I understand the desire for Democracy, but what I have said to people who have mentioned this is that there is no reason to mess with something that is working. Personally, I feel that having three leaders has only helped us to get more done in a shorter amount of time. With everyone doing something specific we have been able to focus on the smaller details involved in running an army: updating the ranks, join page, and Nation page that greatly needed updating.
I miss the good old days when we didn’t worry about stuff like government.
