I was looking thru my photobucket today when I stumbled upon something from the day I joined acp. It was a picture of Boomer and I. This picture was in the old dojo. It was of soldiers having fun :O. FUN you say? “Impossible. We can’t have fun without a practice war.” What we said in the picture is of no importance. Its what we were doing.
We were attacking the nachos simply because…they weren’t green and they were the only other army there. Mammoth used to be the main headquarters. We took that away because “It was noob infested” Guess what. It was always noob infested. Thats how we got recruits, had big fights, and had fun. Everyone would go there and be at the dojo. There was almost always a fight!!! Now its all about the chats.
True Mammoth is usually full but think about this. It used to be first on the page of servers. FIRST!! I remember convos between Boomer and I in those days. We would get home and go right on the comp because that was the only way we could get onto mammoth before it was full, us two being non-members.
I’m not gonna restate all this “back to the old days” crap. But I think that we should actually be able to answer a soldier who comes on chat and asks “what server is everyone on” instead of yelling at him or her for being a noob. This responsibility starts at the leaders level but also for all the high ranks and mods. Don’t force soldiers to go on but tell them what you are doing and how much fun it is.

I remember those days. I joined Club Penguin somewhere in 2007. Before Disney bought Cp. I really think we need a new war server. Like Tylo said, we should have Outback as a war server. It’s not that crowded, acctually. But, we have to have permission from the Cp Army Council. We would have Outback AND Mammoth Neutral. No one can recruit, invade or claim those servers. I think that would be a great thing to happen to the Cp Army World. I also miss those times, now Disney put crap (card jitsu) into the dojo and now, Snowforts is now the #1 place to fight! It used to be the DOJO!!!!!!!! On chat, I heard ALOT of people playing Card-Jitsu, I was like,”Why are you playing the game that ruined the dojo?!” No one said a thing, even Fox was! They were asking people to challenge each other and other crap! I think your post is very good, Shab. Sorry for the long comment… lol

Good post,shab. When i was a noob,early in 2007,I was also a non member and I liked fighting in the Dojo. Althought I always was one of those who make up another color XD. I miss the old Dojo

Perfect post its simply brilliant. I think that chats are the worst thing to happen to CP warefare. In the Golden Era you would only go onto chats to find out where everyone was on CP, not to spend all your time there. Iwas the exact same as Boomer and Shab I used do my homework quickly and then rush onto mammoth before it became full. All you had to do to start a war was say ACP over here and a few n00bs would attack you. Remember theres nothing wrong with beong a n00b

Same, xD, but Oagal’s SORTA cool. I remember mah old days when I would log onto ACP chat at 8 am and go on CP and find some random wars with Batin, who I thought was a TOTAL n00b, but he’s actually cool 8)

I agree. One day we need to wipe out Mammoth from all rogue armies and just take it back. Back to the olden days. No government, no nothing. Just servers, fun, and fighting anyone that ain’t green. Biggest fight on CP I’ve been in is I think is in May. Either it was the invasion of breeze, or WW4. Constantly I saw ACP fighting the roof off against Nachoes. Even during the digging out the dojo project I’d see them fighting off nachoes. Good times, good times.
Maybe we should put a noob as leader 😀 war everday! xD. But still. Good Point Shab (but i kinda already knew this

Actually Shab, I wasn’t complaining. I was simply stating what I saw 😕 I respect Oagal (to an extent) because I barely know him and have no right to make a judgement. So please get your facts straight…
To the post, I think that’s a good idea. But I do like chat very much and without it I think I’d be a puddle on the floor… but enough of my social life. Matt snapped out of reverie (Daydreaming, my word for when someone’s idle and just doing their own thing) and immediately insisted we go do some recruiting. Sure, I absolutely hated the way he said it, but when was the last time Matt said something I approved of? I helped him for awhile before I had to go, and we rounded up a pretty impressive amount of soldiers. I’m thinking daily recruiting… or maybe daily wars, with Sundays off? I love the idea of war every day, with the exception of the fact that I’d miss out on chat. And.. what Max said, joke or not, just gave me an idea. What if we had a noob advisor, maybe someone below the mod line, who suggested wars to the leaders? It seems the noobs are the people who have the least trouble blocking politics from their minds and just launching into war.

I’m serious. ALL LEADERS LISTEN. If all major armies have a competition for mammoth, we can bring back CP warfare !!! (P.S. If mamoth is full, if you log on and off, eventually you will get on mamoth. i tried it once when Gary was on a full server, (mammoth) and I got in and I met him.) And if it’s REALLY full, we can always fight on another server. Does it really matter what server we compete on ? Only the prize matters. And who wins it. ON WITH MY IDEA AND WAR
