Happy days are here again!

With our absolute and total victory in the war against Nachos, and the signing of the Treaty of Fjord. The Nachos have broken the Treaty after 2 days.

An excerpt from the Treaty of Fjord:

• Nachos cannot step foot on a ACP server(without consent) or declare war until April 1st, 2014. Doing so will result in Nachos losing their entire nation to ACP.

The Nachos have broken this clause in the treaty and thus all their remaining servers (there arent a huge amount anyway) belong to ACP.

The logged onto Fjord, an ACP server. Fjord was previously owned by RPF, but was transferred to ACP.

Therefore, as you can see. The Nachos are in violation of the Treaty and therefore cede all their servers to the ACP. We now do not regard Nachos as an army.
