Hai ACP!

So, in order to improve the overall awesomeness of our army, I would like to ask a couple of questions I would like you all to answer especially the lower ranks. (Keep going down for the rest of post)

    A lot of the higher ranks are inactive and should be demoted (not necessarily 3ics+, this isn’t a power trip believe it or not xD but yeah some 3ics too) but Flen are dragging their feet
    idk there’s other stuff too but I don’t care enough to type it out

    We should be more fun. Stuff like this census. Center the army around the site more than the chat.

    How their is almost an epic fail every week, & how we still struggle to get along, dispite I have been involved with the ACP sense 2007 or 2008, we still from my point over view, still bicker, and fight.

    I have known him for about 2 years now sense his joining in 2009, around the time I went blind to Glacoma. He is a great leader, and a even greator soldier.

    Kenneth is like a brother to me. We talked when I was still a Major back in 2009 before I was premoted to LT. Colonal, and had to leave the ACP due to Glacoma. He has a great collection of knowledge, and we should take that and learn from him.

    On a Scale of 1 to 10, I would say 5 to be honnest. we are not like how we use to be back before 2009. We use to get 60 to 65 on Club Penguin, and now, I am amazed at how we could get these low numbers. I wonder if we will ever be the same. we use to be an 8 or a 9 on a Scale of 1 to 10, back in 2009, but now, its not like I know my own army.
    6. What Is The Number 1 Thing The Higher Ranks Can Improve On?
    Team Work. Working United, and not with large Eago. I think the Leaders cvould be more strict, and more enforcing, but, I doubt that leaders will dare try. not saying that all of them are, just saying, we need to build up on Team Work, and making all the componets in the Chain of ACP Command work. Our Rank System is malfunctional, and we need to work on it before it is too late.
    7. What IS The Number 1 Thing We need To Get Better At As An Army?
    A. Tactical & Combat readyness: we are illie mannageing, and we need to work as one to make this work. Our Soldiers need to focuse on being ready for any possible threat that might lume.
    B. Division Deviding: We need to make a system for Divisions that will enable for parts of a Division to funection in such way, where all ranks get a chance to lead. For an example, Frozen Division, Take it, and devide it into a system. Bragade, Redgeament, Batallion, Company, Platoone, Squad. This kind of System will allow other Soldiers to lead. it will make it more spread out, and it will allow us to effectavely cover ground.
    8. What Is Your Favorite Color? ( It has To Be Green, Just Kidding)
    I have 4 Favorite coloars. Red, White & Blue. Red for the Blood Shead for my country that was spilled to keep my friends & family free. White for in my mind, thoese who died for my land, and blue for the Freedom of my country that is these United States of America.
    And Green, for my 4Th Favorite coloar, is the symble of the Army. The Uniform of truth, Justace, and freedom. The men & Women who wear this uniform are who I call, American Soldiers.
    This is also the Uniform of the Greatest Army on Club Penguin.

    As my Cousin told me abut the American Flag, about how the Coloars will never runn, Same goes for the Flag that the ACP Bairs!

    We are doing O.K.ACP spends too much time on chat rather than on cp.I’m also sick of hearing the word ‘noob’

    They need to mute the chat more when giving orders,and be stricter.
