Well ACP, It’s been a great adventure to battle with you since I officially joined in May 2009, Time flies as they say, but I will never regret the day I left a comment answering the Join Questions and got my first rank in this army, through the months I made lots of friends that probably won’t read this or that are reading this post as I’m typing.
I am Retiring today, after 15 Months of being in ACP and 4 wonderful months being General of the Army. There are many words to describe the Army of Club Penguin, many words that probably wouldn’t fit in a Retirement Post, so I will write down how much I love this Army, It’s Soldiers & Friends.
I am not retiring for “Getting too old” or for “Getting Bored” or for “Losing Interest”, I am retiring because I do not want ACP to have a Leader that doesn’t have much time to be on the Computer on school times, that will hurt any army even with a huge amount of people on Owner ranks, an Army will always need somebody with the Highest rank, somebody to take the decisions. This is not an easy work, but I have enjoyed the time I was able to spend on it.
I have met many people during my career that I don’t want to forget, but unfortunately for everyone life goes on and it has to end aswell one day. Who can say what destiny is making up for us? You may not believe in destiny, or maybe you do, but when you really want something you have to go for it. If you want to be ACP Leader join and become an excellent soldier, If you want to get a girlfriend go talk to her, If you want to be President of McDonald’s go work on it.
ACP has given me many laughs, desperation and sometimes tears and It’s something I don’t want to forget. I will still be on Chat and you might see me around here for a couple of months offering help if it’s needed or just to keep talking with some friends. Retiring is not easy but it will arrive sooner or later for everybody. I tried not to choose Sooner and I knew I couldn’t lead forever as summer had to end someday, and it did.
Some people I would like to thank or give a final good bye in my retirement are next, not in any order, just as I type and Remember more friends to thank.
Peguin21975: I know we can go for more than 1 year of friends and even more, It’s been great talking to you for all this months even when I felt sad or you wanted to talk to me. Friday Fun is something I won’t forget. Remember I will be your Non-Xat BFF, Peg cams will never get old, and there are still pics that we can show 😉
Sonic the 1: I wonder where you are right now, you were one of my very first friends on ACP. Those evenings playing Truth or Dare at chat when there was nothing to do, or the day “The Chosen One” got modded for being Major General. Go out break the most girlfriends record 😆
Thomas0270: Another of my very first friends on ACP and of course my favorite Echo Division General. Those days in Echo were one of the best ways to spent the summer in 2009. I would never get tired of making headers or banners for my Division. I wish you could come on chat more often to talk
Boomer 20: I wouldn’t be typing this right now if it wasn’t for you. I wish I could have been on for a few weeks before your first retirement to get to talk better, but then came the coup and another excellent 3 months of Leading ACP. I am starting to believe you were really given “Skillz” to comment 1st on a post or to know Spain would win the World Cup, but I most certainly know that you are an amazing Person with an amazing future.
Shaboomboom: Mr. Bear is everywhere and could even get you! But somehow that never happened 😆 Thanks for everything Shab, thanks for giving me command of SSACP when you retired and Thanks for giving me the chance of being 2ic and later Leader of ACP. No matter how many people might not like you, you will always have friends around.
Oagalthorp: I would go back in time to 2006 – 2007 to attend more battles that I once followed ACP to battle UMA or CPA. I should have joined before and I could have met the great leader you once were as the archives can prove it. I have really much things to say, but I will say them on 2 words. Thank You. Thank you for creating the Army of Club Penguin.
Dryvit: Dry, the person that gave me my first Promotion. I felt so happy the day I got my promotion I started to sing “I’m a Colonel, oh Yeah!” . You are a very clever person and a great friend to talk to. Thanks for being the first ACP Leader to add me as a soldier, It gave me a huge push to go forward in the ACP. Clovers Forever!
Saint1119: You are one really funny person to talk to even if it’s 24th December at 12:00 AM on chat. You should come to chat more often. Some people would love to say Hi!
Seanehawk/Meat: I gotta say I never liked noob hour, but game hour was cool! You were an amazing 2ic for sure, but something happened that changed you as General of the Army…
Iasgae 56: I am able to spell and tell your name right. You made me laugh several times on chat and PC that I probably lost count. Keep it up with CPAC and I’m sure you will be leading this wonderful army again in the future, so go for it! Be so good at everything 😆

