Top Ten Armies of May 2021

BLIZZARD, Shamrock Bulletin Headquarters – With the fifth month of 2021 now over, the Shamrock Bulletin is proud to present the Top Ten Armies from May.

Our Process

In calculating the rankings for May’s Top Ten Armies, each army was awarded 20 points for first place, 19 points for second place, 18 points for third place, and so on until we arrived at 1 point for 20th place. Armies that did not hold events/receive a ranking in a certain week were awarded 0 points. They were then ranked according to the total of their points across a four-week period.

Without further ado, here are the Top Ten Armies of May.

The highest score of the month was 97.39, achieved by the Rebel Penguin Federation on the second week of the month.
The highest event size of the month was also achieved by the Rebel Penguins, with 104 penguins participating in their fourteenth anniversary celebration.
May 2021 saw the Pizza Federation and Crimson Guardians close their doors for the final time.
The Script Kiddies were able to debut in the Top Five in week 4, but dropped completely off the Top Ten listing the following week with no events.
May saw the introduction of the ‘Recounting Regulation’ and Point Deductions. The Water Vikings are the worst offenders for rule breaking, having been docked at least one point every week of May since its introduction. Close behind them is the Silver Empire, who consistently logged onto 3-bar servers through May.
