The leaders of the ACP and ST have planned a Practice War between the ACP and the ST!  We could only choose one diviison due to size issues and randomly Delta was chosen.  At the time below, Delta will battle the ACP in this exciting practice war!

Part 2

Chapter 8

When Mr. Bear got to Nacho World he saw that many of the soldiers were dirty meat. He decided that he should look for another group of people to eat before coming back to Nacho World. Thats when he saw that there was someone spamming an advertisement for another army called Ice Warriors. He decided to go to Ice Warrior World to find out if they were any bigger. They weren’t but Mr. Bear had never tried these blue people before so he made up his mind that he would try one and see if they were any good.

Chapter 9

The blue people were okay….not as good as the green people….but not as bad as the soldier Commando had tasted. Mr. Bear had found some blue people worshiping this orange person named Mimo. He ate all of the blue people and decided that this orange person tasted so badly that he spit him out and then clawed him to pieces for tasting so bad. He then snuck into the Castle of Icey and found Icey unguarded. Easily Mr. Bear grabbed Icey and pushed him into an empty room. Then he forced Icey to schedule a big IW rally in front of the Castle of Icey. After Icey made the announcement Mr. Bear of course ate him because that is what Mr. Bear does. Then he strolled thru the castle to the courtyard to get more food.

Chapter 10

When Mr. Bear got to the courtyard he noticed that there were no guards. It was going to be a very easy meal for him. He started walking towards the gates to close them to trap all the blue people inside when out of nowhere comes another creature that attacks him and they both roll out of the courtyard and into the woods. It was Hattrick that had attacked Mr. Bear. Hatt had not been able to go to the big practice battle because he was taking a jog (Inside joke to Hatt). Mr. Bear thought that Hatt would be no match for him because claws beat fists anytime but thats when Hatt changed. Hatt transformed into a Wolf :O. Hatt then told Mr.Bear that he was hungry and he would like to join with Mr. Bear and help him get food. Mr. Bear thought about it and agreed since the fighting made him even hungrier and he was starting to get his claws dirty. Mr. Bear gave Hatt the name Mr. Wolf and they set off back to the Castle of Icey to go get some food.

Note: Chapter 11 and after instead of typing out Mr. Bear and Mr. Wolf, MB is Mr. Bear and MW is Mr. Wolf.

Chapter 11

When Mr. Bear and Mr. Wolf, now named MB and MW, got back to the castle they found out that the alarms had been rung. But when they stepped into the courtyard, they found no guards, no army. No one even had a weapon. The blue people were all smiling and cheering. MB and MW were confused until they saw a blue creature coming towards them. This creature was small, about the size of a mushroom, and he was blue all over. He was very friendly so MW and MB did not think that they had anything to worry about. This creature introduced himself as Mr. Smurf. He asked them to leave the blue people alone and when MB and MW refused, he started to grow. He grew to be 200x bigger than he originally was. This might seem like he grew very big, but he didn’t. 200x the size of a mushroom is about the size of a golden retriever at most. MB and MW started laughing at how puny their opponent was when Mr. Smurf got a huge mushroom and swung it at MB. MB was knocked down but MW clawed at the mushroom club and sliced it to pieces before Mr. Smurf could swing it again. The fight went on for a few minutes like this. MB or MW got knocked down, the one still standing knocked Mr. Smurf down. Both got up and it started again. Finally MB knocked Mr. Smurf down before he knocked MB down. While Mr. Smurf was down, MW grabbed his legs and started spinning him around. After getting some pretty decent speed MW let Mr. Smurf go. He flew and flew…..and then hit the side of a mountain. He bounced off the side of the moutain and fell until being impaled onto a rock. For the third time today MB walked towards the blue people ready to eat them.

Chapter 12

Mr. Bear and Mr. Wolf had a lovely picnic. There was no resistance, the cooks even got all the ingredients they requested. It seems that loosing their leader Icey and loosing their protector Mr. Smurf had made them lose all hope. MB and MW thought that it was a shame that there hadn’t been more fighting because the fight with Mr. Smurf was kind of a disappointment. After they were done eating all the people of Ice Warrior World, they headed towards Nacho World ready for more food.

