I say we need a new chat system. This is just a suggestion, but come on! 2/3 of the people on the chat are mods or owners! Here’s what I think would work the best:

• Owners: Boomer, Shaboomboom, Jedi
• Mods: Generals and frequent chat users who follow the rules and use their Modship to stop rule-breaking,
• Members: Lower-ranked soldiers, soldiers of other armies, leaders, of other armies, and everyone else.

Rules:

• No cussing.
• No insulting or fighting – debating is ok.
• No cyber-bullying.
• No disrespect.
• No racism.
• No spamming.
• Don’t do anything else that you think will get you banned. 😉

Mod Rules:

• For a member’s first offense: A kick and a warning.
• Second offense: A ban that suits the violation.
• Third offense: Guest and ban ’em.
• No unfair bans.
• Treat everyone fairly.
• Don’t break any of the regular rules, either.
• Don’t unban anyone; no matter what the person says it was most likely a fair ban. Let them serve their term.

Owner Rules:

• Be fair.
• Try to follow the mod rules.
• Don’t Mod anyone unless they meet the qualifications.
• Edit a list of the rightfully banned people somewhere on the chat, so people don’t get unbanned when they should remain banned.
• Edit a list of the mods somewhere on the chat, so the other owners don’t add too many mods.

You may be asking yourself “why do we need to change the chat system?” There’s a simple explanation. That place is in chaos. People who don’t break the rules are being banned, and those who do break the rules aren’t being banned. Since there are so many Mods, the Mod position doesn’t mean anything, and people break all the rules they want. Not to mention the fact that half of the mods behave worse then the few who are banned.

So I’d like Shab, Jedi, and Boomer to think this over. I think it could really help. Remember, to have a stable chat you just need two or three good mods on at a time, and the occasional Owner when the chat’s really crowded.

We have a case of “chat room inflation” here. But instead of the value of a dollar declining, the value of Mods is declining.

This is a graph of how many hits per-month this website has gotten since it’s creation.

The total high is 66,063 hits, during the first stages of WWIII. The two other high points were 65,397 and 58,991 – both of which occurred on two of my “returns.” 😉

Anyway, I think we can do better. So here’s how we can get 66,094 hits this December:

• View this site a LOT, for starters.
• View and respond to any comments you see under posts.
• Advertise this site on a bunch of CP blogs, except for those of other major armies; they already know about us, and it’d just be annoying to them.
• Constantly check this site for new posts; we should have a ton of them this month.

You may be asking yourself “Why the hell should we go through all this trouble, just to get a lot of hits?”

Well, if we get more than 66,094 hits this month the ACP officials will host a MASSIVE tournament, which will include prizes. 😉 We will also unveil a bunch of cool stuff that any soldier can contribute, such as:

• Tomtwelve’s big army novel.
• Others – if you want to contribute something . . . ANYTHING, just comment here, or tell someone on the chat.

Aber: Ok, im sick of this constant fighting between all the higher leadership ranks. We are suppose to represent, not argue and have the rest of Acp to follow our example. Right now, Oagal hasn’t done anything to give us any reason YET to make the poll. But i’m not saying that it wont happen. I’m on Acp side right now and not supporting this consistant arguments. Please, take it to chat and away from Acp for the time being. 🙂

Shab: Um I’m just saying wahat is true. Everyone is sick of your constant intrusions. The reason why the hit number is so high whenever you come is because you start all these problems. Why do you think VLA was created in the first place?? TO make it so you would either leave acp alone or acp would die. Technically since acp is democratic from what you have said then I would still be leade with boomer and jedi as my co-leaders. Since there was never any poll and you made boomer supreme commander (in the deal thats what you named him)  only he has the power to fire or demote me or jedi. You are RETIRED    do you remember? that means you have NO power over acp. If there had too be a meeting to demote me or fire me then you wouldnt be part of the people who decide what happens to me. Do you not get that the solution to the problem is for you to leave like you said you would 5 times already cause then boomer can actually have power that a leader has instead of being a figurehead that is only keeping acp alive so you can play with it

Oagal: It has become apparent that we are all sick and tired of your constant proclaimations of hatred for the new, effective leadership system here in the ACP — not to mention you’re entirely biased hatred for me because Boomer, Jedi and I helped make things fair. The ACP is finally at peace with itself, and what do you do once we get a break? You make these completely un-called for edits expressing your ignorance, that will get nothing done and only cause chaos.

For your information, since Boomer, Jedi and I fixed the ranks — which included giving you a rank much better than you deserve, by the looks of your rage-riddled posts and polls against peace within the ACP — the ACP has rarely seen better days. So far, since we changed things:

• The ACP has strong alliances.
• The ACP has back it’s rightful capital server; Mammoth.
• The ACP soldiers are not only content, they are happy with the current order of things.
• The ACP is once again the strongest army in CP, along with it’s allies.

So, if you keep interrupting the peace, the other leaders (with my help) may need to remove you from the position you currently are withholding from many other candidates who deserve it more, such as Rapidy, Tomtwelve, and a full host of other good soldiers.

Shab’s 2nd Edit: Oagal has still been directing what acp does. He also is using the acp site to express his opinions which anger some of the other armys, especially the nachos. Kyle Cease cannot post stuff like he used to post on the rpf site because it angered other armys and they blammed RPF. Countless times Acp has been blammed for what Oagal has said which gets annoying. Yea Oagal showed ACP CPAF but before that he basically caused ACP to lose all of our allies and almost all of our servers.   I’ll add to this when i get the chance.

Boomer’s Edit:What has Oagal done in the weeks since the war?  Pretty much nothing.  I do not see much of a reason to get rid of someone who has not even done anything, except maybe set up our treaty with CPAF, which everyone seemed pretty happy about a week ago.  I do not think this is something we need to worry about right now.

Rapidy’s Edit: If Oagal’s going to be forced to leave. Then I’m going to leave too. Just to show how stupid you all are to get rid of the person that made your fun.

Abercrombe’s Edit: Well since everyone else practically edited this, ill edit it too. I agree with Shab since it’s only fair. The terms are agreed with, so let’s make it. 🙂

Shab’s Edit: Woah I just checked my poll and in 1st place: Elected Leader Is Leader Again And Oagal Leaves Forever with 20 votes. The 2nd Place is: Elected Leader Is Leader Again and Oagal Stays with 10 votes.  Just another example of how Oagal’s opinion is wrong. Idc about the poll because it was to prove a point not attempt anything.

I think we need another “should oagal leave” poll because the 1st and 2nd ones were supposidly flawed even tho the 2nd one was just like oagal’s polls. I’ll add that poll when the gov election polls come out.

I got the Government Plan page done. The constitution is coming along well, but we’ll work with the Government Plan for now. (It’s the basic sketch)

(Look, I’ve been bothered about this for a while now..

Let me explain, each server group has been split into states

Each state has 5-6 servers

Each state will have 2 senators and 1 consulate (totaling to 8 ) 8)

Each state will have a mayor for each server, and a Governor for the leader of the state.

Right now, we’ll just have Governor and Mayor elections.

Each Mayor must have a page on the State site, and the Governor must make the state site.

All I said was that the ACP should have an election. I never said that Boomer was bad. I never said that he wasn’t doing a good job. All I said was “I remember that the ACP used to be the self proclaimed ‘Most democratic army in CP’. If so, then why isn’t our leader(s) elected?”, which is an exact quote.  Another thing that I don’t get though, is how this triumvirate works, so if anyone would care to explain to me, that would be great!
