Boomer again: Look, sorry for sticking up for Person’s bill ( 😐 ), but maybe the fact that everyone got mad at us for defending their bill means that it’s actually the bill we don’t like… Interesting concept 😕 …

Boomer: Just to clarify, this is not ACP saying he must be fired, it was a bill that all of you signed (that wasn’t even written by us).

To Person: Is there a punishment for armies who go against the Anti-Hacking Bill?  YES

Result of an army not firing the hacker taken directly from the bill:

“War being declared on that army, by armies that have agreed to this document.”

– Meaning any army that signed the bill who doesn’t follow its terms will have war declared on them by the other signers of the document.  That includes ACP, Golds, IW, Nachos, RFW, ST, UMA, and WW to name a few.

Shab: Icey, you and Saint have to talk to schedule a new recruiting session. I think this weekend would be a good time to have it.

WE ARE NOT DEMANDING THIS BECAUSE WE THINK WE HAVE THE POWER TO!!!

Person said that flappy is fired from Nachos because of the anti-hacking bill.Well that means that any army that signed the anti-hacking bill must also fire flappy or they are violating the bill they signed. Acp will declare war not because we are annoyed that we aren’t getting our way but because the army is violating a bill they signed. I hope this clears everything up and ends the need for war against Acp.

This is one of the things in the anti-hacking bill:

–Deleting posts/pages on a wordpress, when you were not authorized to do so. (Ex. You betray your army and delete every post/page on the site, or you hack a wordpress and delete the pages/posts)

The punishment for this is:

–One month suspension from armies you are ranked in, or being fired. Punishment severity is determined by Leaders of the army.

OR

–Being banned from all armies possible. (Depends if hacking was EXTREME. Ex: Deleting the ACP site)
Flappy deleted all the pages from the acp site. I would say that is atleast half the site.

    The definition of hacking is to devise or modify (a computer program) in a negative way, usually skillfully. Since the ACP site was modified in a negative way, it counts as hacking. Making this situation part of the Anti-Bot Bill.

    I found a loop hole, Flappy doesent have to be fired it says fired from AS MANY ARMIES AS POSSIBLE and the example is deleting the ACP site he only deleted the pages not the site so therefore he just has to be banned. for about a month.

    Oh and I hope you relize this isnt going to hel[ anything cause flappy will be gone from all cp armies in about a week he did this as sort of a “goodbye gift”.

    Flappy broke the Anti-Hacking Bill, so what? It’s YOUR problem ACP. We don’t have to fire him from our armies or give him any punishment. Stop telling us what to do ACP.

    Bills= Almost always useless, many armies say “forget the bills”, but it all depends on what kind of bill it is, if most armies like it, it is a succes, if most don’t it is a failure.

    It’s very hard to pick a side, because the Illegalization of All Forms of Hacking, I wrote isn’t exactly clear. It states

    It says punishment severity determined by the leaders of the army. The army, meaning armies that Flappy is in. Each leader in those armies choose Flappy’s punishment.
    “Being banned from all armies possible. (Depends if hacking was EXTREME. Ex: Deleting the ACP site)”
    Here, it says it’s possible from being banned from all armies. It never said that if he isn’t fired, you go to war with all the armies that have Flappy, and force them to fire him. This part of the bill means if it’s a mutual agreement by all leaders to fire him, then he’s fired from all armies.
    Shab: Yea I got mixed up at first with the other post. What I mean is that the other armies have to punish Flappy in some way because of this.

    @Puckley: Did you read Rapidy’s comment? It counts as hacking. I’m pretty sure you’d get mad if you were hacked. We helped you when you were hacked, so now you just claim we’re bullying you? 🙄

    I didn’t write the “Fire Flappy” Post, none of us wrote the post, from my understanding Dryvit wrote the post off the top of his head. He had a reason why, because he was frustrated. But it was a bit over the extreme.

    @puckley: with the nachos signing the bill, you agreed to punishing anyone even if it doesnt affect your army. Thats called making a commitment. It seems as if you didnt read the bill……. (not saying all the nachos didnt; i can tell some did)

    The Nachos got to Pool early and I was there too, so we had a battle. ACP won, with about 10 Nachos and 2 ACP. Were having another war today though. Everyone come or we might lose. It’s today in server Fjord at the Pool at 12:00 P.M. Penguin Standard Time.