Sorry if I’m “abusing my power”, but nobody really posts about these mass recruitment things anymore.  So if I don’t , nobody will…

Okay, here are the dates for the next two mass recruitments, which are the last two that have been scheduled (these are copied from the CP Army Council site):

6. ST – 8/1/09

7. BP – 8/5/09

Now, the ST’s is on the same day as our practice battle.  However, after checking the ST site, it appears that they’re at war with us or something…  Again, not my thing to deal with. 

Well, that’s all for now.  And by the way, if you don’t see chapter 11 of Packer’s story out soon, it’s because chapter 11 was deleted, and he would appreciate it if nobody asks him “Where’s the next chapter?” on chat.

ACP- PLEASE READ AND  COMMENT BELOW, THANK YOU.

Mr. Bear’s Story Part 2 is now out here. There is also a contest going on. The link is on top of the Part 2 post.

During the next 6-8 weeks, a new nations page will be written. A new government will emerge from this document. Here are the big major changes coming to ACP. Nearing the conclusion of my 6-8  month term as the leader of ACP, I will announce the election for the leader of ACP. A safe and legitimate election for the leader of ACP will occur.  At this time all soldiers ranked general and above will be eligible to run for the leadership spot if they so chose.  Only members of ACP may run and or vote for the position and cannot be a retired, fired or suspended member. Saint has agreed  to work on, and with  Boomers help we will forge a new way to insure a fair and safe electorial system for the elections. Once the new leader is elected, he or she will then select the new co-leaders for his or her  6-8 month term. Before the transfer of leadership, and after the election of the new leader, the current leader will over see the election of the new senate. We will be electing 8 members of the senate, plus a vice president. You may not run for both senate and vice president of the senate, so choose your battle wisely. There will not be 8 blocks of nominees, but 1 block of all nominees, with the top 8 winning  a seat in the senate. The Senate VP will also be decided in the same elections with the same rules. Once the new Senate has been elected, the new leader will then have the ability to select one ACP member to be seated in the senate. This will provide some relief from losing the ability to select the VP. As always the President of the senate shall be the leader unless he or she  designates another for the position. Once the old leaders term is complete, the new leader and senate will assume their positions and begin their 6-8  month term, (length decided by the leader),  untill the cycle begins anew. The Senate will be using the protocol to be laid out by Dr. Nono jr. The senate will decide all functions of the DRACP with the leader having final say unless vetoed by a 3/4 majority of the full senate. There will be no Senate decisions pertaining to the Army, I.E….War, Demotions, firings, suspensions or  promosions, to include promotions to moderaters on chat, or the addition of any leadership spots. There will be tight provisions for impeachment of the Leader, to be determined by the senate in coming meetings. As any past or present leader can attest to, many decisions are made on a split second, and the advantage of hindsight becomes inherently unfair. No leader shall be forced to govern under the stress of fearing a coup or impeachment. He or she must be allowed to lead with the betterment and saftey of ACP first and formost in his or her  decisions.  If at any time, a problem arises that has not been provided for in the new ACP government, the leader shall first endevour to resolve it to the majoritys satisfaction, failing that, the senate shall vote and will have the binding word, only after the leader has turned the matter over to the senate VP. This new government shall begin the transition upon Saints retirement, and be fully functioning upon Dryvits retirement in 6-8  months from that date, or earlier if decided upon by the leader/senate. The retiring leader may not run for re-election to the leadership spot of ACP, how ever if selected and chooses to do so, may serve as a co leader or be elected to the senate provided he or she has not retired. No leader shall be afforded a vote in the election to succeed him or her.

TyloV5 Edit: Well, we had GREAT numbers for such short notice (parshally because I was yelling what was going on on ACP chat, but hey, whatever works).  I’m glad we got to help out the Romans, and thank everyone who was there!

