Taking Over:I have an idea the ACP could put into action that will SERIOUSLY help the servers we protect. The only problem will it will be considered “taking over”, because we will be making laws.
Here are the Pros and Cons of setting this up. I want to give you all a day to think about it before voting.
Pros:
- The laws will be:
- -No “dating”. We are fine if you actually know the person in real life or from a chat room or even from Club Penguin, but saying “Say 123 to be mine” is just wierd and sets a bad example for kids.
- -No violence. This means no saying “snaps neck” or anything liek that. It is a bad thing to do in front of the many younger kids who play Club Penguin.
- -No flashing words. I think they fixed it, be just incase they didn’t. These flashing words can stimulate a person with an epileptic disorder to have a possibly fatal convulsion.
- -No hacking. We just report them, and tell them to stop or we will report them (We report anyway, for “Lying and Cheating”. After you report, contact the Club Penguin staff in an e-mail.
- -No rule-breaking. Simple enough, just report it and contact the Club Penguin staff.
- -No robberies. These are annoying and would be against the law in real life.
- -No gang fights. Gangs are “clothing armies” like the Romans and Vikings, that have no leader or organization. We will stop them. If there is an army with a website called the “Romans”, we won’t attack them.
- -No wierdos. They could be stalkers or noobs, but either way they are creepy and annoying. No noobs. We can help new people, but we stop annoying people.
- It is a better title.
Cons:
- People will think we are taking over just for more land or power.
- People mights think we are an “evil dictatorship”.
- A lot of people will complain.

ACP Nation Flag: I made a flag for the ACP Nation. Here is is:
- The green stands for camo, or army green. It is the color most associated with the Army.
- The gold represents superiority. We strive to be a large and great army.
- The flag represents the Club Penguin version of the American flag. Wee defend USA North.

And I dont like the flag either. It’s a little too simple. I’ll help you if you like. Me and my twin brother make them for fun on Microsoft Word. It’s really cool. But anyway, I would SERIOUSLY suggest getting a new flag. I would almost call it ridiculous. Try putting some stars or some other shapes on it. I like the color scheme though. March On!
Oagalthorp: The flag doesn’t need to be more complex, I had a reason for adding each one of it’s features. It is supposed to be more symbolic that pretty.

Oagalthorp: That “Roman website” doesn’t control all of the Romans, infact in only controls about 50, and only a few are active. There are many “armies” within the Romans, but what I was talking about is the Gang inparticular.

Oh well, that makes sense Oagal. Um, I was talking about the Dating, Violence, and Flashing Words. We don’t need to get too violent, but can we do stuff like “shoots” or “stabs”. What does flashing words mean exactly?

Dating: Really creepy, and it can get gross (Trust me)
Violence: Even saying “stabs” or “shoots” is still innapropreate for some kids.
Flashing Words: There is a certain dissorder called epilepsy, and if you have it, some flashing lights or colors can cause your brain to temporarily shut down, and can also cause seizures.
This isn’t dictatorship. The people who call this dictatorship didn’t pass kindergarten. Helping kids, and “noobs” isn’t dictatorship. I personally think this was a good idea Oagal.

Hmm ACP i dont know if i like this idea. Servers were not meant to be run by you, but by the mods of club penguin. There will be many rebelious penguins that will not want you to take over and go against you. One of these rebels may be me, and you would not want me trying to stop you. Also, what gives you guys the right to take over? What makes you better than all of the other penguins so much that you can take over club penguin and make “laws”. Sorry, but the only law makers that i will obey are the Club Penguin Mods.

I would say this is considered taking over. If you vote it just doesnt mean its a democracy straight off the bat! There are already rules implied in the servers, rules Club Penguin made.
If the US became communist because the People Consented to it then it wouldnt be right. People should be able to make friends or relationships after all how good can datting be on Club Penguin.
P.S. you cant just catch epilepsy from flashing words idiot! My dad is a pediatritian that gradutated number one in pre med and medical school and he siad you cant have a disorder due to a flickering comment!

Another moron!^^^ Read about our laws, and you will see that it isn’t even laws really, it’s more like stopping people from doing bad things the CP mods don’t want to happen anyway, or the word filters didn’t catch. And about the flashing words. Epiliepsy can occur due to flashing words, due to the frequency and colors, this happens all the time with TV and computer screens. Plus, it is just annoying, and can cause minor eye-sores.
PS. We don’t care if people “date” on Club Penguin, read the law carefully. We just don’t want “Say 123 to be mine!” any more. This is rather gross, extremely obnoxious, and really creepy.
I would only consider this if 80 percent of the people on those servers consented to this that would be about half of all the people that play club penguin! Then I would allow this, but then again this is your nation. Im appaled by this I liked your army about a month ago and now I complety change.

Oagalthorp, I like the idea. ACP ruling over Club Penguin. It works. I just think that the flashy word thing could go. I mean its fun and it only lasts for about thirty seconds. Oagalthorp its great that you trying to protect cp and all but some of these ACP haters are right. I have nothing against acp but im asking you as a fellow army leader please dont do this. It will only lead to bad things for you, and possibly everyone else. CP is safe as it is and there are already rulers of the servers they are called CP mods.
