BLIZZARD, Shamrock Bulletin HQ – ¡Saludos, ACP! To start off the new year 2025, Club Penguin Journey has released a new party: The Festival of Flight! With it, also the Elite Penguin Force has finally made its comeback. Keep reading for a full guide of the party!

When you first enter the welcome room, you will be greeted by Gary, who will welcome you to the party and explain the reasons behind his new inventions throughout the island as well as hint at a new mystery to uncover! This guide is a walkthrough that will cover the main parts of the party!

Hot Air Balloon Ride

Gary added an exciting Hot Air Balloon Ride penguins can experience! You’ll find it in the Forest! Enter the ride, which will take you to the Tallest Mountain!

After exiting the ride, you will have arrived at the Tallest Mountain area! Once you arrive, you will receive the Mountaineer stamp for reaching a mountain peak! You’ll find Gary’s Island Lifter 3000 and a free Jet Pack rack there! Don’t forget to grab yourself a Jet Pack!

If you are a PSA Agent, your spy phone on the bottom left corner of your screen will buzz to tell you that there’s a new message! You will get the following messages once you click on your spy phone!

Gary’s New Inventions

Gary added a few creative and wacky inventions throughout the island! Head over to the Ski Hill and check out the Cloud Maker 3000!

You will also find the Breeze Maker 3000 at the Docks! Sit on the blue, yellow or pink buttons to create a breeze for the kites to fly!

The cracked windows in the underground pool create a safety hazard for penguins on the island in case they cause a flood, for this reason, Gary invented the Island Lifter 3000, which is a huge hot air balloon that can lift the island in the air until the windows get fixed!

Essential Penguin Forecast

Head over to the newly renovated Tour HQ, where you’ll see new gadgets designed to monitor the ever-changing and unpredictable island weather! Answer the call to discover the mystery behind this strange weather!

Click on the phone at the desk to receive the following messages depending on whether you’re an Agent or an Elite Penguin!

Operation: Mayday Guide

Note that to become an ‘Elite Penguin‘, you NEED to have completed the 11 Penguin Secret Agency (PSA) missions. This will give you access to the Elite Penguin Force. Once you have completed all the missions, head over to the PSA Headquarters. Here, Dot will greet you and award you the Elite Penguin Force Badge. Then, you’ll be able to access the Elite Penguin Force (EPF) Headquarters through the closet to the right of the room.

Inside the EPF HQ, you’ll see Gary, who will debrief you on the operation:

To be able to properly conduct this operation, he’ll grant you the Infrared Helmet which you will use later on.

To begin the mission, head over to the launch pad located at the top left in the EPF HQ:

From here onwards, you’ll recognize many rooms from the Mountain Expedition Party, as it’s the same journey to the top. The first room you’ll encounter is the Supply Camp.

Something you’ll have to watch out for constantly during your playthrough are the cameras located in each room. If they catch you, they won’t let you go through and send you back to the entrance of the room. To disable them, throw a snowball at them!

To pass the barrier, use your PSA Spy Phone to access the scissors (you need to click on it a couple of times for them to appear, unlike the missions, as only one tool shows per click), then cut through the barrier with them!

Next room is the Ice Cavern. Here, you’ll need to disable one camera. Don’t forget to avoid the robots as well, because if you touch them you’ll be sent back. The suggested path to take is marked in red arrows.

The following room will be the Base Camp. Here, you’ll need to disable two cameras, shown in the picture. Also, shoutout to the Operation: Blackout soundtrack!

Then, to advance, your goal is to put out the fire. You’ll need to open this lantern container and throw snowballs into it until it’s full. Then, click on it to pour the melted snow on the fire.

Next room should be the Mountain. Here, you’ll need to disable two cameras, but also step on all 3 plates so the next area can be unlocked. The recommended path is marked in red.

This will lead you into the Ice Cave, where you only need to disable one camera.

The following three rooms will be comprised of mazes full of lasers. To see them, you’ll need to have the Infrared Helmet equipped. Lasers will continuously appear and disappear, making it possible to go through. Another shout out to the Gear Up soundtrack, also from Operation: Blackout!

In the second maze room, you need to get the Expedition Key Pin, to be able to access the final room after the mazes.

In the third room, avoid the red lights too, as they serve the same purpose as the lasers

Once you’re in Herbert’s Lair, you’ll need to deactivate his main computer. Following the ‘Hardware Destroyer‘ blueprints on the top left, you’ll need three items: a spy phone, a magnet, and a coil. It won’t be as easy though, since Herbert will be constantly checking his surroundings, use cover (the areas in shadows) to hide from Herbert. Using emotes will make him catch you.

Once you got all the items, they’ll be combined to form the Hardware Destroyer. Stand on the yellow circle to deactivate Herbert’s computer.

After you escape from Herbert’s grasp, you’ll be greeted by an incredible animation from the CPJ devs!

Once back in the EPF HQ, the Director greets you and gives you your rewards for completing the operation.

Following the Operation, the EPF HQ is now accessible by ringing the phone in the Tour HQ, and the Tallest Mountain rooms are no longer accessible.

Gary Mascot Meetups

Available Stamps

Explorer: Visit all the decorated party rooms.

Snack Shack: Serve snacks from a booth, using any food emote.

This can be done at the booth located in the Stadium.

Mountaineer: Reach a mountain peak.

Use the Hot Air Balloon Ride located in the Forest to reach the mountain peak of the Tallest Mountain.

Meet Gary: Be in the same room as Gary during one of his visits!
