For those who do not know, the Dodo bird went extinct in 1681. We, ACP, are mighty penguins, so let’s not become Dodo birds!
More than ever we must be recruiting to build our forces. Big things are going to be happening soon against ACP and we MUST prepare. I have warned of this previously in my post “ACP: Prepare to Shine,” but I don’t see hardly anyone recruiting. In fact, I have seen 3 of the 7 owners publicly claim “recruiting is unnecessary,” “recruiting is pointless,” and “recruiting isn’t the problem.” O_O I disagree with the unnecessary and the pointless and recruiting will certainly fix some of ACP‘s current problems.
As we have all witnessed, ACP troops are leaving our army for various reasons and others are inactive. We must be consistently, diligently recruiting to replace these people. If you have a population of people that are dying out, figuratively speaking, without a larger birth rate, that population will eventually become extinct and this is what ACP faces if we do not recruit.
Whether you agree or not, I don’t want to see anyone, especially owners, saying anything negative or anything to deter our motivated troops from spending their time and efforts in recruiting. If they are motivated, please encourage them! As owners and high ranking individuals we need to be setting a good example and recruiting ourselves.
I have recently been degraded and criticized by owners and others in chat because I announced that I recruited 3 people into ACP from Club Penguin. Yeah, I recruited in Club Penguin because I’m banned from some trackers due to recruiting efforts. So I recruit for the moment in Club Penguin, one-on-one, one penguin at a time. It may only be 3 recruits over the span of 2 days, but that is 3 soldiers in ACP we did not have before. Imagine how big our forces would be if all active ACP recruited 3 people in 2 days! It adds up and it IS necessary.
For those great troops recruiting, I thank you very much and would like to publicly recognize you for you efforts. You obviously care about the future of ACP and your efforts will not go unnoticed. Second.. Yeah I try to recruit sometimes.. I manage to get people, but they just get inactive!
I know you do Purple! You’re a great recruiter. I know we have many people who join but then become inactive, but if we can get even a small handful of recruits that are loyal and active, like our fantastic Cami and Bender (although he’s not new anymore), that would be great. It’s not always quantity, but quality, but recruiting and getting lots of people will hopefully give us a higher probability of active, loyal ACP soldiers. I know it can be grueling, but we must keep doing it. You’re doing a great job Purple, thanks!
recruits really arent the problem but nice post anyhow
I never said recruits were the problem. In fact, recruits are part of the solution to making a future for ACP and need to be seen as valuable soldiers and not “noobs” in a demeaning way. I said recruiting would help fix some of ACP’s problems and we need to be doing it.
we need to sort the usa owners out before we get more usa troops.
Troops without a leader is just a mess
Until then we have Swim, we have Tori, we have you and me helping out and other strong ACP soldiers like Grilled Cheese, CPmaster, etc. We have some ppl who can get things together and help welcome and assimilate the new US recruits. This MUST be done.

Cami, you are a loyal, active ACP soldier and I see greatness in you and your future in ACP. You’re also a really nice, fun person in chat. Thanks so much and keep up the outstanding effort. I assure you, it will not go unnoticed by me 🙂
It is hard to recruit for 2 armies at the same time. My opinion.
