Note: Yes, we did bring GT, but we sent them back soon after as we decided we wanted to play fair, even if Ice Warriors and Nachos wont.

Well can I just start of by saying,

What a joke.

Where can I start..

Nachos broke the rules that they made, and brought IW. We were at a complete loss, but we didn’t realise this until a good 30 minutes into the battle. Yet, we still arguably were winning for the majority of the battle. We decided (being compassionate, and seeking a proper battle) to stop following BA and let them regroup their whole size. Unbeknownst to us, they had IW, so we didn’t think there would be such an increase in their size. Nacho’s claim that they legitimately did this by at the last minute adding IW to the list of attendees. There are several things wrong with this:

1. IW didn’t post it on their site, which they must do in order to attend.
2. It made the lineup: Nachos, IW, NW and Cookies Vs ACP, WW and UMA. Hardly an even battle. Two of the three largest armies together 🙄
3. Nacho’s only said “maybe” beside IW’s name on their site, although this isn’t explicitly against the rules, its pretty deplorable and unsportsmanlike.
4. Even though you did add it to your site, (even though initially it wasn’t there as you can see on my war post, because I copied it straight from the Nacho site) you didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us, which again is not against the rules, but evidence of your blatant scam at trying to defeat ACP. What is against the rules about this is explained below.

So basically, it was 4 against 3, but UMA only get a few people, and WW got 0 at a previous battle, so I think this was a blatant attempt for Nacho’s to try prove themselves superior and make them think they are the hard men of Club Penguin Armies. Well guess what, it failed, because not only did you break the rules whilst doing it, you were defeated for the majority of the battle up to where RA realised you had IW, and we had a great confusion and I was locked out of the battle room and I was also convinced it was over as BA were disqualified for bringing IW.

In addition, Nachos think they are superior? (Also notice the fact that there are IW  leaders there)

Well acutally, there was a CP Army Council created by Boomer that made rules for armies which included a bill called the “Small Army Bill”. In this bill there was a section devoted to the 24 hour rule and how exactly armies are to be notified of invasions or battles. Clause 4 of the aforementioned bill says the following:

Clause 4

Legitimate invasions shall be defined as: an invasion of an occupied server, provided that the invading army already has servers of their own (see Clause 1), and the information about the invasion is posted publicly on the army or militant group’s blog 24 hours prior to the invasion; or an invasion of an unoccupied server, provided that the information about the invasion is posted publicly on the army of militant group’s blog 24 hours prior to the invasion.

Note the “and the information about the invasion is posted publicly on the army or militant group’s blog 24 hours prior to the invasion;” section of this. Whilst I concede this was not an invasion per se, the principle still stands, and due to the fact IW did not post about it on their blog 24 hours prior (or in this case, at all) they cannot  legitimately take part. Simply posting a whimsy notice on the Nacho site is not enough.

In spite of all of this, of course Nachos have claimed that they were superior (even though they only really got a foothold when we were convinced it ended) so we will have to prove them wrong.

Another problem was, RA and BA were both too big to fit in one room. This meant that whenever one attempted to fight the other, the room would fill up almost immediately thus ending the encounter. I fell this was another contributor to making this war a slight farce.

We start early in the Plaza:

A line across with hearts. A massive size right now.

We then move to the Snow Forts:

A massive line with war faces.

We decide to test out a split, and people who’s names start with a letter between A and M went to the Town, people with names starting between N and Z went to the Plaza.

The plaza somewhat smaller, but still a good number.

We then charge back to the Ice Rink:

We make a good circle with hearts.

We then get word that BA are at the Dock, so we make our way there.

Unfortunately (for me) I was locked out, so I couldn’t get any pictures here, but after about 10 minutes there, BA retreat, so we follow them to the Beach:

We immediately get in on the BA crushing them with our war faces.

Here is the crucial part, I was requested by BA leader Gamer to lay off with our fast charging and let them regroup together. I agreed on the basis it would make the battle fairer. I didn’t know at this point that IW was with them, and didn’t expect them to grow by the so greatly as they did.

