Hai ACP,
We were going to wait until the end of the war to open to elections, but I have decided that this war probably wont end soon and we will be looking for the next Commander General (3ic). The candidates for the spot are; Superoo, Tori, Snaily and Purple Slime. All four would make good 3ic’s, but obviously we only have one position. There are three voting sections in voting for a new 3ic; Leaders, Owners and Soldiers. The Leaders section includes Boomer. As you can guess, this is the part when you can vote for the new 3ic.
Overall, after the soldiers voting has closed, we will have a points system that will be added together from each section. If you finish first in one section you get four points and last will get one point. Then the points will be totaled into one big score. The leaders and owners have already voted and I can tell you that one person is leading by only one point. If you are a troop of the ACP you can vote using the following form:

*The answer to the third question may or may not be my actual vote and is only an example of how to answer.
We will also be letting retired soldiers vote, which may be the first time we’ve allowed this as a separate vote. Although they are voting in a separate form, the tally will still go towards the “soldier” section. All retired votes count as a half vote. If you are retired and have an active interest in the ACP, please answer the following form:

Not all retired soldiers will be accepted as a half vote as they must have an active knowledge of the ACP and know what each candidate is like. We will also not accept retired soldiers who joined enemy armies. The likes of Flipper and Twingy would be allowed to vote whereas Max43810 and Jake/Floppy would not be allowed to vote. Myself or ant edit your comment saying if its invalid or valid.

I can’t vote, but in all honesty I think it would be mad (no offense to Tori or Snaily) to hire a new USA 3ic due to the relative size of the 2 divisions. The UK is much bigger, so it would make more sense to have another 3ic from there :p

Our American Force needs so much work so I say it makes more since to have an American 3ic.
Guess that’s another way of looking at it
The American troops, although small, need representation in Commander General ranks. This individual would have to be recruiting a lot and encouraging others to do so to rebuild those forces. UK troops could help, but the time differences would be hard for youthem to recruit during US hours when kids are home from school. So I think we need a US 3IC here. I am, however, lucky enough and very flexible and participate in both UK and US times.
Superoo: Constantly moans how he would be a better 3ic than some of the current ones, not deserving.
Purple Slime: Cool person, but honestly not ready – Also she’s UK and no offence it’s 3-3 on owners (EU VS USA) and USA seems to need the most work.
Snaily: Again, great, inspirational, USA which helps her in my eyes, apparently a good leader when she doesn’t lag out, and the fact that she shares a computer with others doesn’t help and that she wouldn’t be able to make 66% of battles. She is a great motivational speaker and maybe ACP needs that although I’ve never been a fan of speeches, etc.
Tori: With Tori she’s fun and friends with everyone, but you can question her commitment to ACP on the battlefield or whether she only comes on to the chat to talk with friends. Been in ACP longer than Snaily but not worked as hard and has taken the slow, relaxed route, and apparently not as talented as Snaily when it comes to leading, but would be more active and be able to come to events more without the threat of others needing the computer.
Ultimately I have to go with Snaily. So, for Funk’s comfort:

Flipper thanks for your vote. I just wanted to say that the 66% you mentioned is only during Nacho-ACP war times. Other times I share with my brother so it’s a 50/50 split and if there are 2 events in one day, I get one, he gets the other.

I have to admit, it was hard to pick whoever. The current observation that I’ve made is true towards in my point of view, but may not in others. This is how I classified and decided who I wanted to choose.
Superoo: He may be famous through news sites, like Chrisdog and CPAC/SMAC. I think he could be a great leader at some points and sometimes not. He lives in Nigeria, so I am classifying him as in the UK division. He is ACPTR co-leader.
Purple Slime: I think she is a great leader. She started CP armies at such a young age, and she is still young! She is 10 years old, and she still is the leader of ACPTR, and a Division General. She is good at motivating people. She lives in the United Kingdom, so that classifies her as in the UK Division.
Snaily: I desire Snaily a lot. She is still VERY active in the army, even though her brother, Mr. Waffle (ACP General), and her sister, Yoan (Nachos 3ic), are both in CP armies. She is positive and is good at Recruiting, and she owns the ACP blog, Positively ACP. I classified her in the US division because she lives in the USA.
Tori: She is a very social, loving, ACP soldier. She talks to ACP soldiers in nice manners (unlike some people). You can always see her on ACP chat talking with her friends. She is classified in the US division due to living in the USA.

I’d like to apologize, again.. Yes, again. I’m sorry if I seem inactive or something like that. I just have some personal situations at the moment, and I’m just a bit busy, as well.
Anywho, I’m not going to sit here and give you all empty promises of what I can/will do. Because in all honesty, I don’t know what my future looks like, at the moment. Sure, I may not seem to be in the best state right now; I get it.
And Flipper, I’m just saying but, I don’t remember being in ACP for 5-6 months is a long time. Well, when I rejoined that is. Unless you’re counting the 2 years I was retired for, but okay. That works too, I suppose.
