Hello ACP,

Today I’m going to talk about the basics about ACP, for the newer soldiers in ACP. Obviously if you’re new you must probably have some questions about how a club penguin army works, and hopefully I can help you out there.

Battles

Battles are a big part of an army. Battles can come in the form of, invasions, defenses, a friendly practice battle and once and a while, we have tournament battles. You’ll find scheduled battles posted right here on the home page. You should be on our chat Here, during battles, so you can listen to the orders being given by the leader(s), then carry them out on Cp. You should also be wearing our uniform, which is mentioned below in detail. We fight with emotes and phrases, that we call tactics. Whoever has the best tactics, sizes, and defeats the army in battle wins.

I mentioned chat above before, but we really didn’t get to talk about it very much. Our chat is a place where you can interact with soldiers. Talk, ask questions, and maybe make some friends within ACP. But to keep our chat safe we keep it moderated, so yes, there are rules that can be viewed here, please follow them at all times on chat and when commenting on the ACP site.

Our Uniform

Our uniform is something else I mentioned before too. Our uniform helps keep us organized during battles. You are required to wear it during any ACP battles and events we may have. We have a nonmember and member uniform, but we know not everyone can have all the items to the uniform, so try to match items as well as you can.

Ranks

If you joined ACP, you have a rank. You can view all the ranks here. Ranks determine who the leaders are, the moderators are, and the members are. You get a rank when you first join and you get a promotion at the end of each month if you’re active by attending battles and such. Our owner ranks are some of the most respected and experienced soldiers in the army and the mods as well. Our leaders Kenneth and Flipper will usually be the ones leading battles on ACP chat.

Hey guys, Its your favorite (Well it better be) 3ic Stew20! This week in Famous ACP Troops (or FAT, Teehee) We have the former leader/celebrity of ACP, Boomer 20! So lets see how the interview went!

Me: Hi Boomer 😀

Boomer: Hi 😀

Me: Alright, my first question is, how was ACP like when you first joined?

Boomer:  It was very different, I joined under Oagal’s leadership via email, he was rarely on chat, and nearly everyone was a guest. Things were very informal, and the army’s activity was generated by the soldiers just always being on CP without much instruction.

Me:  Alright, my next question is How was being an Owner?

Boomer:  It was pretty cool, I first became owner during a controversial period in ACP when a lot of people revolted against Oagal. I was Ownered as part of potential elite group of soldiers that didn’t last, but got Owner back as a Co-Leader under Shab. It makes you feel important.

Me:  My next question is, Has ACP improved since you were leader?

Boomer: I would have to say an no unfortunately, I think ACP has gradually declined since I retired. At the peak of both my terms as leader, we used to get 80+ at nearly every major battle and even broke 100 a number of times. I think on a good day we get around 40 now with a max of 50.

Me: Ok my next question is, were battles your favorite activity?

Boomer:  I would definitely say so, I enjoyed practice sessions with ACP and practice battles with other armies equally, ACP was big enough then to split in half an fight itself to build tactics and grow in size.

Me:  My final question is, Do you have any advice for new ACP troops?

Boomer: Just stay dedicated, work hard, and enjoy it. ACP was an army built on the loyalty and dedication of its troops. You make ACP everything it was, is, and always will be.

Note- I stickied this post to remind everyone that the all day recruiting is tomorrow, and the classic recruiting session will be held on Sunday as plan. Hope to see everyone there at some point during the events!

Hello, my virtual friends, acquantinces, enemies- whoever is reading this post.

As the name suggests, ACP is going to be holding a recruiting week. That’s right, we’re devoting nearly an entire week to recruiting

 Throughout recruitment weekend we will be on and off Club Penguin recruiting, but we have two big events coming up that will be the highlights of the week. One will be composed of a new, experimental way of recruiting that I’ve invented on November 26, and on November 27, there will be a classic recruiting session. Anyway, for the specifics:

November 26: All Day Recruiting!