We were stuck waiting at the Beach for a while.

We were waiting so we made a line around the water.

We decide we are tired waiting so we charge the Ski Village, but unfortunately only around half get in.

We charge BA with war faces.

BA retreats from the Ski Village, so we claim it

RA takes Ski Village!

We attempt to follow BA to the Iceberg, but some noobs followed them anyway, and it was full instantly, so we made our way to the Cove, where there was no BA resistance.

We get wind that BA are at the Snow Forts, so we make our way there:

We heart charge the defenceless BA.

We make a line across the Snow Forts, and hold firm despite BA's best efforts.

BA retreats to the Mountain, where we send only ACP to follow, but even then only half get in.

Only half of ACP that was sent to the Mountain where there is still a sizeable RA presence.

We decide to move back to the Snow Forts, where the confusion begins. We are convinced that IW coming has resulted in the disqualification of Nachos (BA) and the end of the battle. BA seems to think otherwise, and the battle half continues whilst the leaders talk. By the “end” (according to BA) there was a massive degree of confusion, and nobody (BA or RA) was sure what exactly happened, so Gamer and I agreed to call it.

The war on a whole:

Do remember though, that this was only one battle of the war, which Nachos have said will be ending with this battle, so let’s review the war on a whole aswell.

War was first declared by Nachos on March 28th by Nacho Leader Ads354.

Invasion of Grizzly:

Wednesday 31st March

Details: Cookies invaded our server Grizzly, and whilst we wanted to take them on one on one, they insisted on bringing the whole of BA, so we brought the whole of RA 😀

Result: Convincing RA victory.

Invasion of Snow Bank:

Friday 2nd April

Details: We decided to take the lead and invade a Nacho Server, and we decided on Snow Bank. It was successfully taken with absolutely no Nacho Resistance.

Result: Overwhelming ACP victory

Defence of Snow Fort:

Wednesday 7th April

Details: Stiffer Nacho resistance, but still a very surprising lack of Nacho infantry, at times outnumbering them 40 to 5 and it was simple server defence. Although, due to talk ACP had joke bombed (which was against the rules) it was not fully decided. Although, ACP would later invade again to make sure (See below)

Result: Certain ACP victory, but debate due to Joke bombing incident.

Defence of Snow Fort 2:

Sunday April 9th

Details: No Nachos present, and invasion ended quickly due to the fact Nacho Leader Billy Admitted defeat.

Result: ACP victory which was confirmed by Nacho leader Billy Mays.

Invasion of Tundra:

Sunday 11th April

Details: ACP had agreed to invade Tundra back with WW, and as it turned out, had to take on the entire BA contingent which included two of the three largest armies. In spite of this, we successfully invaded, and this was confirmed by IW 3iC Gill (See the post by clicking the name of this invasion) although Nacho leader Billy Mays initially denied it, there was no Nacho response after that.

Result: ACP victory.

Practice Battle with Nachos

Friday 16th April

Details: We had a scheduled practice battle with Nachos, in which we were victorious, as was confirmed by the step in Nacho Leaders (The regular leaders weren’t on at the time of the battle)

Result: ACP Victory (Confirmed by Nacho leaders)

Practice Battle with BA (This post)

Saturday 17th April

Details: We had a practice battle with RA and it there was initial ACP dominance, but confusion over IW entering illegally or BA disqualification plunged the battle into disarray.

Result: Not really relevant but either Draw or RA victory.

As you can see from this, the victor of today’s practice battle is actually irrelevant, as ACP was victorious in virtually every other encounter, so if Nachos/RA really would like to claim victory for this one they can, but remember, you may have won the battle but ACP has won the war. 😉 Even if Nachos did win Snow Fort #1 and Grizzly due to ACP joke bombing, as well as today’s battle, they would still have only won 3 and we would have won 4, therefore making us the victors of the war.
