The Club Penguin Rewritten administrator Stu has just posted a brand-new blog post on the CPR Community Blog. In the post, he summarised the event’s concept, released a preview of a section of a room design and hinted at which mascot we can expect to see on the island.
Event Plot
In the post, Stu restated that the event would be “for roleplay purposes on a cops vs robbers base” and suggested that the party will bring a “gloomy atmosphere” to the Club Penguin Rewritten island.
This event was never seen on original Club Penguin so will be somewhat custom to CPR. However, it is expected that they will base certain aspects of the party on Club Penguin’s two Marvel Super Hero Takeovers.
Room Design Sneak Peek
The post also included a small section of a room design for the event. The screenshot is most likely a design that we will see in the Town.
The sneak peek, pictured above, is based on the design for the Town during the Marvel Super Hero Takeover in 2012, a room previously confirmed to have been on the cards for the Noir Party. The visible changes are that a layer of smoke has been added and a drain cover from the street has been removed.
I have found and cropped the design that the new room is based on to give you a loose comparison of the design that the team are going for.

Mascot Visits
Towards the end of the post, Stu hinted towards the mascot that would be visiting for the Noir Party. He said that she would be “a returning face” that was “rather good at disguises”. For those unaware, he is pointing towards Dot, the resident “Disguise Gal” at the Elite Penguin Force, the CPR secret agent force!

Dot, who has visited just three parties in CPR’s history, made her last visit to Club Penguin Rewritten in March 2020.

considering the fact that the sneak peak is from the marvel party, we might see some more assets from that! either way, its going to be amazing!