Stev712: Before you say it, I never asked for any pics, I probably accidently mentioned them on a private chat and you linked them by accident. 😆 You were a great 3ic, you were always improving ACP’s tactics with many different Drills that I always liked to attend. Good luck in life.

I may be retiring today, but I’m not leaving this wonderful army leaderless, the new Leaders will be soon announced and this will mean a whole new era coming, If everyone gives their best, And I know everyone in this army is able to we will continue marching through the Mountains of Snow Fort, or the calm Forest of Breeze or anywhere in DRACP.
The First month I became Leader I knew it would be hard as most of the Leader Ranks were inactive and we had lost a Practice Battle with Nachos that took us down to #3 Army. It was thought that ACP was about to be defeated and Shab had left. I took Leadership of ACP that same day and I first thought of working on the site, without an organized site we can’t have an organized Army or soldiers would get lost, I worked on getting the 3rd in Commands active and got some new ones aswell.
That same weekend Nachos thought once again they could set ACP to it’s dark by Invading Mammoth with the help of Ice Warriors. I knew it would be a hard battle and that we had to give our best during that war to raise back up to #1. That same Saturday we defeated both Nachos and Ice Warriors on what I could say was one of my favorite battles. We had an ammount of 70 soldiers which impressed me, and everyone could listen to every order and make a perfect circle arround the Snow Forts. ACP was back to the top, but the war wasn’t over and there was more to do.
I will try to be around here to chat or give a hand if needed, but the biggest help you can do to me once I retire, is to stay loyal and march with pleasure for the Army of Club Penguin under the command of the next General of the Army. ACP will not, and will never face it’s destruction, and the only way to do that is by Defending Freedom and Preserving Justice as we have done since 2006.
One of my favorite quotes is the following, once said by Walt Disney:
“All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.”
When I joined ACP I had a dream, I went for it no matter how long it could take me and I finnaly had the opportunity to lead in May 13th, Aproximately 4 months ago. 4 unforgetable months full of memmories that I would like to keep in my heart as the dedicated Soldier and Leader I once dreamt of and came true. I accomplished my quest, and It’s now time to pass it over to the next Leaders.
I thought of leaving a story about how I joined ACP and Club Penguin, but decided to change to some interesting facts about me you might want to know:
- I started playing CP when I was Ten, that is why I am Matre10
- I first followed Nachos on 2007, till I met up with ACP and attended some random battles at the Dojo on Mammoth
- The Simpsons was, is and will be my favorite TV Show
- I created my first Cheats Site which achieved around 10,000 hits on 2008, my posts weren’t good and I improved by blogging on over 5 Sites such as CP Helper 1, CP Mythbusters, Theincredible 3 (or something like that) and then ended up with Simmer on Club Penguin Cheats world
- I used to hang out on Chewit’s Bribble and Watex’s bribble (Became a Mod there)
- I own a secondary Penguin named Bad Profesor, which comes from “The Simpsons” episode where Bart gets a PE teacher that keeps playing dodgeball with kids and think it’s fun to
- I never liked Dragon Ball Z 😆
- My favorite Soccer player is Diego Maradona

When I retire, I will write a post as long as this one, and you Matre, Boom and Ogalthrorp will be at the very very top. And shall ACP fail, and be demolished, I will work through the night and weekend to recover and rebuild the ACP upon my arms. I will never for get you Matre. I hope you return. Im not an ACP soldier im in nachoz. But after months of hearing Matre is leader when someone tried to pretend to be acp Leader and the one time ACP cried “For Matre!” in battle I wont get used to the new leader.
