BLIZZARD, Shamrock Bulletin Headquarters – Happy Halloween ACP! We are thrilled to bring you with another edition of the much-anticipated column series, On This Week. The past few weeks saw HUGE achievements and changes within the army, filled with victories, memories and milestones. This period undoubtedly shaped a new beginning for ACP, the dawn of a new age, the age of the Silver Dawn ✯
THE VICTORY
The last week of the tournament saw clashes with both the Help Force and the Secret Service. We battled HF in an invasion and a defense on Wednesday October 23, which were both successful. For the days that followed, CPA introduced a change of the battle format to allow the tournament to conclude successfully. Bringing the last two competitors together for two battles per day until the tournament would end. However, the tournament ended early due to SS’s withdrawal after only the first day of implementing the change. We secured the trophy over these last two battles, with astonishing maxes of 45 & 40 and were able to successfully carry out the last invasion and defense of the tournament.
Overall, it wasn’t an easy tourney. There were times we had to partake in heavy and intense battles that required great effort from troops, showing strength and resilience, as well as from the leaders, adapting to challenges and strategizing ways to benefit the army. Yet, we managed to break through all the obstacles and emerge victorious, proving to everyone that ACP is a force not to be reckoned with.
THE NEW AGE
November 1st, falling on a Friday, was a day packed with major announcements, activities and excitement. We started off with a small surprise to celebrate Ugly’s birthday, then moved on with our Medal Ceremony, handing out hard-earned medals and awards to everyone who helped in winning the Project Conquest: Blood Bowl tournament.

Whether you are a troop, a staff member, HCOM or leader, everyone contributed to this win in their own way through attending battles, recruiting and mentoring, keeping the server active or prepping for the battles. After handing out the medals and awards, it was time to announce the beginning of a new age, the age of the Silver Dawn.
The post highlights the army’s current standing in the community, the continuous victories, growth and resilience, as well as Ugly’s consideration to retire and his renewed commitment in his leadership and the reasons for his decision. Roxy also addresses the future plans for ACP, the focus on Christmas Chaos and ACPTR, the role of Veterans and Advisers, her thoughts on leadership and retirement. Finally, they introduce the name of the new era, the era of the Silver Dawn. This name symbolizes a fresh beginning, representing both the perseverance and renewed strength of ACP under its current leadership.
As we wrap up this week’s journey, we want to take a moment to thank everyone who made it memorable. YOU made our victory possible and YOU are the reason ACP is what it is today. Thank you for reading this week’s edition of the On This Week column, we appreciate your support and engagement! Stay tuned for next week’s release!
