Stay quiet on the battlefield- You might miss an important command

Note from Shab to Kj and the rest of the haters: I’m retiring in less than 1 week. Plan a celebration before its too late XD. Max you were a great soldier and Acp will miss you.

Well my end has came. I have goals and Club Penguin has been a huge distraction for me. So I am retiring.  Here is my history

I went on Google. Search Games and clicked on Miniclip it was there I found the Club Penguin site and joined it. I decided since Max The Penguin and Maxthepenguin would not work I would have to deal with what it went up to and that was Maxthepen. So I typed it in and WHAM!!! Maxthepen was born! I looked around and being a non-member i got bored of Club Penguin and was active after someone asked me (Sordman456)” Hey max, do you play club penguin?” and I said yes. And after that I was more active and 3 months later I got my membership. Then one day I entered a room during the cowboy party to see people chanting “Fever!!!” And it looked kinda fun so i joined in. Then on mammoth I was walking through a room when people were chanting”ACP! ACP! ACP!” So i joined unofficially and I was hooked on Club Penguin War ever since. Finally I decided “what is all this acp commotion about?” so I went on google and typed in Army of Club Penguin and found the ACP site and joined. I learned the leader at that time was Ogalthrop (and would remain leader for 5, 4 or 6 months). My first rank was Captain and I was super active in the ACP. But after getting a WordPress army that I named the Funky Lucky Penguins (FLP) . The army never got off to a (the link to the site is maxalot.wordpress.com ) start. So I made a army called the Elite Army of Club Penguin. After asking the ACP for help a dozen times I was promoted ( even though I did not ask for it ) so I decided “Eh what they hey? Might as well get back into ACP.” So I did. Meanwhile the RG conflict arose and afterwards I merged the elites and anti RG into 1 army- The United Penguin Protectors (UPP). And as time passed and Boomer retired. I was asked to make the small army council and now here I am. Retiring.

Here is some people I would like to thank for making my CP army time and CP time so great:

Ogalthrop- I never really knew you but you are what made me get into Club Penguin Armies!

Boomer 20- You are hilarious! You have the potential to become a great leader!

Dryvit- You have the potential to be a great leader! Keep it going

Read this post in its original form on the Club Penguin Army Council site HERE!

About a week ago, The Club Penguin Army Council (specifically Batista1822), had an idea for Mass Recruiting on Mammoth.  On our first try, things seemed to go pretty well from my perspective. This week, it was IW who we recruited for, and we had a solid turnout. The main issue was that Mammoth was full for most people, and when we moved to Sub Zero, ACP had their own recruiting session on Snow Fort. Many ACP still attended (thank you), which was good, but it could have been better, and potentially significantly better had the Nachos decided to help. The final determining factor will be how many recruits will have found IW’s site as a result of this.

Here are some pictures I took from Sub Zero:

We started out in the Town, where we had about 45-50 people.

A nice line in the Dock, and we were up to 50 people.

We made a pretty good-sized circle with about 50-55 soldiers.

Party at Icey’s afterwards.

As a random additional picture, I beat Icey in Sled Racing (it was really close).

At the peak, there were about 55 people in IW uniform at one time in one room, but we had others scattered across the server. We could have had as many as 80 at some points. I’m positive we can do even better next time. Thanks to all who helped out!  I would consider it a big first success for the Council!

Im retiring from acp,you all have been very kind to me.But i must move on,due to my parents wanting me off ACP im sorry but thats just life its unfair.Anyway here is my video:

Recently I’ve been hearing terms people often associate with ACP any time someone tries to have an opinion.  From “world police” to “ACP controls everyone”, ACP always takes the blame whenever an opinion is involved.  Recently, it was said that ACP would declare war on armies that did not fire Flappy.  Let me make it clear, that was NOT our rule.  That was part of the Anti-Bot Bill, written by Person of the Nachos.  In Flappy’s case:

“One month suspension from armies you are ranked in, or being fired. Punishment severity is determined by Leaders of the army.” – [You can decide whether to fire him or just suspend him, that is the severity part.  Not punishing him was not an option].

To start with, all the armies that complained about us “forcing” them to fire him, you all signed that bill.  All we did was point out that clause, and for those who considered ignoring it, you would be in violation of the bill.  If it’s the bill you had a problem with, talk to Person about.  We’re sorry for trying to stand up for a bill that we thought everyone agreed on and was written by an ally of ours.  Maybe next time, we’ll be a little less fair 🙄 .

At this point, basically everyone had fired Flappy except for perhaps WW, although they (leaders other than Wii) changed the decision.  I may not be ACP Leader anymore, but it is my belief that we’re not looking for a huge war over this, we were only looking to uphold the bill.  If you didn’t like us “controlling” your decisions, you really either have an issue with the bill for telling you what to do, or you just have some sort of bias against ACP (fairly likely in many cases).  We can have a meeting to revise the bill if that’s what you want.

Once again, sorry for wanting to uphold the rules like decent people, I guess we’ll be a bit more irrational next time…  (That was sarcasm) 😛 .  Come on guys, stop worrying about everything.  Let’s just have some fun.

Stev’s 2nd Edit-To Aka and Nachos.: Aka, why are you getting Nachos involved in something that does not concern them? I know what your going to say, “We’re helping an ally.” That may be true, but maybe you have forgotten something that practically everyone here has been disputing about. ACP and Nachos need to stop getting between an army. This has been talked about over and over again for sometime already. This is something that concerns us and the army that we will go against. But No, now you have to go and get Nachos involved in this. Just you watch, If Nachos do end up helping out UMA and RFW this thing will eventually turn in to ACP VS Nachos. Again. Like it always does, whenever ACP and Nachos interfere or interact with one another. Maybe you should think about that before making a decision. If this war does happen and Nachos help out, it will just look as if UMA or RFW are in the way of ACP and Nachos fighting each other 😐 . I thought both ACP and Nachos were going to work on staying away from one another in war for quite sometime, but now look where this is going to lead. Soon enough this will lead in to ANOTHER World War. Think about this before you officially decide to side with someone.

As you know, CP has launched “101 Days of Fun.” Today’s caught my interest, it was to cover up the berg in blue penguins! This poor penguin tried to do it herself, but failed miserably.

It didn’t work.

That made the penguin very sad 🙁

So that all soldiers and armies understand, we are/were asking for only a 1 week ban as we explained to the armies involved. They declined to even respect that. Thanks.

ACP finds it hard to believe, but we need to issue a polite suggestion to all CP armies. If  you allow Flappy2558 in your army for any reason, ACP will see that as a declaration of war. Flappy tried and failed to destroy the ACP army and it’s web site. He has bragged to every army of his hideous deeds,  before they banned him.  For that action ACP is very appreciative. Taking a cue from the Nacho’s /Person’s swift actions in firing and banning Flappy, most other armies followed suit. It is known a few armies have allowed Flappy to join, and even one modded him. Now we are not going to name names, but you have 24 hours to decide. Fire and ban Flappy, or consider his membership a declaration of war. We will invade, conquer your servers, and hold them , until you Fire and Ban Flappy. Only you can decide if Flappy is worth that. Once again, to those that took action against Flappy, you have ACP’s thanks and deep appreciation for keeping CP armies strong and safe from such abhorred actions. The clock starts now for those who still do not see the right way to conduct an army.

I am so proud of each and everyone of you loyal ACP soldiers. You make ACP what it has been, what it is, and what it will be. You deserve soo much credit and appreciation for all of the work and time and energy that you put in to this very army. For that I thank you, without you we wouldn’t be where we are today. I can not repay you greatly, but what I can do is this: A Party!