Hey, it’s TyloV5.  Well, I know it’s the leader’s job to post this stuff, but I guess they didn’t know about it.  So:

Also, to the ACP leaders, you guys (and me too) can only be there for thirty minutes, unless you decided that you don’t want to go the the meeting with the next gen leaders.

Chapter 1
One day a mysterious bear wandered into Acp chat and decided that he liked it there and he stayed there and made it his home. The first person he saw was a soldier named Dr Nono Jr. Mr. Bear was hungry so he ate Nono. A soldier named Fox saw Mr. Bear eat Nono and started yelling so Mr. Bear ate Fox too. Then he went to his guest owner cave and fell asleep.

Chapter 2

Mr. Bear heard a racket outside of his guest owner cave so he trotted out to see who woke him up. When he came out he found out that it was Commando making a big fuss over nothing. He was burning down the forest and blaming Meat for it. Mr. Bear pounced on Commando, clawed his eyes out, and then ate him. When Mr. Bear was done he noticed that Meat was yelling at another soldier. Since Mr. Bear wanted to go back to sleep he when and ate Meat. Because he ate Meat the soldiers putting out the fires started cheering so Mr. Bear ate them too. Then there was finally silence so he stumbled back to his guest owner cave and fell back asleep.

Chapter 3

By this time Acp Leader Saint had heard about Mr. Bear eating her co-leader. She decided to send Dryvit with a pact of peace so that no one else was eaten. One of Mr. Bear’s favorite things about the pact was that acp soldiers would deliver him food so he didn’t have to go out and hunt. When Dryvit first came to the cave he brought with him Draggy, the first person assigned to bring food. Draggy had gotten hungry on the way and had decided to eat all the food that she had been carrying. When Mr. Bear saw this he decided to eat Dryvit but Dryvit didn’t taste good so he ate Draggy too. Then he set off to go find the Acp leader himself to seal the pact.

Chapter 4

On the way he met several other Acp memebers and even some soldiers from other armies and because the walk made him hungry, he ate them all. These soldiers included Fiasco, Axe, Jediseth, Ankita, Wii Mountain, Spacey, Acp Luc, WW Luc, and Wurburt. At last he got to the great castle of the Acp Leader Saint. Guarding the doors was Ktman, Matt, and TB. Mr. Bear snuck up behind of TB and killed him easily. He was almost able to knock Matt out too when Ktman spotted Mr. Bear and yelled to Matt. Matt turned around and started to walk backwards trying to escape from Mr. Bear but tripped over a rock. Because the ground was hard Matt knocked himself out when his head hit it. That left Ktman and Mr. Bear. Ktman and Mr. Bear had an epic battle but then Mr. Bear threw up a bomb which Jediseth had been trying to use to blow a hole out of Mr. Bear’s stomach so he could escape. The bomb exploded knocking Ktman off his feet. Mr. Bear used that advantage to jump onto Ktman and kill him. After that was done Mr. Bear ate all 3 of the people and continued inside to find Saint.

Chapter 5

Mr. Bear saw Saint in the big room at the end of the hall and started to run towards her. He was almost there when he was attacked by a little creature. Mr. Bear rawred at the creature and was going to attack it when the creature held up both its hands to show peace. The creature introduced himself as Dobby aka Tylo and he said that he was Saint’s protector. Dobby then let Mr. Bear thru to talk to Saint. Saint had not heard that Dryvit or Draggy or Ktman had been eaten because Mr. Bear had eaten Rapidy and Stev, the two messengers. When Mr. Bear told Saint about all he had done Saint got angry and ripped up the pact. This made Mr. Bear very angry so he ate Saint. Dobby, being Saint’s protector, started to pull at his ears and beat himself as punishment before turning on Mr. Bear. Mr. Bear then threw up saint’s body onto of Dobby. Dobby, being so mad at himself for letting Saint be eaten threw himself out of the window where he was impaled on one of the fence posts. Mr. Bear was just leaving when he saw the calender hanging on the wall. He looked at it and saw that in just 5 mins there would be a entire acp practice battle. Thats when Mr. Bear got an idea.

