Greetings, ACP.
This post was published due to Ganger90, SWAT Leader, claiming that we had invaded a part of their territory, thus claiming the treaty that was formed on June 3rd 2014 to be invalid. SWAT’s claims are illegal and incorrect due to the reasons stated below.
- The ACP did invade Mittens, however, we invaded UMA’s proportion of the server, not SWAT’s. In addition, all servers were returned to each other after UMA had surrendered to us, thus we no longer own the server Mittens.
- The treaty states that it allows either army to nullify an invasion or battle against each other, but not the treaty itself.
There is now a non-agression pact between ACP and SWAT that lasts until October 1, 2014. If either army invades or attacks the other, those actions will be nullified.
Ganger’s short and irrational post claiming the treaty to be invalid is by no means justified, therefore the treaty remains in force until October 1st, 2014, as it was originally scheduled to expire on that day.
