I will be working to restore the site to its full capabilites for the next two days. I will also be sure to report Flappy (Michael) to the proper authorities and request that his WordPress account be suspended/banned. This is completely unacceptable, and I hope he is more than happy to deal with the consequences.

I was able to get back all the posts from 6-20 to 6-23. You might not think thats alot but there are a lot of posts. We are only missing posts from the 17th, 18th, 19th, and 24th now.

The new Divisions are up and running 😀 ! Check the Divisions Page to see what Division you are in. The three new Divisions are: Alpha Division, Delta Division, and Echo Division. There are 3 Field Commanders, Dryvit, Pc Engine, and Stev712, who control each division. There are also Generals who will mainly control each Divison, 1st Generals are the main Generals and should be the main admin on the site, the 2nd Generals are just Co-leaders to the division.

Each 1st General must create a site, the sites will be something like this: acpsigmadivision.wordpress.com. It should start with acp then your division and then the word division, not too hard, eh? Like Boomer said when he made Brigades, Master Generals will be Editors, Lieutenant Generals will be Authors, and Major Generals will be Contributors (or Authors if that’s what you prefer).

Each Division will patrol 2 servers and Breeze and Snow Fort(patrol 4 servers total):

Alpha will patrol these servers every day: Snow Day, Snow Globe, and our two Capitols.

I am retiring from the Army of Club Penguin due to some things happening on chat. I have a lot of thank yous, so I’m not going to write a huge speech.

Boomer 20- You were a great leader and a great freind.
Oagalthorp- You were a great leader, and I believe you were gifted.
Mazachster- You gave me my first SSACP rank.
Capuzzi- You were always hilarious on chat.
Bluey92123- You were a great running mate for the small time we ran together. I am requesting that you get a promotion.
Packer1 Nfl- You were one awesome friend, and I can’t thank you enough. I am requesting that you get a promotion.
Shadow2446- You were always cool on chat, and you were a good leader.

Sheila- I was in Kappa Brigade because of you, and you were a very interesting person.

Saint1119: You need to lighten up, and you shouldn’t do what Meat does all the time.

Seanehawk: you need to seriously get better at controlling your temper and banning fairly. Lighten up, don’t be afraid to have fun.

Dryvit: You were the best leader in my opinion.

Stev712- Just try to be a bit more active.

My advice to you all is to follow the Bible so we can be freinds in heaven.

Aka is taking a break for a week I believe, so I wish him the best.  Some sort of apology to the other armies would have been nice, but instead he left you all with this:

“I just wanted to give the Nachos something fun to do, but then a**holes from every army freak out on me because fun isn’t allowed anymore. War isn’t supposed to be fair. Get over it.” – [Censored]

Then for me:

“I know Boomer will try to rub it in some more while I’m gone, but it just proves he can’t live with not complaining (arguing, whatever he will call it). At least one of us knows when to back off.”

I’m sorry you thought I was arguing, but most people had noticed that I stopped “arguing” a while ago.  My last post was nothing but comments from your soldiers.  I backed off a while ago, but you can keep arguing with the Nachos’ comments if you want.  Good luck, and hopefully you’ll think more about others when you come back.

This whole Nachos invading Tundra thing is kind of ironic when you think about it.  Person made a list of the Pros and Cons, which are all really good.  The Cons are especially frightening…

Cons of invading Tundra

• Lose allies like RFW, IW, UMA, WW, RPF, BB, and lose a neutral ally ACP
• Become hated in the army community and have many rebellions against us, therefore destroying everything we’ve ever worked for in  this army Aka: How the he** would THIS one happen? Just because people wouldn’t like us doesn’t mean rebellions in OUR army.  – [Boomer’s Edit: In case you haven’t noticed, your soldiers are arguing about this in comments, and it looks like your the one who is losing…]
• Bonds with allies like WW and RPF can never be repaired after invading a server they’ve had a long history with

Now the irony here is…

If you pick any of the servers ACP just dropped, any of the other servers that are unoccupied, or any that RPF plans to drop, you would get ALL of the Pros you listed WITHOUT ANY of the Cons.

I was happy to see that most of the Nachos seemed to agree, along with basically every other army, that invading Tundra is not a good idea.  Here are the varying opinions of some of the soldiers.

RFW vs. The Tundra Alliance would be a pretty fair war.  Everyone will benefit because they are all equal and all will get recruits.  Nachos join the war, and only they will get recruits, everyone else will fall and it will be one of those “what happened to the other armies in this war” deals.

Saint: We might be having a Practice Battle on Monday with our new Divisions that SHOULD come out on Friday, but I want to see how many people have summer vacation now:

Elections have finally concluded with a final vote count of 5,746!  That is amazing!