Chapter 6

Mr. Bear saw that the practice battle was red vs blue. He decided that if he was gonna get a meal today that he had to create his own site, the green side. He quickly found a sad penguin wearing green in the Pizza Parlor. The penguin tried to tell Mr. Bear that he was sad that his pizza hadn’t come but Mr. Bear didn’t care. He just quickly knocked the penguin out and stole his clothes. Then he threw the penguin in that oven will all the cookies that no one ever eats. Just then Disney came in and like Disney does, tried to stop any fun for anyone but the members. They brought Hanna Montana who started singing “Why can’t we be friends.” Mr. Bear couldn’t stand the sound of her singing so he quickly put an end to her and the rest of the fun-sucking Disney team. All the penguin eating had the :O face on and were looking at Mr. Bear with terror so he quickly ate them to prevent a scene. After putting on the green clothes Mr. Bear went to the snow forts and started an epic battle.

Chapter 7

Once the soldiers realized that Mr. Bear from the green team was trying to eat the Acp soldiers and not just throw snowballs at them, they formed up together. Weapons of all sorts were used against Mr. Bear. Some penguins used hockey sticks, some used guitars, some used plastic pumkin baskets, and some even used their puffles. The fight was brutal, both sides lost many men….actually the loses were all on Acp’s side. Mr. Bear used his claws to quickly get the upper hand in the fight. Shields and facemasks and helms were no match for his razor sharp claws. Finally Mr. Bear was the only person standing in the snow forts. He had eaten all of Acp but he was still hungry. Now, with his stomach still not full he headed towards the 2nd largest army in CP, the nachos……

For the first time in a long time, I would like to announce a new Practice War!  The battle will be Echo vs. Delta vs. Alpha ina  server wide battle on Klondike.  Each division will start in a room (base).  When the battle begins the divisions will be able to move around the server and battle their fellow divisions.  Judges (all of the leaders who can make it) will be around the server giving points to teams who are using strategies and skills that count for points.  At the end of the battle (the battle will be a half hour long) whichever division with the most points wins.  For times and more info, read the next section of this post below.

NOTE: Each Division leader must give commands from their own division chat.  Also, the 1st and 2nd Generals will be leading this battle.

In the early days of CP warfare, the legend holds that ACP took possession of the server Ice Berg by less then honorable ways. Since that time, the original and guess you could say true owners have wanted it back. Do to our sheer size, they had no way to reclaim it the honorable way, the way we should have claimed it. Much later, we still have a great size advantage over the true owner. They approached us with a deal to trade 2 of their servers just to get Ice Berg back. I discussed this with Saint, our Leader, and we agreed they deserve to reclaim Ice Berg and not have to sacrifice  2 of their servers to do so. So ACP hereby rescinds all claims to the server Ice Berg, and returns it to it’s rightful owner. THE WATEX WARRIORS. I know WW will keep it safe and use it well. If ACP had any land grants out on Ice Berg, I am sure WW will honor those if you contact,  Green, Tone or Luc, the WW leaders.

Well, for all of you who don’t know me, my name is TyloV5, and I’m a master general in the ACP.   Now, the title of this post is self explainatory.  It’s my first post on the ACP site (my speech about retirement doesn’t count, because even though I wrote it, Shab posted it).  And I just want to say some stuff.

I’m a contributor on the site so I can post who the graduates for the ACPTR are every month.  This way it’s easier for the leaders to find-out who needs to get promos and to what rank due to their performance in the ACPTR.  That’s all for that…

Next, if you are in the Delta Division, check the site.  There are two important posts for you to read!

If you see someone called “Dobby” on chat, it is me.  And if you happen to be a certain “Mr. Smurf” (maxthepen), I will steal your socks.  Okay, enough of that…

Well, that’s all I can think of.  Oh, and read the posts below this one.  They’re all pretty important.
