery! You can enter the Cookie Factory either through the coffee shop upstairs or to the left of the dance lounge (toy factory)!

To start baking, pick up the apron at the top left corner of the room!

Press E+X to order and press D to serve!

CPJ Express Train Ride

Do not miss out on the new train ride introduced next to the mines entrance! The train consists of two trailers, the first trailer has relaxing seats with a lovely view of the snowy mountains and the second trailer is a cozy café where you can enjoy a warm cup of hot chocolate and indulge in delicious baguettes!

Click the Hot Chocolate mug and the Baguette to claim two free hand items!

Holiday Treasure Hunt Reskin

The Treasure Hunt minigame inside the Captain’s Quarters in the Migrator has received a reskin. Dig up candies, candy canes and ornaments! Click HERE for a guide on how to access the Captain’s Quarters.

Coins for Change

Coins for Change is back! The mechanic is the same as any other year: you have three areas to choose to donate to. The area with the most donations by the end of the party will receive an actual donation by the CPJourney Team.

The community will earn rewards at different stages, depending on how much it donates!

You can click on these, found across the island in various rooms, or on the top left of your screen:

Donating 5,000 and 10,000 coins will individually earn you the Top Volunteer and Epic Volunteer stamps as well as the CFC 2024 Pin.

Puffle Handler and Rockhopper Visits

Throughout the party, Rockhopper and Puffle Handler will be visiting the island. You’ll be able to get two backgrounds and stamps unique to the mascots. Make sure to be in our Discord to be notified when one of them comes online!

Santas Sleigh

To find Santas Sleigh head to the second floor of the Nightclub. You will see a sign above a door leading to the room. Upon entering you will be on a giant sleigh and you will have a few buttons.

Press the Present Release button and drop all the gifts into the chimneys below until it says 0 are left and then a free Toy Sack item will appear at the top right of the room. Click on it.

NYE Celebration

The Beacon, Iceberg and Ski Hill have been decorated for the celebration of New Years!

There will be a fireworks show at 12am PST/3am EST on January 1st to celebrate the New Year!

A new code has also been added for this occasion: NEWYEARS25, which will expire on January 3rd, 4pm PST/7pm EST.

Party Quests

Let’s go over all the quests and how to do each one!

You can complete this quest by following the directions in the knitting room and making any clothing item out of the 8 options explained above under “Knitting System in the Gift Shop Office”!

Head over to the Plaza -> Petshop and press E+C to complete this quest!

You will find Santa’s Sleigh throught the nightclub, upstairs to the toy factory and through the top middle entrance!

To complete the quest, miss one chimney while flying in the sled!

To complete this quest, walk any kind of puffle to ski village, in through the ski lodge and outside to the ice pond!

Head over to the Cookie Factory either through the coffee shop upstairs or to the left of the toy factory! Pick up your apron and bake cookies with 2 other penguins to complete the quest!

You can complete this quest by liking 10 igloos! Click the group of igloos in your map and visit our fellow penguins’ lovely igloos and don’t forget to press “like”! Remember that you have to complete 10 likes in the same login session!

You will first need to wear the elf constume! Make sure you have all the necessary items from the 8th page of the penguin style catalog!

Gather up with 10 penguins either in the Toy Factory or in the Dance Club to complete the quest!

Find a penguin wearing the Solid Ice item and use the freezing emoji next to them to complete this quest!

Head over to the Cookie Factory through the stairs at the coffeeshop and find a companion to play mancala with! Win the game to complete the quest!

Make you way to the Ski Lodge and win in a game of Find Four to complete this quest!

Head over to the dance club and click the “Dance Contest” poster to start the game! Choose the new “Cool in the Cold” song at any difficulty and show off your dance moves to complete the quest!

To complete this quest, head over to the Kitting Workshop through the giftstore and follow the tutorial to complete 10 clothing items and then donate them through the donations box!

The Elf on the Shelf is an item that is unique to each player and can be found in random places on the island! Look out for a small elf laying around that looks like this:

There will be a new elf in a different spot everyday, with a different reward.

All of the rewards so far, from Day 1 to Day 14:

Grab 5 of your buddies and visit 10 igloos together! Remember that all 5 penguins have to be in those 10 igloos together at the same time!

Head over to the train ride through the Mine Shack and sit down for a relaxing ride throught the CPJ Express! You must stay at least 3 minutes in either one of the trailers to complete the quest!

You will need to wear the Santa Hat, found as a free item in the Ski Village, along with 20 other penguins! Gather up in the forest with your Santa Hats to complete the quest!

Ride Santa’s Sleigh and help him deliver 20 presents down the chimneys to complete this quest!

Grab the Snow Shovel from the Penguin Style Catalog and gather up with 40 penguins at the Snow Forts to complete this quest!

You will have to pet a total of 28 puffels to complete this quest! You’ll the locations for all the puffles below! Look out for the sneaky ones!

Surprise Quest on the 24th

In this quest, Santa’s Sleigh broke down in an unexpected turn of events, you have to help him deliver everybody’s presents on time!

You will find Santa in town, click on him to talk and click “Of course, Santa” to start the quest!

You will need to deliver 4 presents! First, press all the presents in town to collect them! Each present has a clue for where to find the penguin you need to deliver it to! Remember to collect a total of 4 presents!

Then, click on santa again for hints and help with delivering the presents!

You will find the penguins to deliver the presents to at the Beach, Docks, Ski Lodge, and Snow Forts:

Firstly, you will find the “Guitarist” at the beach! Click on them to talk to them and deliver their present!

Choose “Gift shaped like an instrument“!

After you finish chatting with the guitarist, head to the Docks to deliver the next present!

You will find the “Red Team Boarder” at the docks! Click on them to talk to them and deliver their present! Remember to choose the right gift, “Gift shaped like a pogo stick“!

Next, go to the Ski Lodge to deliver the next present to “Blazer X“. Click on them to chat and don’t forget to choose “Gift shaped like a snowboard” from the options!

Last but not least, the last present has to be delivered to the “Agent” at the Snow Forts! Click on him to talk and deliver the present! Don’t forget to choose “large gift box” from the options!
