Army of Club Penguin

No matter what the Pirates say, telling us that we’re weak and backing out of it, you have to think. They agreed to the treaty.

Reason #1: The Simple Treaty

Due to that Treaty, the Pirates could not invade the Army of Club Penguin (and vice versa) until May 22, 2013. Therefore, since we have not yet reached that date, the invasions are invalid.

Reason #2: The Black Legion are the Pirates

Subsection 1

I know I have no proof of this, but I know that many of us can recall Waterkid saying this “The Black Alliance is basically are Pirates,” or something along those lines. Therefore, since the Black Legion is a representation of the Black Alliance, which is the Pirates, the Black Legion is the Pirates.

Subsection 2

If you don’t believe Subsection 1, this is more proof. This is a picture copied off from the Pirates website. The xat picture/treaty clearly states the Black Legion receive the servers, not the Pirates. However, Waterkid, who posted this, must clearly believe that the Pirates basically are the Black Legion, as he stated that the Pirates, NOT SWAT, NOT DW, NOT LT, NOT ANYONE ELSE IN THE BA/BL now own those four servers.

If the BL/Pirates break this treaty, the Army of CP earn Mammoth, Snow Fort, Walrus, and Fog back.

Reason #3: The Colonies are Part of the ACP

Subsection 1 

As stated by the Colonies of the ACP…

 We share our servers so it makes sense you also share your servers with the ACP!

and this…

You are part of the ACP Empire. (We are the 2nd largest army)

Now, since we share servers and they’re part of our empire, invading us would be illegal according to those treaties stated in Reason 1 and 2. Now, here is what the Pirates posted for their colonies…

Your servers are part of the Pirate Empire

Therefore, if we were to invade them, they would OBVIOUSLY use the excuse that we’re invading Pirate territory. Well we say the same thing.

Subsection 2

To back up the last part, the Pirates stated this:

We’re at war with the Army of Club Penguin, however I noticed they have a slight advantage due to their colonies and USA force. Therefore the Pirates are making up our own colony service to rival ACP’s and make this war a quick victory, just like last time.

Therefore, it is inferred and can be interpreted that the Pirates’ colonies will be organized almost exactly like the ACP’s colonies, as to equal-ize the competition. Therefore, the Pirates will use the same excuse if we were to invade them.
