A Trip Down Memory Lane With Kyle

BLIZZARD, Shamrock Bulletin Headquarters – Welcome to the first edition of the newest Monday column, A Trip Down Memory Lane! In this column, we will be asking various members of ACP about their favorite memory they’ve had during their time in the army. Our first edition will be featuring none other than Field General Kyle! What was his favorite memory?

Kyle has been in the army community for a long time now, starting off with the Pirates. He then joined the Redemption Force and the Dark Warriors after, also enlisting in a couple armies such as the Marines and the Water Vikings. After leaving the Dark Warriors, Kyle enlisted in the Army of CP as a private and also joined the Elites until their closure. He then eventually ranked up to Field General in ACP while also remaining as an advisor for the Golden Troops. Having been with the Clovers for many months now, what has Kyle chosen as his favorite memory?

To find out more, I reached out to Kyle for an interview regarding his favorite memory.

What has been your favorite memory during your time in ACP?

Hm I have a few I guess but i would say if I had to choose, it would be either finally getting promoted to Brigadier General after working up to it from private or else breaking the recruiting record twice

Were you surprised when you realized that you were promoted to Brigadier General? How did you feel at first?

Yes and no I guess, yes because I didn’t think I would get it straight after my colonel test week ended but then no also cause I had a feeling I would be getting sooner rather than later if you get me. It was really like exciting but also strange at the same time, I was in the middle of a GT battle when it happened and I was being pinged and dmed everywhere and it was a bit mad but yeah it was fun

What made this promotion more memorable than your other promotions?

Mainly because it’s the first time I’ve actually been a mod in an army, from when I started up until elites, I had always been hcom in armies, in RF I had gone from troop to hcom in the span of two weeks. I had no motivation starting out as a private but I kept pushing and pushing to rank up as quick as possible and yeah mainly just cause never been a mod in an army

Was breaking the recruiting record a difficult feat for you? What motivated you to do this?

Well it was sorta difficult but I was on mid term break and I was like imma try break the record so I just recruited as much as possible every day and I managed to just smash it by like 36 recruits or so? And then smashed it again with 302. It was sorta hard but when I broke it down it made it easier

It seems the two memories that Kyle chose were both amazing accomplishments that have stood out to him from his time in ACP. But who will be interviewed next week? And what memory will they choose?

What do YOU think about Kyle’s favorite memory? Let us know in the comment section down below!
