Hai ACP,
Following the unfortunate retirement of 3ic, Snaily, we have an open spot in the owner ranks for one of the generals. None of the new generals are viable for promotion to 3ic, so the selected candidates are Capncook, Djgtjvgyhxgy, Noseycjr, Obama81000, Superoo13 and Ziro7. All of these candidates have their own positive and negative qualities and all could be within the ACP owner ranks. The new general will be promoted upon leadership decision.
Here are my personal descriptions for each of these candidates:
- Capncook: Capn is a very experienced leader and was questionably not included in the leadership list, having been a leader for a short amount of time. He was also a 1.5ic under myself in August, but in what seemed like a power grab he moved away from the ACP due to humiliation. However, he soon moved onto the AR and was crucial in helping their rise to power and was part of leading a strong AR USA force, something that the ACP badly needs. Capn is a strong leader and recruiter and has been in ACP for a while
- Djgtjvgyhxgy: Dj is also very experienced and was a former ACP Division General from years back in the ACP. He also was the first person to lead the Romans in the modern era and led them to one of the strong top ten army, but we limited due to the uniform of the Romans. He is also very enthusiastic in doing unscheduled events and is always looking to improve the ACP with new ideas. However, he cannot always be on due to army, but when he is on he can make a real difference.
- Noseycjr: Nosey is not as experienced as the first two, but has been in ACP for a very long time (longer than me!). He is a strong part of the current USA force and has been a big reason why they have been slowly rising since hitting constant 6 at events. He can have problems with activeness from time to time, but his leadership qualities are some of the best and I am told he can do some good posts which are all the qualities of a good leader.
- Obama81000: As most of you know, earlier this year he was demoted from the 3ic position for not being active. When he was active, he was in the race for 2ic but the USA position never opened for him at that spot and the main reason for him being inactive was due to exams. This was not his fault and he did things such as making tracking chats and was one of the best recruiters within the ownership. He has also improved his activeness as a General.
- Superoo13: “Soup” as I call him, is the current ACPTR leader and has recentelly been in the leadership when they hit 10-15 on CP, which is good for a group full of learning ACP soldiers and teachers. He has many ideas and aspirations for the ACP, but he can go inactive from one period to another. This was mainly due to exams and holidays, but he has pledged to improve on that now that he has some more free time. His posts are also decent, as he has previously worked on CPAC and SMAC.
Now that you have seen my views on the candidates, here are each of their speeches or campaign sites:

Remember, when voting, choose who you think will make a positive impact on the ACP and will make a difference to how the army is run. However, this will be made on a points decision like the last 3ic election, so here is how it works:
- The Leaders (Swimmer and Funks) will make their vote without commenting and this will contribute to 33% of the votes. As there are only two leaders, the candidates will be put in a passive order by each leader and it will work from 6 points for first and 1 point for last, with the scores being added up from both and divided by two. FOR EXAMPLE:
- Funks voted in the order of: 1. Bob 2. John 3. Bill 4. Dan 5. Sam 6. Billybob and Swimmer voted in the order of: 1. John 2. Bob 3. Dan 4. Bill 5. Billybob 6. Sam.
- This means that the points would be 1=. Bob/John (5.5) 3=. Bill/Dan (3.5) 5=. Sam/Billybob (1.5)
- The 2ics, 3ics and remaining Generals will vote without commenting on the post (PCing Funks) and this will contribute to 33% of the votes. This will not work in the same system as the Leaders and all the votes will be put in order. Then once they are in order of votes, then the same points system will be adopted with the most getting 6 and least getting 1.
- The rest of the mods and members will vote by commenting and the same system as the owners/generals will be used.

Capncook: Capn was a very good 2ic/1.5ic previously in the ACP, but I think he lost a lot of trust due to the ‘power surge’. I doubt all of that trust can be regained, but he is doing a good job at trying to earn it back by his experience and leadership skills.
Djgtjvgyhxgy: Dj evidently has a good advantage due to former experience in the ACP, having served under Oagal during the Golden Ages. I believe he has a true passion for this army, but I also believe he hasn’t been a General for as long as some others (but I can’t talk, I went from Mtr Gen to Div Gen to Com Gen in 2 weeks). But, due to Dj’s former experience and enthusiasm for battles and his pro-CP personality, I believe he’s a great candidate.
Noseycjr: I don’t know that much about Nosey, but I do know that like Dj, he is enthusiastic about getting on CP and will do so without hesitating. I’m going on purely what Funks has written about him, and being a good poster would also be an essential quality of a 3ic. I believe Nosey has a fair chance, but not as strong as Dj/Capn.
Obama81000: Obama is a good, loyal troop, with a fair amount of experience (length-wise and owner-wise), but due to his demotion a while back, even though he’s stepped up in activity, I don’t think he’d be ready for a second chance at 3ic right now.
Superoo13; Soup is yet again another loyal troop who will log on to CP upon request, but I believe his ACPTR duties are holding him back. Also, due to his recent inactivity in the ACPTR, I guess he has to finish some stuff up there, thus he should do that before campaigning for 3ic. But, he has been waiting for a while, and I do think that if all else fails, Soup would be a decent choice.
Ziro7: I don’t know much about Ziro either, but I know that in the past 8 months or so, he has come and gone within the higher ranks of the ACP. Due to such unloyal behaviour, I don’t think Ziro would be the greatest of candidates. But his current activity and former experience in top 10 armies could be a good asset.
So, after such a long comment, my vote lies with Djgtjvgyhxgy.

This enthusiasm for our new 3IC is tremendous! ACP, this is your army and being involved in important decisions is important. I’m so glad that you have taken the opportunity to sound off on who should be my replacement.
I see amazing, unbelievable greatness and vision in Dj, as I’ve stated in my retirement post. I know he can fill my shoes and take ACP into the future with power and drive.

For someone who usually provides a lot of proof, I’m dissapointed you haven’t Boomer and these allegations seemed bias and in no way trustworthy.
He wasn’t removed for “allegations”, he was removed because the owners I spoke to (including Funks) and various other prominent members of the community thought the fact that he was in the running at all was a very bad idea.
then what was this bs about him doxing and threatening? If there are no allegations (as allegations = you accusing them of something, and you are surely accusing Ziro of doxing/threatning) then nothing is wrong, except you talking to people to get him out of the running for no reason, and if the owners thought it was a bad reason for him to run because he “Doxes and threatens” then that means he was removed for allegations made at him, which have no proof except for your “golden” word. Right?
I’ve got to admit, Boomer is normally right on this kind of thing.
Evidence however would be nice. If there’s even just a jot, then I side with Boomer entirely, and I’d like to see some just to be sure.
