BREEZE, Shamrock Bulletin Headquarters – Throughout my time in ACP, I have come face to face with every single enemy of ours on the battlefield. Whether I have respect for all those leaders, or not, is another question. Today, I’ll be ranking five of some of our most historic enemies. As a disclaimer, this piece is solely my opinion and should not be taken seriously.
5. Romans
This particular enemy happens to be one of the oldest armies in our community. In the very early years of our community, the Army of Club Penguin and the Romans saw many rounds of fighting commence. Most of these battles actually occurred in people’s igloos! Despite this historic army not holding much relevancy in the later years of Club Penguin warfare, the amount of times we have met them in battle is limited. Our two armies clashed in a battle for ownership of the Roman Helmet. I suppose we take that dub. Below is a historic video capturing some of these intense igloo fights curtesy from our Saga.
4. Light Troops
There has never been an army quite as controversial as this army. Considered by some to be one of the most influential armies in the 2010s decade, we have clashed multiple times with these yellow miners on the island. One of the longest wars in our history (almost a year?!) was against this army and the many iterations of alliances it would create to dismantle our legacy. During this war, I served as a Second in Command to Flipper7706 and Kenneth1000. Throughout the numerous battles, the community learned that – no matter what size – the clover defenders will always stand strong for what is right.
3. Night Warriors
This rival was at their peak during my first leadership. For the first time since roughly 2009, our number one spot was being challenged by a new army that rose through the ranks very quickly. As a young kid having their first chance at leadership, I felt I had a legacy to uphold. And of course doing what I thought was right. My aggression towards war with these stealthy warriors resulted in one of the most iconic World Wars within our community: World War V. Whether our intentions were for good or not, the war ended with our enemy dissipating- never truly hitting the same heights again. Surprisingly, many of my old internet friends came from this army, too!
2. Underground Mafias Army
Previously we talked about one of my personally rivals, this time we have Oagalthorp’s rival army. Most of very early history in the Club Penguin army community was centered around the green versus the red. Many armies would be created due to the conflict between ACP and UMA. Not to be dramatic but the wars between these two quite literally alter, and solidified, the army community. Although they weren’t able to rise to the type of power they had in 2006/2007, their impact is still felt even 15 years later.
Finally we have come to who I think our most historic enemy is…
1. Nachos
Nothing will ever truly capture the type of rivalry we had with the sombrero wearing army. Armies were truly made for us to continually duke it out with these guys. You’re always taught to respect your rivals, and I truly do not think any other has deserved the title of most respect enemy other than the Nachos. Who would have thought that an army named after a snack would go on to be an iconic rival of THE Army of Club Penguin? Their use of tactics forced our army to continually improve on our very own tactics, and kept us on our feet. I can still hear the sound of maracas.
Unfortunately, due to TinyPic being corrupted, a lot of pictures showcasing historic battles have been lost. I guess not everything posted on the internet is forever, kiddos. Thus wraps up my spur-of-the-moment rankings of our past enemies. This is a friendly reminder that, no matter what, enemies come and go. Forever the Army of Club Penguin stands. Who would you rank as our most historic enemy?
Keep those snowballs coming!

Fantastic post Mchappy!
Fantastic post! I think all of the rankings fit nicely. I’d perhaps move UMA down but that’s really the only change I’d make. UMA-ACP might be more iconic, but IMO LT-ACP was a more fierce one. If LT made a post like this, ACP would certainly be first. And, of course, NW-ACP was a very good rivalry. A battle between two extremely great strategists (Mchappy and Vendetta).