But counting them is a different story.  I could count them all by myself but you wouldn’t find out who the new congressmen and women were for about a week.

That is why I am asking you, the soldiers, to volunteer to help me count all these votes.  I need 13 soldiers to help me count.  Each soldier will be assigned to one of 13 polls and it will be their responsibilty to count every single vote in this poll.

Update: Person called it off (I think… 😕 ).

Remember when the Nachos used to be called The Nacho Empire?  They owned probably 25+ servers and bullied around the smaller armies in the U.K., etc.  Looks like the Empire has returned.

If you haven’t heard, the Nachos are planning to invade Tundra for no reason other than so Aka can have his “fun”.  Meanwhile, 3 armies that have owned Tundra for a year are at risk of being kicked out of their capitals by “The Empire”.  These armies, WW, RPF, and BB, are all in need of some help to bring themselves back to the level they once were, but as the Nachos have already proven, they don’t care.  They may not care, but I know a lot of us do.  There is a fundamental difference between right and wrong, and what the Nachos are doing is wrong whether it is “fun” or not.

I’ll start by addressing some things Aka mentioned in his post.

First his, edit:

Glad it’s fun for you, how about the other 3 armies? 😕

In summary, I just wish you would think about others before yourself for once and maybe we wouldn’t be having an issue with armies collapsing because of your “fun”. There’s a reason you weren’t voted into the Council because everyone can see you have no interest in helping anyone but yourself.

Rather than have Aka yell at me over more stuff other people said first, I think I’ll quote a very good comment by Emperer Josh.

You know when I can completely agree with Emperer Josh (yeah, the anti-ACP, RG guy), the Nachos have done something pretty screwed up (to use a nicer phrase).

Nachos and several other not so bright armies have decided, “Hey, look at these guys, their server is claimed by 3 armies. Let’s go in and make it neutral without actually considering what they, or anyone else besides ourselves think about it.” Well, this is my response to you:

Now that we understand each other, exactly WHY did you decide to invade Tundra. I mean, it’s not like there is a logical reason to create a neutral server. Let alone what that you claim there to already be chaos on, thus already attempting to jolt a Golden Age. And what happened to Outback? Just go on Outback and blow up stuff, don’t come invading our servers.

This is like what it is for us:

“Oh, and by the way. We’re making Parka neutral. You know why? It’s chaos in there. Ya, exactly the same as Tundra, got three armies and everything. It has to be shut down. If you don’t like it you go straight to hell.”

(The three armies are CPAF, RFW, and ST.)

The only reason WE aren’t allowed to do that is because we’re not big enough to boss around people like the Nachos do. Well, you know what I call that? I call that being a tyrant.

Not only is it being a jacka**, but also, it COMPLETLY contradicts what Nachos say they want to do. They want to create prosperity for all armies, and say RPF is dying. (The following is sarcasm.) So logicly, they should come in, and crush RPF in a war, and publicly humiliate them, and make n00bs want to invade their land. And to boot they get to end to army’s capitals.

RPF, we will give them nothing, but take from them, everything.

RPF, we’re in for one wild week.

I decided to email Club Penguin about the auto typing thing, and their response combined with some other stuff I heard made we want to post this.

Basically, any third-party program (anything outside of Club Penguin) can get you banned on Club Penguin.  They did not call it hacking, so you may be correct in that, but they did call it cheating, and the punishment is the same as it is for hacking.

I also heard from someone (they can decide if they want to be mentioned) that Club Penguin has very good third-party detectors, meaning they can often detect anyone using these types of programs (this is why bots usually end up banned immediately if you leave them on the server too long, although they usually get banned eventually regardless).  I have also heard that these types of programs are usually loaded with spyware, trojan viruses, etc.  That is how the people who make these programs make money.  They get paid to make things that people will download, and they load them up with the company’s spyware.  The person I talked to had to spend $150 to fix their computer after downloading one of these, so I don’t think I would even risk it.

I’ve been hearing about something called an auto talker or something recently that some friends of mine have been using.  My opinion of hacking is using any type of outside program that breaks the code of something (like Club Penguin) to allow you to do something that is not normally possible.  What is your opinion of this so I can hopefully convince my friends that it is wrong and get them to stop using it?  Thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to send inform me of your concern. 

We, at Club Penguin, do not condone the use of third party programs, or cheat programs. If a moderator observes a penguin using one of these programs, they will be given a ban. If they continue to use these programs, we will permanently ban the penguin from our site. 

We want to provide a fun, fair experience for all of our penguins. When penguins use these programs, it takes away from our other penguin’s experience. For this reason, we take cheating very seriously and will not hesitate to take appropriate action on any penguin found disobeying this rule.
