Many people want to be Special Ops, so here is what I will do. Anyone can  be a Special Op at any time, but we only need one or two actice Special Ops in battle. To be a Spec Op an ACP soldier will dress like an enemy soldier, walk over to the enemy side, and say “We Surrender”, or (Name of army) Surrenders!”. This way they really will surrender and retreat, and we will win.

    Oagalthorp: Yes, bit if we get them first they won’t have a chance. Plus I will make a post stating: We donnot surrender unless the leader of the ACP during a battle surrenders.

    hello acp. there is a clan of penguins called the clubpenguin losers and they are ruining cp. the are doing things acp would never tolerate and they said that acp is weak and would never have a chance.

    sir the job is done i hav made the UMA surrender they even were talking about how they were just using ACP and were going to destroy ACP. i spread the word of the UMA surrenduring on every corner of clubpenguin even the UMA that i fooled agreed that they surrendered.