Yes, we’re holding an all day recruiting session on Club Penguin on Saturday, November 26. No, you do not have to be on chat and Club Penguin all day, but whenever you are on chat, I’m expecting you to be on Club Penguin with the rest of the army, recruiting on heavily populated servers. The way we’re going to be going about this recruiting session is new, though. Ever noticed that when we recruit, we fill up the entire room, and there are only about one to three non ACP soldiers in the room that we could possibly recruit? This time, we’re going to be recruiting in smaller groups of soldiers, staying in crowded rooms and recruiting in smaller groups, hopefully getting more people to our site because of it. I’m sure we’ll also be doing some goofy and fun stuff on Club Penguin throughout the day to keep everything relaxed and fun. If you have any questions about how we’re going to be running it, you can ask me if you see me on chat.

Note: I realize that we will be fighting SWAT at some point during this day. We will still hold the all day recruiting, but will be stopping it to fight SWAT, however long that may take. We will be continuing with the recruiting afterwards.

 November 27: Classic Recruiting Session

This is just going to be an average recruiting session, and after Recruitment Week is over, we’re going to assess our performance and see which way of recruiting was more effective. Maybe we’ll even be holding more of these in the future. I hope to see you all there, so get recruiting.

I guess as all you ACP soldiers said, the SWAT will be getting another lesson from the ACP 😀
I believe our battle on Mammoth on the coming Saturday will be rather fun and amusing! Lets see how well the SWAT can try at invading our historic server.

In SWAT's Case I Totally Agree 😆

Lately we seem to be doing well at all things except tactics. Although we weren’t terrible we can do immensely better.  So here are some tips for everyone so they can better listen to tactics and execute tactics.

1. Look for who is leading. It is usually Ken and Flip and mostly are the only owners with namecolor so look for them!

2. Focus on what is happening on chat. Which means don’ try to multitask too much between ACP chat/Club penguin and something else on your computer.

3. If it is a typing command, type it in as soon as ordered! Don’t wait for the countdown to do it!

4. Repeat the orders so others will hear it!

If We Can Follow All Those Tips We Are Good To Go!

The Christmas Tournament

I made a comment on the CPAC site indicating we officially will be joining the tournament wooo. Now on to the serious business. 😆 We will be facing the Elites of Club Penguin in case you guys don’t know what ECP stood for. Remember the Elites were an army that was big enough to be 2nd place in the Top 10. I am just wildly guessing but I believe if we the ACP work hard together as a team we can be in the finals along with the other armies I also guess will be in the finals such as, The Dark Warriors and the Ice Warriors.

Lets work hard this month so we can win the tournament next month!

ARMIES: ACP Vs SWAT

Hey ACP!

Today I was told by various soldiers that those pesky SWAT have scheduled another invasion of Mammoth, they just can’t keep off our server can they? They have invaded at fairly unusual times, and it will be down to mainly the Euro forces to defend this one.

SWAT recently fell out of the top 10 and are looking for revenge. I think this will be an easy battle, and we can quickly refocus on our plans for the weekend, I’ll give you a bit of a hint.. Can you figure it out?

Also, I’m sure you remember Ken said I would post the pictures that I got from the battle of the dojo, which soon turned into a Server Showdown, and here they are! Our tactics were a bit off most of the time, but here we go:

I count around 50-55 in this picture.

Over to the Forts where we got into an epic circle and got mad.

 These are the only two I thought I should show, as Ken pretty much covered the rest. Our size was great yesterday and it shows what we can do when we work hard enough to achieve it, we just need to improve on our tactics a bit! Also, coming to an ACP near you:

Hai ACP,

We actually weren’t but we did the opposite of that and occupied the Dojo with the Ice Warriors and the Nachos. We did that for quite sometime before the Nachos and IW left to go kill ermm I mean practice battle each other in the Town and Forts. We did some tactics at the Dojo for a while before going to the Forts to do some more and raiding the Nachos and IW practice battle that was going on at the Dock.

We did really well and averaged 45 while maxing 55 troops online. But we could really improve on our tactics. We preformed the correct tactics as Ken and Flip ordered but we could do much better at response time and attention so that we can look better tactics wise. The IW also did really well in terms of size. I got a few pictures and I hope Flip has some pictures of our 55 😀

It was pretty wild in this room. A lot of people were locked out and you can see ACP, Nachos, and IW battling each other all at once.

Good job today ACP! Although we might have not been the best, but nevertheless we still battled to an acceptable standard for our position!
